If I could give more than five stars, I would! Piano Restaurant truly exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, the live music created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. The prices are more than fair for what you get; in fact, the whole experience offers incredible value. The space itself is beautifully designed — cozy, charming, and full of positive energy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

This Persian gem offers not only exceptional food but also an atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a true celebration. We went there for my father in law’s 90th Birthday. The service is great. In particular Mohammad (the manager) is amazing. Mohammad was very attentive and accommodated all our requests. The food was also amazing. Starters and the naan (better than any other Persian restaurant), and the kebabs, particularly the chenjeh, all great. Overall created a very memorable experience

The food and service was amazing, Mohammed served us and he took great care of us.The interior was lovely and clean, the only downside I’d say is the cleanliness of the toilets. But other than that it was a lovey evening 😊

Lovely place but not great value for vegetarians. My partner and I came here for dinner late Saturday night. The restaurant looks lovely and has good atmosphere. Staff were friendly. As for the food, we are both veggie, so can only comment from that perspective. There are a handful of dishes that state “Vegetarian option available”. It turns out this means you can have the same dish, without the meat - at the same price. (They normally also have a veggie kebab but didn’t have it on this night.) These dishes only have the meat and 1 other ingredient - lentils, aubergine or okra, in a tomato sauce. So the veggie option is aubergine in tomato sauce or okra in tomato sauce, with rice. I have to say, the flavour was lovely!! But £16 for 1 vegetable and rice, even in London, doesn’t seem good value, nor terribly exciting. We’re getting less than a meat eater but paying the same. The restaurant can clearly make very tasty food. It’s a shame they haven’t put much effort into veggie/ vegan options when there are so many meat alternatives available these days.

En cuanto a la comida, ambos somos vegetarianos, así que solo podemos comentar desde esa perspectiva. Hay un puñado de platos que dicen “Opción vegetariana disponible”. Resulta que esto significa que puedes tener el mismo plato, sin la carne - al mismo precio. (Normalmente también tienen un kebab vegetariano, pero no lo tenían esta noche.) Estos platos solo tienen la carne y 1 otro ingrediente - lentejas, berenjena u okra, en una salsa de tomate. Así que la opción vegetariana es la berenjena en salsa de tomate o la ocra en salsa de tomate, con arroz. Tengo que decir, el sabor era encantador! Pero £ 16 por 1 verdura y arroz, incluso en Londres, no parece buena relación calidad-precio, ni terriblemente emocionante. Estamos recibiendo menos que un consumidor de carne, pero pagando lo mismo. El restaurante claramente puede hacer comida muy sabrosa. Es una pena que no hayan puesto mucho esfuerzo en las opciones vegetarianas / veganas cuando hay tantas alternativas de carne disponibles en estos días.

We went there for Nowruz last night , the service was good in terms of customer service . The food was not that good the kebab was not fresh :( the food was pricy nearly £70-80 per person for Nowruz was too pricy for the music and food . Won’t go back personally Thank you

I have to say that last night, my wife and dear friends surprised me for my 40th birthday and created an absolutely wonderful evening for me at Piano Restaurant. Apart from the calm and beautiful atmosphere, the hospitality of the restaurant staff and the fact that they allowed my wife to decorate the place according to her own taste was incredibly valuable to us. The quality of the starters and main dishes was excellent, and in the end, we were treated by the lovely and respectful management and staff at Piano to several vodka shots for all the guests, as well as my favourite cocktail, Piña Colada. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable night for me, and I highly recommend holding your special occasions at the beautiful setting of this restaurant.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday at Piano Restaurant in London, and we were extremely satisfied! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff members were incredibly patient and attentive. To top it off, they generously treated us to a complimentary cocktail and a vodka shot at the end. So I would say thanks for your hospitality and Highly recommended to everyone

We were 5 people and entry set menus was £45 per person ! Included starter &main ! What we got on the table was (5 koonideh ,3 joojeh & ONE chenjeh) £225 to pay to get one chenjeh obvious cheeting As they said 2 person set menus enclod,2 koobideh,one joojeh and one chenjeh! For 5 person we had one chenjeh only!!!and when I complained ,they said we give you favour and bring you one more chencheh!! SERIOUSLY! 🤣IRANIAN RESTAURANT 🙈

Terrible - tried to book for my birthday for 15 people and they only do set menu on a sat so refused the booking on standard menu! This is an actual joke and advise management to get to grips with reality! People should be able to go a restaurant and book what they want at any day! Forcing this option is a scam and a vile way to run business!

Amazing experience - impromptu Thursday evening meal with family was excellent. Mani, our waiter, was extremely friendly and attentive and made the evening. The food portions were generous and flavourful. Would recommend - will definitely be back.

La música en vivo y el cantante era bueno también. Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida que no era genial, debe ir solo para el entretenimiento y el ambiente del restaurante, de lo contrario la comida tenía una calidad muy baja.

I hired out Piano for a private event and it was the best decision ever!! Honestly I couldn’t ask for anything more, the staff were incredible and they really did everything to their best to make my night perfect. So so grateful and highly recommend!!! Thank you to them all!

Went for my God's 40th birthday party. Great service, excellent staff, lovely food, and a beautiful restaurant, we had a Dj and space to dance.

Read on the reviews that they had belly dancing. Sadly we didn't get to see it. The lighting is so dim. Tough to read the menu. Food was good. I would go again and make reservations next time.

The guy working behind the bar, had the worst attitude and looked like he didn’t want to be there or serve us. The food was a joke, you would think you’ll get fresh and delicious food for what they charge! The meat was definitely reheated and dry. So much rice and very little meat and chicken. Shisha and cocktails were nice but the shisha died out very quickly. Overall never coming here again.

A truly Instagram worthy place. The interiors and decoration are well worth a mention. The aquarium and the beautiful fishes kept the little one excited throughout. The food tasted authentic and fresh. We ordered the freshly baked taftoon naan and Mirza ghasemi as starters. Great combination and set us up nicely for the main course which was joojeh on the bone and Maygo (grilled prawns). I would definitely recommend ordering the chicken on the bone as you cant beat that flavour with boneless pieces. Our server was warm and friendly and told us about the live music and belly dancing nights! We will definitely be going back to experience that.

One of the best Persian Restaurants I have been to in London. Amazing service and good quality Koobideh which is hard to find these days. The taftoon bread is freshly made while your starters are being prepared. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you once again!

It was really a nice place for a date night with your lover or friend .Staff was very friendly and engaging.Best part is they have heat of want to sit outside .The drinks were 10/10, atmospheres 10- 10 and service was 11/10 .Would definitely come back!!! Came to piano with my family on Saturday for live music. Great atmosphere, loved the live band, I was on the dance floor all night. The kebabs were fresh and juicy. Beautiful decor and a large aquarium at the entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great night. Would definitely recommend this place

And really got disappointed ☹️ The service was very poor waiter who was serving us was very rude 😔 I wish I knew his name so I could write his name and let him know that people spend their time and money to come to your restaurant to celebrate their special occasion, please don’t ruin their special time . 😞 We only got the good vibes from the singer . the worst taste of food i ever experienced

What an amazing night, simply beautiful, great service, food and music. I invited my friends from work, and they all had a fantastic time and fell in love with Persian food . Special thanks to Mr Mohammad the manger, who personally took care of our table as my friends were not Persian.

I’ve ordered from piano a few times and everything was great, however they have decreased their portion sizes by about 40% and I’m not sure why? I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve ordered a few times and they know they’ve got a customer in me. I also ordered their Mirza Ghasemi today for the first time and it had a really pungent and intolerable charcoal taste, and flavour… it was so bad that my mother who has lung problems had to use her inhaler after eating it. I definitely don’t recommend this dish. They would be a much better restaurant if they fix their Mirza Ghasemi recipe and preparation method and keep their portion sizes consistent.

After siting for an hour our food finally came BUT it didn’t taste good at all! The meat was very chewy, koobideh didn’t taste good it tasted like onion. Kabab Torsh wasn’t taste as it should be! No sour didn’t taste walnut and pomegranate paste!!! The place is very cool, unfortunately the service and food are not satisfying!

What a beautiful place for a birthday celebrations! It’s a picture perfect place and they have stunning angel wings in the wall for the photos! The food was delicious, the service was 5* as our waiter Mani was super attentive and was our personal photographer! Really highly recommend this little gem in Chiswick!

I want to thank the manager and staff for the Norouz celebration evening. Our group had a great time. Pls thanks Ali for his support throughout the evening. The last time we went to an Iranian restaurant for Norouz was around 10 years ago and wasn't a pleasant experience so I was a bit sceptical but the Piano changed my mind.

We visited last summer. Really yummy. We sat outside as it was a lovely summer evening and we wanted shisha. Sitting outside on a busy road was a stupid idea and next time I’d give up the shisha and just sit inside. Despite that, really enjoyed the food and shisha and the service was friendly and efficient. It was a tad expensive but probably no more than any nice place in Chiswick.

Family friendly atmosphere with lively music, beautiful decorations, professional team and amazing food. Joined their big party for the Persian New Year’s celebration all went so well and definitely would go back.
