I went in while I was on a strict time limit and had never been before. Insanely good food for what you pay for - both the coffee and bagel tasted really good. Food was in my hand only a minute after ordering, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and conversational. I will be going there again.

friendly, quick customer service, and food is always great. however, during a quiet period in the shop I overheard the manager (I think it was the manager) speaking rather condescendingly and passive aggressively towards the other staff and instructing them to do things in a tone as if they were children. I really feel for the staff and I really believe that positive interactions between supervisors and staff is equally as important as positive interactions between staff and customers. again, the customer service and food were both great, hence the 4 out of 5 stars, but it definitely negatively affected my experience, it doesn't hurt to speak to your staff like real human beings with sentient thought!

just had an amazing California chicken bagel for my lunch from here, it was so delicious I’d eat another one in a heartbeat the next time I order from here. absolutely delicious thank you very much and a job well done bagel mania, fan Daby Dosey. 😊

Stopped in here after a visit to the Hunterian Art Gallery and museum. We just wanted a light lunch and were delighted with the selection on offer and the ability to customise our order to our taste. We had a BLT panini and a chicken wrap with 2 huge lattes for less than £15. Everything was freshly made, piping hot and very tasty. Very fast, efficient service and all with a huge helping of Glaswegian charm and chat. I wish we had room for a cake - but that's an excuse to come back.

Stumbled across this wee place during a visit to Glasgow Uni, we were looking for something quick and simple so decided to give it a try - so glad we did! The best bagels we've had since our trip to NY, and what a selection. My husband hasn't stopped talking about the Reuben he ordered, and my antipasto bagel had the perfect combination of flavours. The coffee was great too and I really appreciated being asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso in my cappucino - most places don't ask! The staff were really lovely and so helpful, and our food was ready in extra quick time. My only slight issue was the price - £19.70 for two bagels, two small-ish coffees and a can of Dr Pepper did feel a little on the expensive side. The quality of the food was fantastic so I didn't mind too much, but it might not be the cheapest of 'cheap eats' if that's what you're looking for.

Condensation, dirt, cold and unfriendly need I say more. It's a certain vibe that I'm not for. Plenty of better quality restaurants next door if not a walk away.

I also had the NYPD Bagel which was fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly and coffee was brilliant.

The bagels are delicious- high quality ingrediants and great value for money! I like how they have a nice variety of fresh fruit juices but also baked treats. The man with the long hair and tattoos is an absolute treasure. Will go here time and time again for a reliable, consistent and satisfying lunch! Also service is nice and quick

Got a chicken BLT and tomato and roasted red pepper soup. Both were delicious. Soup had a bit of spice to it. Can mix and match the contents of the bagels.

Lovely food and excellent service! Pizza deluxe bagel was amazing and smoked salmon bagel lovely too.

Really cool quirky vibe in a west end hot spot. Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel is phenomenal! Good prices and really tasty cakes too :)

The place looks tidy and neat, prices are quite proportionate to what you get in terms of quality and speed of the service (the average take-away bagel costs £3.50, or £4 if you eat in).

We stopped in because of the yummy looking treats in the case, but we left with soup, bagels AND treats from the case ;-) Lucka and Kam greeted us so wonderfully, you'd have thought we were kin! The quality of the food is amazing! If you want a really great place for brunch/lunch/whatever, this is the place you want! Better get here now before it is "discovered". I have a feeling this will have a waiting line soon! Highly recommended!
