Ordered food online and paid. Diner then phoned to say they don't have the item in stock and they refused to cancel my order!? I couldn't cancer it as they had ACCEPTED the order and a driver was allocated. The guy on the phone became quite rude

Los entrantes elección limitada debido al trato, pero ambos artículos buenos queso macn y bombers de chile y tocino, recogedores de esposa bombers, pero los bombardeó demasiado picante, así que intercambiamos. Plato principal estaba destinado a tener hongos, pero ninguno allí, esposa hablaba Alex (camarero gran servicio) y fue rectificado rápidamente. Lo único que mi esposa no estaba contento con era salsa de ajo extra £ 2. 00 no mucho allí ver foto, olla pequeña. Quisiera volver. SÍ.

Been here before, but not for a few years as I don't visit Glasgow often but was down for a concert. As always the food was fab, we had the mac n cheese with beef and a portion of the garlic and pecorino tater tots on the side - so garlicy and cheesy they were to die for. A special shout out to Callum K who was looking after us and really went the extra mile - from searching the bar for alternative - off menu drinks when the one we wanted was out of stock, to making sure the small changes to our meal were accommodated, nothing was too much bother. Great service can make such a difference to a meal, he's a real credit to the place. Not sure when we will be back in Glasgow but we will defo be booking to come back here.
