Lad who served us (Sam) was brilliant and really made us welcome. Amazing food and amazing value for money considering the quality of steak.

Great food, great price and fantastic customer service. We shall be back! had a great lunch for £5.00 and that was to course...best nan bread ever too!

Food was over an hour late in arriving. Food was cold. Pizza was soggy and tasteless. Missing chips from our meal deals. Rude delivery driver and no apology when contacting manager at the store. Never had an issue with previous owners: very disappointed and won’t be back

Es la primera vez. Domingo alrededor de las 2 pm. El lugar estaba vacío, solo unas pocas mesas ocupadas. Nos dijeron que eligiéramos cualquier mesa que nos gustara. Pasó por varias mesas sucias antes de conformarse con lo que parecía la mesa menos sucia. Podía ver en un área de personal que parecía completamente caótico. Socio también dijo que los baños estaban sucios. Casi 50 libras por dos hamburguesas, una cerveza y una Coca-Cola Dietética. Las hamburguesas y papas fritas eran bastante pequeñas en términos de tamaño de porción y sabían poco notable. El lugar era frío y carecía de ambiente. Lo único bueno fue que la comida salió rápidamente, lo que significa que no tuvimos que quedarnos más tiempo del necesario. Ciertamente no la experiencia única que se retrata en las redes sociales.

Would not recommend, poor service, still waiting for food, ordered over 2 and a half hours ago. Very disappointed and very hungry. Unfortunately no option for 0 stars.

Been here a few times now, foods good, quite clean but for the customer service? Where do i even get started with this, for starters the staff are just blatantly rude, making complaints about ur order infront of you, never have enough stock in, come here for my usual all the time and am normally told they don’t have ham or something. When I walk in the door I am normally greeted with someone telling me there’s no chips, which by the way how do u know if I want chips? Sort ur staff.

We Thought we would give the place a try, as its been open a few years and had mixed review. We had aKorma with Rice. The Rice was not cooked with a lot of grainy bits. and the corma was look warm and i put it in a pan and heated it up. We also had a Pizza that was not all that good considering the price. We will not use this place again as better food in Longtown even with the 12 mile trip.

Empty cold restaurant. Food took ages to arrive... Food wasn't bad but the cold restaurant, lack of atmosphere and the sheer time to get food not a good experience... Won't be back unfortunately

Ordered food - it never came and when I tried to follow up the staff member was rude and hung up on me. Shame - seemed like a nice place.

Fui a tomar unas copas después de ver la cárcel del casco antiguo. Bonito ambiente en general, la comida era buena y tenían una gran selección de cócteles para elegir. El personal era amable y relativamente rápido. Iría de nuevo.

Food was very tasty and filling as it is at every TGIF. That glaze sauce is phenomenal. Overpriced for sure, over £20 for a simple burger is slightly mad. Everything else was pretty bad about the experience and it’s down to this branch being understaffed. Servers were friendly and hard-working but they were drowning. Took 20 mins for our order to be taken and then another 45 mins for the food to arrive. It’s basically fast food, all the sauces are bottled, likely all the meat is frozen and reheated, so the delay was unacceptable. Also the issue of cleanliness. Restaurant wasn’t awful, but needed dusting. The toilets were shocking, doubt they were cleaned in the week before we visited. Hand soap dispenser broken, backup bottle of hand soap empty. The smell was ghastly.

Can’t actually remember, but it was still hot cheeseburger, so I think he was on time

Katsu Sandwhich was really tasty and a great price, really enjoyed this place! Amy served us and was fantastic, made sure we had everything we needed, even offered to move our table from the direct sunlight.

This is a chain coffee shop that gets 10 points.

The night I went, none of the waiters spoke Spanish (not a big deal, either). I ordered some "Colombian" empanadas. Besides, they were poorly fried, had no potatoes or stew, were just meat, and didn't taste good. Besides, they were very expensive for what they are. The music was great.
