Been a while since I've had a Burger King and I wasn't dissapointed. Service was very quick, the staff were accommodating when it came down to an allergy to the paper cups. Food was better than I remember. The place was very clean and tidy and the atmosphere was very calm compared to other fast food establishments. See you next time

Unacceptably late. Asked to be delivered by 12:30, it arrived at 1:05, I had work around the corner and had to shovel the food down quickly instead of actually enjoying it, not that I could as it was stone cold.

only had had one full meal chips were missing.not sure how you can miss that unless you don't give a toss what you are doing

I placed my our at 2 estimated delivery 2.35-3. It didn't arrive till after 4.30 except time went past 5 and no way of cancelling order. Food was cold and stale like it had been sat for hours. Really not impressed

supposed to be xl cheese burger with bacon it's a normal and no fries with kids meal

don't order from here, food prepared incorrectly therefore I was unable to eat it due to my allergy and did not get compensated.

Main order was fine but missing bbq and sweet chilli dip. Courier phoned but 20 mins later he's not arrived.

I ordered the bacon double duo and only got the fries and one random extra portion of small fries. Shocking

Items not added to original order so meant had to stand in line again to get the order completed. Ordered to take out yet order taken was set to eat in and then had to wait for food to be transferred from the tray to a bag, and customisations asked for were not served to had to wait for those items to be remade. Staff seemed complacent and not there, whether it was due to stress or other reasons but it was not overly busy.

Nothing quite like a BK your way in the world. No where else does quality meet price in such a glorious way. Welcoming to all, BK sports a rustic atmosphere and friendly staff (maybe even too friendly 😉).

Can't fault it. All the food was there and the quality was great. The meal arrived on time and the delivery man was polite, friendly and just great!

Drove from port talbot, made a £50+ order, got home, over £20 worth of food missing including my whole meal, I only had my drink! And another whole meal missing! While waiting for food, I could hear staff making animal noises and laughing loudly, generally messing about behind the counter and kitchen area, not a very pleasant experience at all!

The chef keeps burning the bun instead of toasting it. Doubt i'll visit this BK again

I ordered a double whopper and only received one beef patty in the burger

burger king did not send the correct order and when I phoned them they would not even offer a solution. just told us to phone just eat. this is the third time now they have failed to send the correct items.

whilst the delivery was 3 mins early the driver made several other deliveries on the way so my food was cold upon delivery.

Took over an hour to deliver. Time kept changing... Shouldn't advertise on here of they don't have drivers to deliver, within the timeframe stated and then confirmed, only to be moved later and later and later.

Purchased a chicken royal meal and found a small hard black substance in the middle of the chicken. The substance had a pink coloured thin coating on the outside Returned to the premises today and was told it appears to be the “pen marker” they use to write on the wrapper of the burgers. Investigation is ongoing with local Council before submitting a complaint to Burger King HQ Full refund given as expected but no offer of any compensation

Cold had to wait a hour for my order

Didn’t even deliver my food, marked it delivered but never received the food.

They don’t look at the order when making the item could have put someone in hospital as they put cheese on the food when we didn’t even ask for it, they don’t care about allergy

Chips were cold and the burger was warm. Could have been hotter. I allowed for the travel time, but food should have been still hot.
