Went for my God's 40th birthday party. Great service, excellent staff, lovely food, and a beautiful restaurant, we had a Dj and space to dance.

Read on the reviews that they had belly dancing. Sadly we didn't get to see it. The lighting is so dim. Tough to read the menu. Food was good. I would go again and make reservations next time.

Great place and service is excellent

The guy working behind the bar, had the worst attitude and looked like he didn’t want to be there or serve us. The food was a joke, you would think you’ll get fresh and delicious food for what they charge! The meat was definitely reheated and dry. So much rice and very little meat and chicken. Shisha and cocktails were nice but the shisha died out very quickly. Overall never coming here again.

A truly Instagram worthy place. The interiors and decoration are well worth a mention. The aquarium and the beautiful fishes kept the little one excited throughout. The food tasted authentic and fresh. We ordered the freshly baked taftoon naan and Mirza ghasemi as starters. Great combination and set us up nicely for the main course which was joojeh on the bone and Maygo (grilled prawns). I would definitely recommend ordering the chicken on the bone as you cant beat that flavour with boneless pieces. Our server was warm and friendly and told us about the live music and belly dancing nights! We will definitely be going back to experience that.

One of the best Persian Restaurants I have been to in London. Amazing service and good quality Koobideh which is hard to find these days. The taftoon bread is freshly made while your starters are being prepared. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you once again!

This is by far my favourite place, the decor, the atmosphere any day of the week may it be a sunday chill or a weekend vibe with live music! Food is of course my favourite (not all Persian places get it right or have the flavours).Great portion sozes and selection if drinks. Came to piano with my family on Saturday for live music. Great atmosphere, loved the live band, I was on the dance floor all night. The kebabs were fresh and juicy. Beautiful decor and a large aquarium at the entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great night. Would definitely recommend this place

It was really a nice place for a date night with your lover or friend .Staff was very friendly and engaging.Best part is they have heat of want to sit outside .The drinks were 10/10, atmospheres 10- 10 and service was 11/10 .Would definitely come back!!! This is a MUST visit when you come to Chiswick.

This is not my first time visiting piano ,but for sure our last visit. they know I’m the regular customer. And treated me so horrible this time . I pre booked for my friends birthday party . And really got disappointed ☹️ The service was very poor waiter who was serving us was very rude 😔 I wish I knew his name so I could write his name and let him know that people spend their time and money to come to your restaurant to celebrate their special occasion, please don’t ruin their special time . 😞 We only got the good vibes from the singer . Who really did great .👍 All the credits goes to him. Thank you sir if you are reading this review .

the worst taste of food i ever experienced

We had a very good experience lastnight. The food was lovely also music was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and polit.

What an amazing night, simply beautiful, great service, food and music. I invited my friends from work, and they all had a fantastic time and fell in love with Persian food . Special thanks to Mr Mohammad the manger, who personally took care of our table as my friends were not Persian.

I’ve ordered from piano a few times and everything was great, however they have decreased their portion sizes by about 40% and I’m not sure why? I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve ordered a few times and they know they’ve got a customer in me. I also ordered their Mirza Ghasemi today for the first time and it had a really pungent and intolerable charcoal taste, and flavour… it was so bad that my mother who has lung problems had to use her inhaler after eating it. I definitely don’t recommend this dish. They would be a much better restaurant if they fix their Mirza Ghasemi recipe and preparation method and keep their portion sizes consistent.

After siting for an hour our food finally came BUT it didn’t taste good at all! The meat was very chewy, koobideh didn’t taste good it tasted like onion. Kabab Torsh wasn’t taste as it should be! No sour didn’t taste walnut and pomegranate paste!!! The place is very cool, unfortunately the service and food are not satisfying!

What a beautiful place for a birthday celebrations! It’s a picture perfect place and they have stunning angel wings in the wall for the photos! The food was delicious, the service was 5* as our waiter Mani was super attentive and was our personal photographer! Really highly recommend this little gem in Chiswick!

I want to thank the manager and staff for the Norouz celebration evening. Our group had a great time. Pls thanks Ali for his support throughout the evening. The last time we went to an Iranian restaurant for Norouz was around 10 years ago and wasn't a pleasant experience so I was a bit sceptical but the Piano changed my mind.

We visited last summer. Really yummy. We sat outside as it was a lovely summer evening and we wanted shisha. Sitting outside on a busy road was a stupid idea and next time I’d give up the shisha and just sit inside. Despite that, really enjoyed the food and shisha and the service was friendly and efficient. It was a tad expensive but probably no more than any nice place in Chiswick.

My family and I had a very good experience going to piano and joining their Norooz party. Everything was well organised. Great food.

Just popped in by chance with the kids today as decor looked beautiful. Had a nice coffee with deserts everything was lovely, especially the persian ice cream. Would highly recommend. Definitely coming back here for a date night with the wife.

I have to say. The food was super delicious, light on the stomach and flavoursome. The margaritas were to die for. The waiter was new so a bit of a communication prob but nevertheless I have to say go there before it gets super busy. I am def going back.

Had a lovely time with my friends and family. Waiters are very lovely and friendly and ready to help. Would only suggest a bigger dessert portion with tea also included in the set menu. Regardless, we had a great night, this was our second time coming here and would love to come again. The combination of Persian, Arabic and Kurdish music makes everyone feel very welcome.

Food was highly seasoned, too much for our liking. Bread, rice, salad all too salty, the other items okay. They also forgot to send the ice cream which might have been the best part! So not great, just adequate.

Sunday evening was my second visit to the restaurant following a visit late summer with my family who were over from the states at the time. Even though we live South of the river we returned last night to celebrate my mothers 70th Birthday. Our host Aref's service delivery was impeccable, his attention to detail was extremely impressive, he was thoughtful and made the evening feel extremely special for us all. I will certainly return again in the not so distant future.

Staffs were really nice and welcoming. I went there for my friend’s bridal shower, the ambience is breathtaking. We were there for a while and we even had the chance to seat at the lounge area which accommodated all of us. The food was lovely and came on time. Overall we had a great experience there and I would highly recommend the restaurant 😊

Manganese zero , I booked for two people but one person was sick so I went alone it was event.I payed for two people however I was there as a one person .manger just know money , communication is zero and is route.

Staff are very rude. Food is average.. usually when they offer you a set menu, soft drink is part of it, but in this restaurant they don’t offer any soft drinks with the set menu.. it s a beautiful place with a nice decoration. I will not recommend this restaurant to any one, mostly because of rude staffs.

This is a fabulous place to come and experience. The food is 10/10 the service is excellent. This was my 2nd time here and cannot wait for the 3rd. The waiter was trying to seat 3 of us in a small round table which was very annoying. Over all the service was okay but the restaurant is absolutely over priced for what they actually bring on the table. Food was just average. The pros is the style of the restaurant. I had dinners in Central London for the same money and the food in Central was delicious

THIS IS NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT! do not come here with your babies. I noticed there was no baby changing in the toilets. I asked one of the female staff (possibly a manager) and she pointed me towards the disabled toilet which I already knew was being used as a storage cupboard.. why didn't she know that? She opens the door and looks around and basically says oh sorry we don't have baby changing. She then suggests I change my 7 month old in the cupboard.. OK fine.. but where? It was full to the brim. There was nothing flat to lie her on there was tables put on their side covered with cleaning chemicals and toilet roll... so I'm sure she was expecting me to change my child on the toilet/chemical cupboard floor?????? When making the booking, I made the manager aware I had in infant with me so he could have informed me there was no baby changing facilities!! Imagine my horror when my baby has soiled herself at the beginning of the night.. I had to leave the restaurant and go to a local pub and BEG them to let me use their toilet (it was 8pm Saturday so nobody wanted to let me in with a child) I had no other choice. I would have changed my child on the restaurant seats but I felt that would be unfair to those around us trying to enjoy their dinner. A disabled man also tried to use the disabled but couldn't because it wasn't an actual toilet! Food was not worth the price. My family and I have been to plenty of similar restaurants and you can get A LOT more for your money. The food was also flavourless. Spent £400+ and left feeling dissatisfied. The fact that I had to leave the premises just to change my baby, I don't know why I even stayed, let alone paid! DO BETTER PIANO.
