Best restaurant in Kilburn and one of the best value restaurants in London. All the dishes are amazing and the staff are a lot of fun. We’ll be coming back regularly!

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Samira was such a welcoming and lovely person, she was so much fun to talk to and have a laugh with. The food was delicious I was in a food coma for the rest of the night after our meal

The service was outstanding, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable A special shout out to Samera who was incredibly generous and went above and beyond to help us. Unauthentic, service is rubbish.

All in all, a very successful visit to the restaurant. My father and I were there for dinner and were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by Hamid. When we were seated he showed us the menu and gave us a recommendation. We were able to share the two dishes and were completely full afterwards. The leg of lamb and the lamb skewer were great. Furthermore, it has to be said that Mira's friendly and very open nature created a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant later became very crowded as many came to break their fast. We felt very comfortable.

Phenomenal service, great recommendations for top dishes and amazing waitress who catered for our large group perfectly. Tender meats, rich curries and banging side. We will be back!

Hoy probé algo nuevo y no me decepcionó. El Cordero Karahi estaba lleno de sabor y tenía la cantidad correcta de calor. La carne estaba blanda y acababa de disolverse en mi boca. Esto fue acompañado por un poco de ajo nan recién salido del tandoor y ensalada. La comida es muy buena, el ambiente es agradable con buena decoración. El personal es educado.

The most delicious Afghan food I've ever eaten is cooked in this restaurant. The best bolani and kabuli pilau.

We went because we were going to a show at The Kiln Theatre, which is a couple of minutes walk away. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The food is delicious—quite subtle—and good value, and the service was great. (But note they don’t sell alcohol: you BYOB).

Easily one of my favorite meals in London. The lamb karahi is life changing. The service is heartfelt and funny and genuine. You feel at home immediately. Incredible naan and chili sauce. Delicious tea and baklava to finish. A+++ you simply must try this place.

This gaf is a must go! From the food to the service. I couldn’t recommend anymore. The flavours of the meat, sauces and marinating were sublime. The ambiance is gorgeous and the people are very warm and impressionable. A wonderful family business which is a pillar to Killburn. Fantastic!

People willing to try and afghani Iranian cuisine, this is the place for you the service was 10/10 The food was good but I'd say the meat can be cooked better, the rice meat could have been better and the kebab meat was hard to chew :/ 3/5 for the restaurant Additional 1 marks for service So, overall 4/5

This was a lovely place to eat. The food and atmosphere is amazing. The customer service is second to none. We were served by Hamid who was great, we went with his recommendation and was not disappointed. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this restaurant.

Lovely stuff and delicious food

Excelente comida muy cerca del Teatro del Horno. Las porciones son generosas - los dos pedimos la oferta de tres platos Meze por aproximadamente £ 18 cada uno y había mucha más comida de la que los dos podíamos comer - Estoy deseando terminar de almorzar mañana! Las ensaladas eran muy frescas y nuestro Bolanee fue cocinado a pedido para nosotros. El Baunjan Buranee (berenjenas) era delicioso y el hummus excelente. Aquí también hay mucho para los que comen carne. Una comida muy excelente y el personal era encantador. Muy recomendable.

Incredible food and amazing service from the staff :)

This is nothing short of a brilliant restaurant - we’ve been coming for years (often coupled with a visit to the charming Kiln theatre) - the food is fantastic and the service is lovely (especially the lady, who is always there and extremely welcoming). Our favourite dishes are the leek ‘pancake’, spinach and potato curries and the lamb kofta. The rice is delicious, the side salad is always fresh and the naan is hot (and not covered in ghee). The portions are massive and you always leave with some to take home! The chilli sauce is second to none (ask for more) and the restaurant is BYOB if you want to have an alcoholic drink but we think the restaurant’s own drink offering is great - even if some are a bit sweet (sorry Hamid!).

Such a lovely, lovely dinner experience! Samira looked after us with kindness and laughter! Hamid was excellent too! Such a comedy duo :) The food is beyond delicious. I highly recommend trying Ariana II. This was my second visit already and I will be back soon!

The pumpkin and aubergine starters are a must - amazing flavours, warm and filling The lamb samosas are little parcels of joy. The lamb tikka with the rice - just wonderful. And the mint and cardamom tea was a lovely end to the meal. The service is warm, generous and friendly. It really is like being received by a beloved aunt. The atmosphere is really cosy. A very enjoyable meal. A very enjoyable evening altogether.

Very enjoyable fresh food from such an interesting cuisine, cooked beautifully and served with grace, friendliness and panache. Helpings were large but a box was provided to take away the leftovers. The photograph is from the special meal for two.

Absolutely loved our experience at this Afghan restaurant! The service was exceptional—Hamid was so attentive, and a kind lady went out of her way to make my daughter feel special. They even treated us to complimentary green tea, firni, and chocolate cake for her. Such warm hospitality paired with delicious food makes this place a must-visit!

Amazing food and excellent service. We come here a lot; it's the best food on Kilburn High Rd by far. Have tried many different items from the menu and not one of them has disappointed. I particularly love the Kabuli Palow (lamb shank with rice). The meat falls off the bone and the rice is so flavorful.

Ariana II is the only restaurant I have ever been to that made me feel like a regular the first time I walked in. There is an intense feeling of comfort and familiarity for even a first time visit. I never knew I liked Afghan food until I stumbled across this Kilburn gem. A true north west london treat. Go, eat, enjoy the rice. And the mint tea is the one 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We arrived late after a London trip just before closing and were welcomed with smiles and accomodation by the lovely Samira. Her kindness and generosity were only bettered by the fantastic flavours of the food. Afghan food is unique and not at all like that of it's neighbours, if you haven't had it before, please try it here.
