As always, the food and service were superb! The lovely waitress/host was even kind enough to run after us with a forgotten bag.

We had a table of 8. Food deliciousness took our own wine. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, as it got busier the service wasn’t as attentive. But it wouldn’t stop us going back.

Ordered Kabuli Pilaw. Lamb portion was good. The food isn’t very tasty though. I compare it with other Afghan restaurants and this doesn’t come at the top yet :(

TGTG customer here. I rang 20 mins before collection time to check if they are doing the surprise bag, they said yes and then I told them I’ll be there at the time of collection. Drove there and arrived only to be told that they’ve cancelled it and to check my email. At which point I haven’t received anything from TGTG or the restaurant. Had to drive 20 min one way, a complete waste of my time. Oh and the staff didn’t even said sorry. Complete lack of care. Whatever, not going there again.

Honestly, the finest kebab and rice I've ever eaten. The texture and spices of the kebab were excellent, and the fragrant flavour of the rice, along with the sweet taste of the raisins and carrots, was fantastic. I also ordered the dumplings, and the first mouthful left me blown away; I'd never eaten anything so delicious in a restaurant. Restaurants typically disappoint me, but this one didn't. I am overjoyed to have discovered a terrific restaurant; it will become my go-to spot! I can't wait for my next order, I'm already craving it! Thank you for the excellent food and service!

BYO dinner with a bunch of friends - the waitress was amazing, making decisions easy and being part of the fun. Meals were large and flavoursome, including the desserts which aren’t to be missed.

As an Afghan, I can definitely vouch for this place. The service was great and warm, the food was authentic and the attention to detail was great. Even the teapot was a proper Afghan one! Highly recommend.

Done iftar and broke the Ramadan Fast here. Food was nice and warm, kabuli pulao was nice and can recommend. The restaurant itself was a fairly busy environment and for those looking for easy access to prayer facilities. There's a big mosque nearby and small mosque in the basement next door.

Had a really lovely meal. It was my first Afghan meal and it didn’t disappoint. The service was really great, super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend trying this restaurant out! It is cash only so come prepared.

So, so good. The food is great. Staff are lovely. 100% get the pumpkin dip starter with a naan, and the Afghan buttered rice with sultanas and candied carrot. The whole place is tip top - great value too.

Wonderful ambiance. Taste of food was superb. We had the Spinich, red kidney beans, aubergine and kabuli rice followed by green tea. Heavenly.

Friendly, fast service. We were given excellent vegetarian recommendations for the whole meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely come back.

Service, food and professionalism is way and beyond. The meats, rice and dessert are exquisitely delicious. Samira has been extremely courteous and has excellent customer care. It was our first time to try Ariana, and it will certainly won’t be the last! I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Where do I begin? This restaurant is a slice of heaven, the food is amazing - made with love, care and served in abundance. The staff welcome you in like a long lost family member, ready to embrace you culinarily. The lamb shank changed my life, the leek turnover took me somewhere. My vegan friends were well catered to, rare to say nowadays. I would move to Kilburn just to come here on a weekly basis. Thank you Ariana II for a night I'll never forget Edit: I've been told I'm too positive, just shows how bad other London restaurant experiences are that the above feels unbelievable. Dare to dream.

If you are looking for a Hidden Gem here, Its definitely the place. Starting from Hospitality, then calming down the kids with nice treats like colours and papers for the kids to be paitent till the food is ready, and when we are speaking about the food, you have to know that its not small portions, its generous , Nutritious and delicious. Definitely value for money.

Such a great local restaurant serving authentic food. The veggie/vegan food is always a hit and the kebabs have better flavours than every other restaurant in the area. There's always a great mix of people inside. Service is friendly and welcoming. We will be regulars for years to come!

This is a lovely, welcoming and friendly restaurant in Kilburn. Every dish was fresh and tasty and there was a good variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. The portions are generous and everyone was incredibly helpful. Make space for a tasty starter of dumplings or filled savoury pastry. The main course grills are great value and well made and the baklava for dessert is fresh and sweet.

The food was pretty sweet, but the thing I didn't like was putting the service amount on the bill to embarrass the customer into paying. I did not like this thing, so it was my first and last experience with this restaurant.

Got takeout delivered to my hotel for my first Afghani food experience and I loved it. Ordered a couple dumpling dishes (all delicious), the national dish Kabuli Pulao, and kebabs. Everything was so delicious. Highly recommend!

The rice were specially delicious. Got served complementary green tea with bacalawa. The waiter was super sweet and funny.

We fell in love with this place the minute we walked in. The smells were delicious. Samira welcomed us with open arms and despite our disappointment at our show at the Kiln Theatre being cancelled, she managed to make us feel right at home. We aren’t local but cannot recommend this place enough. It’s BYO, food is super tasty, as is the tea.

Amazing food! Fresh and actually tastes authentic. Try the pilaf and lamb curry - perfect on a cold winter day. The only thing I feedback for improvement is the lamb cutlets and hopefully they can be more tender on my next trip, I’ll be coming back.
