Piano in Hounslow

After siting for an hour our food finally came BUT it didn’t taste good at all! The meat was very chewy, koobideh didn’t taste good it tasted like onion. Kabab Torsh wasn’t taste as it should be! No sour didn’t taste walnut and pomegranate paste!!! The place is very cool, unfortunately the service and food are not satisfying!

What a beautiful place for a birthday celebrations! It’s a picture perfect place and they have stunning angel wings in the wall for the photos! The food was delicious, the service was 5* as our waiter Mani was super attentive and was our personal photographer! Really highly recommend this little gem in Chiswick!

I want to thank the manager and staff for the Norouz celebration evening. Our group had a great time. Pls thanks Ali for his support throughout the evening. The last time we went to an Iranian restaurant for Norouz was around 10 years ago and wasn't a pleasant experience so I was a bit sceptical but the Piano changed my mind.

We visited last summer. Really yummy. We sat outside as it was a lovely summer evening and we wanted shisha. Sitting outside on a busy road was a stupid idea and next time I’d give up the shisha and just sit inside. Despite that, really enjoyed the food and shisha and the service was friendly and efficient. It was a tad expensive but probably no more than any nice place in Chiswick.

Family friendly atmosphere with lively music, beautiful decorations, professional team and amazing food. Joined their big party for the Persian New Year’s celebration all went so well and definitely would go back.

My family and I had a very good experience going to piano and joining their Norooz party. Everything was well organised. Great food.

I planned to enjoy my nowruz night in Piano, unfortunately it was horrible, a small space, loud voice, hospitality of the staff zero, high price not valuable , never experience

Good food, beer was pricey even for London prices - 330ml bottle. Was a cold Monday night, not many people in. Good service.

Just popped in by chance with the kids today as decor looked beautiful. Had a nice coffee with deserts everything was lovely, especially the persian ice cream. Would highly recommend. Definitely coming back here for a date night with the wife.

I have to say. The food was super delicious, light on the stomach and flavoursome. The margaritas were to die for. The waiter was new so a bit of a communication prob but nevertheless I have to say go there before it gets super busy. I am def going back.

We had a delightful evening at the Persian restaurant last night! The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the Kabab Koobideh 😋😋 A fantastic culinary experience worth revisiting! 😃

Had a lovely time with my friends and family. Waiters are very lovely and friendly and ready to help. Would only suggest a bigger dessert portion with tea also included in the set menu. Regardless, we had a great night, this was our second time coming here and would love to come again. The combination of Persian, Arabic and Kurdish music makes everyone feel very welcome.

I’d arranged evening with friends to experience Iranian food/music & belly dancer.They might as well have hired out place for private birthday party all the music was R&B &no belly dancer showed up.

Sunday evening was my second visit to the restaurant following a visit late summer with my family who were over from the states at the time. Even though we live South of the river we returned last night to celebrate my mothers 70th Birthday. Our host Aref's service delivery was impeccable, his attention to detail was extremely impressive, he was thoughtful and made the evening feel extremely special for us all. I will certainly return again in the not so distant future.

Staffs were really nice and welcoming. I went there for my friend’s bridal shower, the ambience is breathtaking. We were there for a while and we even had the chance to seat at the lounge area which accommodated all of us. The food was lovely and came on time. Overall we had a great experience there and I would highly recommend the restaurant 😊

Manganese zero , I booked for two people but one person was sick so I went alone it was event.I payed for two people however I was there as a one person .manger just know money , communication is zero and is route.

Food was excellent and was served in great time and very generous on portion sizes too. The tropical fish tank in the restaurant is very beautiful and the decor quirky and fun. Staff are very rude. Food is average.. usually when they offer you a set menu, soft drink is part of it, but in this restaurant they don’t offer any soft drinks with the set menu.. it s a beautiful place with a nice decoration. I will not recommend this restaurant to any one, mostly because of rude staffs.

We came here to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and we enjoyed lovely cocktails. The ambience was perfect for a date night/ anniversary celebration. We will definitely return!

This is a fabulous place to come and experience. The food is 10/10 the service is excellent. This was my 2nd time here and cannot wait for the 3rd. The manager was extremely warm and welcoming, he even gave our table some free Sangria. Thank you for making our gender reveal dinner even more special.

I celebrate my birthday last weekend at Piano. I wasn’t expecting the stuff to be so friendly and services so great. Food was really amazing, also the cocktails and stuff very nice . Thank you Piano, I will be back soon.

The waiter was trying to seat 3 of us in a small round table which was very annoying. Over all the service was okay but the restaurant is absolutely over priced for what they actually bring on the table. Food was just average. The pros is the style of the restaurant. I had dinners in Central London for the same money and the food in Central was delicious

THIS IS NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT! do not come here with your babies. I noticed there was no baby changing in the toilets. I asked one of the female staff (possibly a manager) and she pointed me towards the disabled toilet which I already knew was being used as a storage cupboard.. why didn't she know that? She opens the door and looks around and basically says oh sorry we don't have baby changing. She then suggests I change my 7 month old in the cupboard.. OK fine.. but where? It was full to the brim. There was nothing flat to lie her on there was tables put on their side covered with cleaning chemicals and toilet roll... so I'm sure she was expecting me to change my child on the toilet/chemical cupboard floor?????? When making the booking, I made the manager aware I had in infant with me so he could have informed me there was no baby changing facilities!! Imagine my horror when my baby has soiled herself at the beginning of the night.. I had to leave the restaurant and go to a local pub and BEG them to let me use their toilet (it was 8pm Saturday so nobody wanted to let me in with a child) I had no other choice. I would have changed my child on the restaurant seats but I felt that would be unfair to those around us trying to enjoy their dinner. A disabled man also tried to use the disabled but couldn't because it wasn't an actual toilet! Food was not worth the price. My family and I have been to plenty of similar restaurants and you can get A LOT more for your money. The food was also flavourless. Spent £400+ and left feeling dissatisfied. The fact that I had to leave the premises just to change my baby, I don't know why I even stayed, let alone paid! DO BETTER PIANO.

We had a wonderful time celebrating mum' 60th birthday at this beautiful restaurant. The waiter and owner were courteous and accommodating. Both food and drinks were top notch

It is more for the Atmosphere that people go here for, specially on the weekends. The food could improve and the service is rather slow when the place is full. Overall it is a good restaurant, with a great manager who does his best to resolve any issues.

We visited the restaurant on Saturday Evening to celebrate my mother’s 50th Birthday and everything was perfect. The live music and dancing was excellent and the food and service was great.

Came here for my birthday the starters were good although the main was terrible the meat was just so tough and to the point you are just unable to chew it. The chicken was raw in the middle and super oily. It’s really unfortunate because last month the food was amazing but the standards have dropped drastically.

First time at the Piano Restaurant and we were glad that we came. The decor inside is so beautiful and inviting. We spotted a mixer which drew us closer to the piano as we love live music. However, the time that we arrived it was quiet. Arif looked after us very well suggesting a wonderful fish dish for me and my partner had a vegetarian dish, both dishes were enjoyable. And we met the restaurant owner Bobby afterwards. Lovely service and warmth with it too. Arif, Bobby and staff were very attentive to a party that had arrived. I know we will be back. Thank you for your wonderful service and food. Look forward to coming back to hear the live music too.

I had an exceptional dining experience at the Persian restaurant! The ambiance was inviting, the service impeccable, and the food was an absolute delight. Each dish was a burst of authentic flavors, and I especially loved the fragrant saffron rice and tender kebabs. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made this visit truly memorable. I can't wait to return and savor more of their exquisite Persian cuisine!

We had a lovely family birthday meal here. The host was attentive and very helpful with our specific requirements for the children. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The decor was fun for photo opportunities and the tropical fish were a lovely distraction for the children.

The food was not good, the kabab was very salty, and the price was very high I had to pay £39.94 extra Just for one skewer of salty kabab and one rice!!! Don't recommend it at all.

Attended a family members 30th birthday here. It was shocking. Sat down at 7pm main course finally arrived at 10pm and it wasn’t worth waiting for. Staff were miserable and service was non-existent. Would not recommend this place at all!

When we came there was NO ONE inside or out. We were asked if we had reservations, we didn't. The person seemed annoyed like he had to think if there was room for us. They did seat us. When deciding to order, first they said they didn't have salmon because of some reason about the holiday (it was just a Saturday??) and said we should get from the set menu because they have that. There was salmon on set menu 3, so it was confusing. The server really pushed for us to get from the set menu which seemed overpriced and limiting. They also didn't have chicken wings for the appetizer. If they didn't have either of our choices for entree we would have just left. They did have the one kebab I ordered and the lamb steak my partner ordered so we stayed. The rice, tomato and small salad was good. Our meat wasn't. My partner didn't like his steak. My kebab tasted like liver and the description didn't say it was liver. It was a no for me.

Amazing place where you can enjoy with your friends and familiary. A lovely food and kindly staff. I will recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy their free time.

We hosted a birthday here and had the best time ever! It was my daughters 30th and we invited friends and family on a Saturday night for dinner and dancing. We were looked after all night by Mohammad the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed.
