The best restaurants serving American food in Wales

So I want to Blue Jay Bar yesterday for furmeet event, the venue is really lovely inside with a lot of space for furries and it is well designed including upstairs. Now I haven’t tried the food sadly but I been hearing is lovely and staff are great too. The only problems I seen is some of lights don’t work or some are flickering which I’m sure does be fixed soon and me & my friend did notice upstairs the ventilator is leaking. But all in all, I well come to this place again (for furmeet obviously) I will give update on this review with the food when I’m going to try them, I see you all again soon. Staff were very patient and helpful when going through the allergens in the dishes. The food tasted great and the shakes are awesome!

Ordered food to sit in here an food waz cold and burnt when spoke to a member of staff to be told what do u expect me to do your food is hot when she made it. ( that was her words) but to top it off my little boy dropped a few chips on floor and there was a mouse eating them off the floor this place NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE SUMONE IS ILL STAY WELL AWAY

We came for a hen do and had a fantastic night!!! We had indoor fireworks and party poppers for a picture. All the staff were very attentive and made sure we made the most of our bottomless brunch!!! Thank you for a great night!! Definitely recommend 💜

Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth 1 star. Food arrived over 1 hour late. Rang to track order, women absolutely clueless. Meat undercooked and a slobbery mess. Fries were stone cold. £35 worth of food ended up in the bin. Vile!

I placed an online order at 8:19 and arrived at 8:38 to collect it, but it still wasn’t ready. I had to leave for work at 8:45. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Other customers who ordered after me received their orders first. This morning, I had to leave without my 3 drinks, which I paid for, because I was late for work, despite placing the order 20 minutes before collection. I expected better service, especially as I am a regular customer , they also did wrong receips of the drink on me sometimes but this wasnt improve and worse service that i have ever had .

The lattice fries are great. Very comfortable to hang out in, except tables are usually not clean enough.

Very sorry to read today that the TGIF in Swansea will be closing. While visiting the city on three occasions, I ate at the restaurant and always had a good meal with excellent service. I wish the staff there all the best for the future.

The same rooms are used for breakfast and for the Cast&Iron restaurant. Breakfast is good. The Cast&Iron restaurant is not superior to the Trophy Bar, just more expensive dishes to choose from. Also, they should have a dress code for the Cast&Iron.

Can’t fault them, always deliver on quality and customer service

Just going to shut for refit Nothing on menue, run down , smelly toilets .

Whilst the mixed kebab was tasty some of the doner meat was cut so thinly I could see through it

Items not added to original order so meant had to stand in line again to get the order completed. Ordered to take out yet order taken was set to eat in and then had to wait for food to be transferred from the tray to a bag, and customisations asked for were not served to had to wait for those items to be remade. Staff seemed complacent and not there, whether it was due to stress or other reasons but it was not overly busy.

Our table was never properly cleaned. At one point there were eight tables that were not operational. Staff walked past and did not seem to care. I gather in one of the ladies toilet cubicles there was no toilet paper, whilst in the men's one if the hand dryers did not work . I emailed customer services, pointing out my observation. Guess what the manager has banned me. Do not go to this pub.
