Ordered food to sit in here an food waz cold and burnt when spoke to a member of staff to be told what do u expect me to do your food is hot when she made it. ( that was her words) but to top it off my little boy dropped a few chips on floor and there was a mouse eating them off the floor this place NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE SUMONE IS ILL STAY WELL AWAY

We had seen this place while in Rhyl. We were keen to try this "award winning burger". Unfortunately we were let down by the extremely poor service, the children's food was less than average, the Hot dog sausages were just average catering sausages. The burgers were OK, average at best. The two members of safe made us feel we were an inconvenience, there were condiments on another table but we were not offered any. All in all it would have been better if we had gone around the corner to McDonald's. It would probably have tasted better. Total shame this place has so much potential if the owners and staff could be bothered to try.

Had meals delivered from here food waz perfect really nice burgers food is a must try if u haven't already. Kids was made up with the fresh donuts

Day trip to rhyl in July, thought what better way than to grab a quick burger and sit on the beach walls to get attacked by seagulls lol The lady serving is really friendly and chatty and full of banter which is great and compared to the rest of rhyl this place looks okish. However award winning burger???? As much as it was nice it was just your everyday run of the mill greasy burger you can find on any of the stalls.

We ate here today and the burgers are huge! Lovely well cooked food and very well priced. Staff were lovely, really friendly and you can eat in too. I recommend eating here if you are in the area... much better than others we have tried!

One of the biggest burgers I have ever eaten, it's was the only good thing about Rhyl. If I'm ever back in the area I will be back for another go at completing the sky scrapper burger

Went today with my 3 kids I had a double bacon burger with cheese which was really tasty on a fresh bun, top quality burgers u can taste the difference !! And kids had slush puppy's and footlong hot dogs which they demolished fantastic service with a smile right on the beach perfect will deffo be visiting again

Delicious. The fat burgers have gone now sadly, but have been replaced by doubling up on normal burgers. I got a quadruple burger in place of two fat ones and it was delicious. Still a high quality takeaway. Loved it.

We visited today with our 5 children. Although no other customers we decided to eat inside. Quite basic menu but enough choice for a quick lunch Food arrived quite quickly. However, they did not give us any cutlery nor were we offered any sauces. The restaurant is very basic with the bare minimum requires to run a food establishment. No customer toilets. They had no children's drinks even though they had a children's menu and we had to split cans of pop between the 4 little ones. Although the food was ok. I think they could try alot harder to make it an enjoyable dining experience. With a bit of effort and better organisation it could be a nice little place. However, I wouldn't return again as there's better places nearby.

Called to rhyl for the day with the family and thought we give this place ago food was very nice and staff friendly. If you like burgers then you will like these why not give it a try i will back again soon.

I was kind of looking forward to visiting this place having seen things on social media etc about it, it's a real let down the quality of the hotdogs etc are no different to those on the other burger kiosks the only difference is big and beefy charge more

the order took a hour and half to get here then it was wrong i asked for no onions it come with onions and hardly any mustard so i rang them up they sent a new one out 40mins later it arrived i think they were trying to make a point as this hotdog that come had like half a jar of mustard on it and was on hard bread got put in the bin couldnt be eaten the chips were dry. will not order again from here

should of known on arrival not to eat here as the staff had brought their children who were riding their bikes around the tables. kids were really hungry so we stayed.Food took a while to arrive and the girl serving was quite rude.Could of overlooked all this if the food was nice but it was left uneaten , burgers tasted off.Avoid its awful

Usually visit big and beefy! This is our 1st time ordering off just eat.. the burgers are second to none! Its nice to see somewhere that uses real beef rather than the processed rubbish every takeaway has! And Suprisingly low price considering the quality thats produced. The staff are also really friendly and English which is a rare thing to see these days! As a taxi driver I recomend all my customers! Support our local businesses!

Order was wrong and delivery was nearly an hour

Food arrived a lot more quickly than expected and was nice and hot, unfortunately it was incomplete, one of the items we had ordered was missing. Food was okay but nothing spectacular. Rated the take away service as 6* as this system wouldn't allow me to submit without rating this.

loved the food, just need to make sure the meat is cooked all the way through as had to throw burger in bin as was frozen in middle

Fantastic burgers, fast delivery

Absolutely terrible! Ordered at half 8, they then took 20 minutes to ring and tell us they had no cheese for the pizza, I then decide I'll have ribs, they haven't got any so we order 2 mixed grills instead.. They take 1 hour to get here and they over charge us! The gammon was burnt, tough and the tiniest bit of gammon I've ever seen! The steak wasn't any where near cooked and had blood streaming out of it! Absolutely fuming! Never ordering from here again!

Absolutely delicious burger, I had the Mexican meal and my wife had the classic, both were amazing. I've been back since within the week!!!

I ordered buffalo wings they didn't have any so they phoned and asked me to order something else. I then ordered a portion of ribs, if I could attach a picture then I would. They looked absolutely vile, smelt like dog food and looked like bones from legs rather than 'ribs'. Will not be ordering from here again. Put off ribs for life.

Ordered pizzas but they didn't have any so they phoned for me to reorder, so ordered the sky burger to be delivered in an hour and a halfs time. They came within half hour but I wasn't ready for it. The burger was awful. Undercooked and smelt terrible. One bite and threw it in the bin. Glad I ordered the kids from somewhere else. Won't order from here again.

food was shockingly bad! Ordered a pizza which was blatently a frozen one with just pineapple thrown on top. Chicken New Yorker was tomato sauce not bbq, And for what you pay for a burger I at least expected it in a box, not foil. Never again.

Terrible service! Stayed at Robin Hood, Ordered the food and the delivery driver rang to say she would be leaving soon but I had to meet her at the reception to pick up the food!! She refused to deliver it to our chalet! Being 8 months pregnant and walking to pick up food for it to be cold by time I get back is a joke!! Cancelled the order anyway and went without😡 they should state on just eat that they won't deliver it to your door instead of making you wait an hour then telling you! It's not really a food delivery service if they are only going to deliver it half way!!!!!!!

The food was quite good instead of the meat was undercooked, I had to cook the burgers to be able to eat them (and I have to say I like medium rare meat, but this was too much) But the burger itself was good. Delivery time was an hour, but they said 50 minutes anyway, so not too bad. I will probably be ordering again, only letting them know about the meat well done

Food was very good and not bad like people describe, item was forgot the first person I spoke to was abrupt but the manager resolved.

Wont be ordering again. We give the benefit out the doubt every time we order but everytime the burgers are undercooked.. £9 for a burger meal is alot of money wasted when its raw.

Food was delicious and good quality meat. I made a small mistake with house number was only next door but we were greeted by a rather moody delivery driver who was quite rude .

Absolutely terrible service! Waited about an hour, called to see why the order was over 30 minutes late only to be told that they had no delivery driver to bring the order, so had refunded the money. Still haven't got any confirmation of being refunded. Worst service I've ever seen.

This meal was officially the best takeaway food I have ever eaten. In my opinion up to restaurant standards. Size of the burgers and portions size were excellent much bigger than expected. Lovely staff, polite. Very much enjoyed the experience. Will be the only takeaway service I order from now on. Thankyou!

Thoroughly disappointed with the food which is a great shame as the staff could not have been friendlier. A lovely banter whilst the food was being cooked and although this resulted in part of our order being overlooked mistakes can happen. After around a 20 minute wait for the food (it's all cooked fresh so no problem with that) we chose our sauces and headed on our way. However on closer inspection I seem to have purchased a classic sloppy prom burger i.e. nothing special not very beefy I would say mostly fillers and cereal. The footling hotdog sausage also disappointed my other half with comments it was more like a casserole sausage filled with herbs rather than a classic hotdog sausage mix or even frankfurter as you would expect from a burger bar. The potato skins however are lovely filled with cheese and bacon we missed the sauce for these but I should imagine with the sour cream and chive sauce they would be gorgeous. All in all I would think twice about returning which is a shame as I like to support local businesses.

If you want a pizza swimming in fat this is the place ! I've ate a lot of pizzas in my time and I can say this is up there with the worst ! Claims number 1 spot by a mile took 1 Bite the rest went in the bin !! Enough said

We were looking for somewhere to eat at 8pm and found Big n Beefy. My husband had the 8 oz Beef Burger with cheese and onion and he said it was the best burger he had ever had. I had the Chicken New Yorker which was also excellent. We were served by an extremely pleasant and helpful young lady called Rachel - nothing was too much trouble. Extremely reasonable prices too!

Burgers you find in a cheap burger stand in fairs or markets. I had 2 slices of mushrooms on my classic burger. Bacon was nice. Cheese was plastic and if you look on the fb page the photos are completely different to what you get. 14.00 paid for what I could get from a roadside burger stall for 3.00. The 2 x 4oz burgers were the same awful stuff you get from these places not home made or from butcher. AVOID

Very poor service. Time on for the arrival of my order from just eat and on the company I chose were 10 minutes apart, but the food arrived twenty minutes later than the company said it would and it was cold. When I rang up to ask where my order was, the manager was very abrupt with me. I will be rethinking my use of just eat after this last experience of your service.

Burger was dry and over cooked, pizza was to perfect to be fresh made so was obviously shop bought, 16 oz burger bottom patty burnt and too dry to eat top patty was tasty though. Overall waiting time from ordering to delivery was 1 hour 45 minutes. Overall impression was waited too long food obviously cooked and then left to keep warm hence being dry. I am sorry to say I can't recommend this place.

Was recommended this place as the best burger in town, I ordered an Aberdeen Angus cheeseburger with onions and I was totally disgusted with the flavour of the meat, it tasted as if it had freezer burn. Whatever the cause I won't be paying it a second visit.

Big N Beefy is STILL the Number 1 burger takeaway in Rhyl. Big, juicy burgers, full of toppings. Occasionally need to add a little more sauce but that's just because there's so much meat and toppings on the burgers!
