Great food, great price and fantastic customer service. We shall be back! had a great lunch for £5.00 and that was to course...best nan bread ever too!

Wrote a previous review. Have visited this place twice since then and on the two occasions the food has been terrible. Under cooked burger. Coney island fries stuck to foil as they ran out of covers for trays. Food left everyone with dodgy stomachs. Girlfriend wanted to try them one last time and it back fired again. Either keep the chef who knows what they're doing or you will be shutting your doors for longer than out of work hours. Very, Very Dissapointed as I sung this places praises and the first two visits were cracking. Sorry guys.

Mi novia y yo finalmente fui con la hamburguesa, y tenía cero quejas. Soy una lectora y cocinar mi propia hamburguesas y este lugar no me dejaron decepcionado. No solo las hamburguesas geniales, pero las patatas fritas son muy buenas, en Coney Island. Junto con la entrega rápida nos pedir de nuevo al día siguiente. Siempre lea las críticas negativas así como la gran y a veces sí. . No cocinar a través de hamburguesas. . . Esto sucede. Y nuestro conductor entrega estaba perfectamente bien que estos chicos han claramente corregido sus fallos a diferencia de muchos otros. Si quieres probar algo diferente y una hamburguesa que llena el hambre que te dan cuando viendo comida hombre vs. . . Este es el lugar para ir.

Esperamos más de 2 horas para una entrega y frío, sobras congeladas comestible. Chico entrega terrible también como no golpear, thumped la puerta, sacudió toda la casa, cuando le preguntaron si él había patadas la puerta o sacabas, se disculpó diciendo que cayó en la puerta. . . Definitivamente él no.. . No nos sorprendió, ya que parecía estar bajo la influencia de algo! ! ! ! ! Él entonces re-llamó con la disculpa de darnos la falta helados. . Que estaba completamente fundido.! El único comentario positivo que puedo dar son 1. La Col estaba bien 2. Después de varias llamadas al restaurante y "a comer", Aplicación que nos concede un reembolso completo. Todo el ejercicio fue de 4 horas. . . . . . . . Tan triste para dar una crítica negativa, pero comida totalmente incomible y perdimos nuestro apetito muy rápidamente después. Nunca más. . Lo siento amigos!.

Me entristece decir que pedí tres hamburguesas a domicilio todo de crudo. Me hubiera sido más que feliz de haber esperado más tiempo así que mi comida podría ser cocinado a la norma apropiada si me hubieran contactado. El tamaño de la porción también era bastante pequeño, así que todos y era un poco caro, así que me he quedado fuera de bolsillo y aún hambre después ha dejado con una comida tan decepcionante. Esperamos una hora para la entrega. Orden equivocada aunque explicó en detalle lo que queríamos. La comida estaba fría. Llamado para obtener una nueva enviado, me dijeron que iba a tomar otra hora o puedo tener reembolso parcial, que era menos de lo que el tema originalmente costo y luego mintió y dijo que la entrega era más de lo que es normalmente. He ordenado que desde aquí muchas veces, así que sé cuánto están las cosas, pedimos las mismas cosas. Aparentemente la entrega es de £2. 50 por menos de 1 milla de distancia. Sale más barato pedir a través de comer solo, que normalmente es más caro.La operadora fue brusco, no le importaba el orden estaba equivocado y era como tomar el reembolso o esperar otra hora!No hace falta decir que no pedir desde la habitación o la hamburguesa de nuevo brassiere Ashoka. Voy a pedir de la casa de India que nunca se equivocan!

A la llegada es muy difícil averiguar donde la hamburguesa oom. En realidad fuimos arriba y bajamos de nuevo el ya no había ningún cartel que diga a dónde ir. Una vez que llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que en realidad combinado con otro restaurante y le dan el menú para el que estás buscando para comer. Pedí una hamburguesa de pollo, que era preciosa y mi pareja pedimos una hamburguesa de carne con un montón de relleno reformadores Whig creía que era hermosa. Pedí un lado de macarrones, en caso de que no estaba interesado en la hamburguesa, que fue realmente un gran porción así realmente alimentado con nosotros dos. Nos gustó la comida simplemente encontrar la distribución un poco confuso. Probablemente más sentido tener un lugar separado.

Yo personalizado mi hamburguesa y era tan buena que se demolió a menos de 2 minutos! Tenías carne patty con queso azul queso n hombre hamburguesa y salsa de habitación no puedo describir DIOS mío lo bueno que era. Mi marido fue un buffalo y que le encantó también! 100% volveremos y recomendar

Great choice burgers and ice creams. Great for all the family young and old. Not the "fast food" you would expect from a burger joint, but very well worth the wait.

Ordered a takeaway from here. The food never arrived and they wouldn't answer the phone. I won't be ordering from here again!

Had a fantastic burger along with a very nice Indian beer. Was looked after by a very pleasant young lady who took an interest in where I was from. A nice mix of Indian food and burger menu.

Simply brilliant burgers, cooked to order. This is a relatively new place to eat in Kirkintilloch but with parking nearby it is worth a visit.

Took my 9 year old last year for lunch as I hadn't been in it since it opened. Have to say I really enjoyed it, the decor was nice, staff were very pleasant and no complaints about the service however it was very quiet at the time. The burgers were very big and tasted delicious, it is a bit more expensive than burger king et al but its far superior in quality and quantity. would definitely recommend, can't comment on the movie night deal they offer but think it would be a good night out. Like the fact that you can get an alcoholic drink too if you want one.

ordered lunch from here for collection via just eat...went to pick it up and found the shop shut... a woman appeared and told us we had to go up the stairs to the ashoka restaurant to collect it....waited about 5 mins then when we got our food we were told we had to collect our shake from downstairs.....my wife ordered mac n cheese she did not like it and left almost all of it... i had the buffalo soldier fries (blue cheese and buffalo sauce) these were tasty.... now comes the best part.....my shroom "burger" which is not a burger at all... just a bun with mushrooms and blue cheese....GUTTED...no burger.... why have on the menu shroom burger if there is no burger ,it should be called the shroom bun....

I have recently visited the burger room after a stressful journey getting there due to if u blinked you could miss it as it small and not sigh posted .the premises is very small and cramped when you are eating the décor was not attractive gave the restaurant a gloomy and dark atmosphere

I visited the burger room but was unsure for a start where it was as there was no signs in the area for it. Also I was not sure what burgers or other food they offered again as there was no advertising.When we arrived I was shocked at the size of the restaurant as it was not very big. The food was average but not sure I will be rushing back.

if you blink you'll miss it, hidden away at the back of Kirkintilloch town. Pop in and have the burgers they are lush :-), add the extra toppings (@ £1 each and you'll not be disappointed. If you're still hungry there is a huge selection of ice creams and other deserts. Great value for money and great service. It's well worth a visit. Enjoy!

I hadn't been in this place at all even though I only work round the corner.. but I suggested to my friend that we go get some ice cream from there, as others had said it was quite nice. Service was lovely. Even for the drizzly day, the ice cream defiantly brightened things up! Good prices for the size and quality you get.

First visit to this restaurant and will definitely be back. The food was excellent, generous portion sizes and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I went here with a few friends for a quick bite to eat before going out. I ordered the Coney Island fries and i was not disappointed...it was tasty tasty! My friends order the mac and cheese burger and it was loaded with it all.The price was pretty decent too which included 4 meals and beers all round.I will definitely visit again next time i'm in that neck of the woods.

I've returned to this local restaurant several times as the food and desserts are excellent.The decor is good and has a great atmosphere and staff are very good and knowledgeable in regards to cocktails.They will also cater for changes to the food ordered to suit the individual.It will be a regular visit for me as there is a great choice on the menu, well worth a visit

A very pleasant visit to the burger room with my kid cousins. Staff were friendly and very accommodating to children. There was plenty choice on both the adult and kids menu, as the name suggest we had burgers (which were generally standard).The only downfall, is the fact that there was only limited seating areas. So beware if you turn up in a large party you may need to call ahead. Other things to keep in mind: is there is a large projector screen (can be a major distraction), no student discount and no loyalty card.

My neice had been recently and really enjoyed it so we decided to give it a try. It was a Tuesday night and we walked into an empty restaurant apart from 2 people waiting for a take away order. We were greeted by Emma who took us over to one of the booths, which I prefer if available. The decor is clean and modern. The tables in the booths are too wee though !We stuck to the task and ordered 2 burgers, both of which were juicy and perfectly cooked and served on toasted buns (a nice touch which most places don't do). Both came with a side of skinny chips which were nicely cooked too. Washed down with a beer and a glass of wine.A wee bit tricky to find if you don't know the area, but it's oppposite Smiths Hotel.We'll be back !

Was in today while in Kirkintilloch and yet again was met by friendly staff and great food and drinks, would like to thank Megan for all her help on choosing the right burger to suit my tastes

Had been unsure about what to expect from The Burger Room based on the mixed reviews it has received, and I went in with a completely open mind. It was GREAT. As it happens, the burger wasn't even the most enjoyable part of the meal - the burger was really good but the cheesy fries with pulled pork and BBQ sauce ("piggy wiggies") and buffalo wings were OFF THE CHART. Service could've been a bit better (we were the only people in at the time and the waitresses didn't come over to check that our meal was OK for quite some time, no big deal though) Overall experience was great, and I will definitely be back. Had a quick chat with the boss on my way out and was very impressed by his desire to make it as great as he could. On a side note, my recommendation for any couples going would be to order the following and eat it tapas style:- Piggy wiggles (chips w/ cheese, pulled pork and BBQ sauce)- Buffalo wings (tangy sauce is excellent!)- Coyote burger (beef burger, beef chilli, cheese, mayo)Even if you are unsure whether you'll enjoy this place, you should definitely try it out. I'll be back for more of this and also to try the ice cream and Tango Ice Blasts!

Went along today with my daughter and friends, as it was a really nice sunny afternoon we only intended to go in for some of the fantastic flavours of ice-cream. But once inside and after a look at the menu we couldn't resist having something to eat, everything we had was really nice as usual, staff members friendly and helpful and more importantly so was the ice-cream. Would definitely recommend this wee gem of a place, You won't be disappointed something for everyone. We will be back soon :-) Thank you again to the staff :-)

Firstly can I say that the people who work here are lovely . However the Burger Room is understaffed. On a Saturday night only 2 were on and were run off their feet . As a result service was really slow ....not their fault. Our food arrived 45mins after we ordered. The Nachos were awful...cold and lacking . Sent them back . The burger was nice as were the buffalo wings . However the cocktails were the worst we've ever tasted . Such a shame. This place was great when it first opened . I'm really hoping this was an off night .

Really not good. Burgers fell apart and cold,, nachos cold too, wine warm. Not a good combination. On a plus point staff lovely but would not come back again.

My husband and I have went on a number of occasions and on nearly all of those occasions, we agreed the food was lovely and the service was good but it's just so slow! the length of time you need to wait for food is really poor. On one occasion they tried to give me my side of mac and cheese after i have had my main meal. Today when we visited i got my meal after my husband as there had been a 'mix up' with my order. This was after waiting around half an hour for our meal. I think the place has so much potential. The staff are always nice ( and apologetic when things go wrong) and has an extensive burger and cocktail range, it just needs to pick up the pace!

Took my son and his friends here for something different kids loved the choices of burgers icecreams and drinks very tasty and good portion sizes staff were very welcoming and place looked really clean and had nice atmosphere

Wasn't impressed by the food. Thought the burgers were quite greasy and chips were cold. Over priced, wouldn't go back.

I wasn't competing in the man v food competition but I was a very interested observer. What I did notice was that Gordon C ate more burgers than cfcbernie. This proved who is more of a man and cfcbernie is coming across as bitter due to this. I also thought that the sleazy Turk slev would have done better but this could be down to him being whipped.

I was at the The burger room on Wednesday 18/3/15 for the Man v food competition and I was with cfcbernie87 who gave the place a bad review and I won't lie it was a bit dry the more I ate but I'm guessing this was just the amount of salt I was consuming but there's only so much you can expect from a food challenge and a burger that big. I would defo go back and try something from their normal menu and I personally think cfcbernie87 is just being bitter because I eat more of the burger than him and proved who the real man was.

We went to the burger room last night to attempt the burger challenge as we seen pictures on facebook, it looked good in the photo lots of food to eat in 30 mins. Turns out the burgers where the dryest over cooked tasteless burgers I've ever had no wonder we couldn't eat more as it was like chewing rubber, sounds harsh but they were that bad. The chips where rock hard and the onion rings where like supermarket quality defo not homemade. The only good things what's the Mac and cheese, milkshake and the friendly staff

I ordered a take away and when i got home my burgers where raw and stone cold. I called and complained the manager ensured me he would send out a voucher to this date i have never received it nor have i been back.

Just like the title says. I've been to a number of the "trendy" new burger joints in Glasgow and yes, it is good visiting new places and trying new menus... For me though The Burger Room is up there (most of the time surpassing) with the very very best. The food is delicious. With a simple yet original menu it combines great quality with lots of variance. I'd love to try the challenge but it looks beyond me! Can't speak highly enough about the staff. Long story short.... Just go. Ok. It's really really good.

Have been in burger room before and enjoyed my meal however don't get a takeaway. After waiting over an hour the chips were cold and coleslaw was missing. Phoned and was told they'd get it out to me 25 mins later it was here! This was not at the weekend and I expect better service than that

I can't think of any other words other than, outstanding. The food was phenomenal, as per usual. The milkshakes and Cocktails were amazing. My wife and I were blown away by the service we received from the 2 girls on Saturday giving how busy it was, these 2 girls served us every weekend we have been in and I can say with complete honesty, they're wonderful, Smiley/Genuine staff. This was my forth visit and I will definitely be back. I enjoyed that the owner himself came in and he chatted with us about our experience. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. The Burger Room is a credit to Kirkie. About time we had a place like this!

Went on Saturday with my husband and son. Fantastic service. We all loved the food, burgers are amazing and best I've had in a long time. Reasonable prices for amazing food. The milkshakes are a must have, they seem pricey but when you see what you get, more than worth it. For an upmarket burger and fries then this is not to be missed. Lovely, clean and spotless restaurant. Can't wait to go back.

Eaten here twice, first time was disappointing so we decided to try again. Food was far far too salty, especially the fries! Buffalo wings tasted awful and looked worse. Much, much better places in the town for a fraction of the price! Only things decent are the ice blasts and the fact the restaurant is spotless...

Traveled from bathgate was well worth it food was amazing. Cocktails looked good but was driving although the milkshake made up for it will definitely be back.

Been here a few times now and had something different every time food is amazing and my kids love the ice cream flavours and drinks.staff so friendly and attentive I would defo recommend this place.

The burger room is clearly targettin a younger client, however this should not detract from good burgers. only complaint was the pulled pork was cold

Nice casual place to go for a burger. Had the classic which was delicious. Good selection of drinks and cocktails too. Very nice server. Would recommend.

Have ordered take-away to be delivered and have picked up on numerous occasions over the last month and it was not disappointing. However, over the last fortnight, it has been a shambles. Credit to the young female staff who have had to take the pressure for poor service, they have done their best. Managers should have intervened at an earlier stage. Ordered take away to pick up and it took 1 hour and 5 minutes for the order to be ready! Heaven knows how long it took for deliveries! Again, no criticism for the staff who had to deal with customers or delivery drivers who I would imagine had to take the flack for late deliveries. Poor management caused this extremely poor service. Note to managers, don't expect shop floor staff to deal with what is a manager's job. It is your job to deal with these problems, that is not what your staff are being paid for! I would imagine you are already ready losing valued customers, yet at no time did you intervene to give a discount to customers who have received a poor service. (many customers had to wait for food on this particular night i.e. pick up/dining/deliveries.) Not to mention that food was substandard on collection.

The burgers were delicious, the chicken wings were delicious and the staff were lovely. We arrived in the middle of a children's party and the staff seated us upstairs so we could eat burgers without playing musical statues! I would definitely visit again.

We visited The Burger Room after spotting it on social media where it looked very promising, and dined there on a Saturday night. We were attracted by the prospect of a good quality American style burger joint experience in our home town, and on the face of things and the location, you'd think this would be a sure fire winner from a business perspective.However, when we arrived, despite it being Saturday night, it was nearly empty which was perhaps a warning signal, but it looked clean and fresh so we went for it.I don't want to be too critical of this restaurant as it's new and I believe it has huge potential locally if they get the formula right, and I'd happily become a regular if I had more confidence in the dining experience. I'm also mindful that it is a new venture and it's only fair to give the owners some time to get things right. There's definitely a market gap locally between the fast food chains and more formal restaurants that The Burger Room can do well from if they invest wisely in their menus and quality.Having said this, there were a few disappointments that could easily have been avoided and are all the more surprising given the experience the owners have in the restaurant trade. These included running out of Stella Artois after one bottle, lack of starters on the menu, a very basic dessert menu 'borrowed' from the owner's Indian restaurant upstairs and only one girl on serving duty. To her credit, she was very good (Rachel?) and coped well with the limited number of tables that were occupied, but we felt it wouldn't have taken too much more trade for her to have been overworked, and there were delays in our service.The restaurant design is spartan/industrial, but it's very clean and has a certain ambience that could work well as part of the dining experience if the food was a bit better.Moving to the food, we had a variety of burgers and a couple of side orders to make up for the lack of starters, and they were OK but just that. The burgers didn't come near to matching what you'd get in the States or even at a decent Glasgow joint. The brioche buns were cold and untoasted, and the base of mine was made totally soggy with the sauce from the chilli topping.The chips which were advertised on the menu as 'twice fried' or something similar, gave an expectation of proper fresh American style fries, but the reality was cheap deep fried cash and carry style frozen chips. The size of the chip portions was minimal, and there were no salad garnishes or anything to compliment the burgers. This, we felt, made the dishes look very sparse. As I mentioned earlier, the dessert menu was frankly rubbish, and we passed on sweets in favour of coffees and drinks at a nearby competitor restaurant.Summing up, we'll give The Burger Room another shot in a month or so to see if they've got it together, but if it's the same as our first visit, I'm afraid we won't be back.

Burgers and Coney Island fries were amazing! Staff member came over to have a chat after we had finished, really nice guy!! Would recommend.

Great to have a place like this in our home town. Had a Western Burger and a Latte this time round. As usual service was very good and quick. Very friendly staff who make you feel very welcome and show an interest. Will be one of my regulars!!

There was 2 of us dining, this was my first time however my cousin had been several times before, which was good as she could explain about "upgrading" your chips as the server didn't explain this. Burger arrived it was tasty but didn't blow me away like I'd expected having read previous reviews. My milkshake was poorly mixed with the reece cups stuck to the bottom of the cup rather than throughout it. The server was very friendly, however his lack of front teeth was of putting.

All the dishes we have tried so far have been excellent. Drinks are yummy and the customer service is very good too. Would like to see some Angus beef Sliders(mini burgers) added to the menu at some point if possible as they are my fav :)

Comparing my experience to other reviews on Trip Advisor I am not sure i went to the right place. Truly one of the worst burgers I have ever paid for. I waited a couple of days after visiting to post my review, choosing not to post a review straight away in a bid to make sure I am not exaggerating but the meal I had at The Burger Room was far below expectations.On entering the restaurant was small and "diner-ish" with good use made of the limited space, there were 2 other people in the place on a Friday night at 6pm and the staff were okay, no complaints or praises about the service. Waiting times were fair with no issue there, however, the food... Burgers are something I am always critical of when I order one, especially in a 'specialist' burger joint, let's face it they are not difficult to make from scratch at home but what I received when I ordered the Western Burger was a huge, huge disappoint, I still can't get over the fact this place claims to be a specialist burger joint. I received a burger that was too small for the roll and cheese on top of the burger that had gone crispy and burnt, it was like a cheese crisp (how does this even happen?) and bacon that was slightly tough. The burger itself was grey, dry and tasteless. Toward the end of the burger I was seriously struggling to swallow it and was thankful that the size of their drinks is on the large side. The chips however, the chips are fantastic, there was not enough of the chips! I am not even a chip fan, they are not something I would choose to eat unless they are already on the plate but The Burger Room should be renamed The Chip Room.This place fell so far below expectation that I am a wee bit lost for words about how to explain how bad it was, I have had £1 burgers from greasy diners that were better. Perhaps I had a one off bad experience? I don't know but I don't want to risk having another experience like it so I won't be back.My recommendation to others would be try The Burger Room but don't buy a beef burger, you can make something better at home with 3 ingredients. MacDonald's is a 5min walk away if you want a burger in Kirky and if you want a real burger experience go to one of the many quality places popping up around Glasgow who sell burgers at the same price but do it right.

Visited the Burger Room a few times now for take away service - always first class & friendly service from Meeki and Staff :) premises always spotlessly clean and inviting - see the takeaway service is available on the "Just Eat" app now wish they would delivery to the G21 area ~ 10/10

The place is small,clean and tidy an looks good. The food is nice and tasty,but not great compared to any place decent that sells burgers. Bit over priced for what i got,but as i said the food was tasty. I know they also show films on the movie night themes,maybe this adds some value to going to the place. That would be for you to decide.

Went here today for lunch before heading into town for the cinema;the burger room is probably the same size (slightly longer) as bread meats bread; with one main benefit being is that the kitchen is upstairs in the adjoining Ashoka restaurant it has been open for months now and I have been surprised how long it has taken me to go as I love burgers, finally took the plunge today and enjoyed the experience both servers were presentable pleasant and friendly drinks order came quickly and our order taken ; what could be improved though is the time when placing food order and food arriving ; even with the big screen it is quite a long wait and it's not the type of place you'd go to have intimate conversations it's somewhere to go to chill with mates , have hangover food and take it easy , we ordered the big bird burger and the Oinker both tremendous mines (big bird) cooked in a lot of oil but the Oinker was smothered in bbq and was great ; the meals are accompanied by fries which are the best fries I have tasted out of all the burger places I have went to eat.my other half got a chocolate milkshake which was nice and I opted for a Pepsi which didn't taste like draught , all in all good experience will certainly be back - 22.50 for 2 burgers , Pepsi and a milkshake can't grumble with that - sort the speed out and you'll be fine

Went here following some recommendations from friends. Warm welcome and really nice staff. Prices were great, food was lovely. Great selection of burgers that you won't see on other menus, it's refreshing to see some creativity like this. We will definitely be back, and probably use their takeaway option too!

Ive been to The Burger Room more than a few times since it opened. Great food and great service. I Recommend the mac n cheese and the buffalo wings and obviously the burgers are awesome!!

Jut had a burger room burger for the first time. Went for "the western" and I must say it was the best burger I've ever had in my life. From the juicy beef patty to the crispy soft burger buns, the whole thing was an absolute party in my mouth. Would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend. 10/10

Popped in for food last night and was super impressed! I had the Homer Burger and the Piggy Wiggy chips, burger itself was cooked perfectly, pulled pork was moist and saucy (haha) and macaroni was delicious. Cocktails were very strong and tasty! The tablet milkshake I had for dessert was so good, massive!! Overall we had a great experience, fabulous decor and atmosphere, lovely staff, food amazing and excellent value. So happy that Kirkie have a place like this now, I can honestly say it's miles better than 'Buddies' and right up there with my fave burger joint 'Burger Meats Bun'.

Visited with my dad to try out this new place in Kirkintilloch. Burger was good- displayed attractively.. Good selection of drink/milkshakes/ice blasts.. However quite expensive in general .. It's got the "American diner" vibe and appearance and the prices don't represent this

Ate here tonight and it was excellent! Attentive staff, great food and great value for money. Portion sizes were generous and everything tasted as good as it looked! Absolutely no complaints!

Start with the positives. Liked the relaxed atmosphere, staff were friendly and attentive, milkshake was decent and chips certainly a highlight. The most important part though, the burger was only average at best. The main problem being a lack of taste. Certainly good to look at but need to get that part right for me.

First time in here ...had been recommended but i was astonished at just HOW GOOD it was. Burgers had plenty of taste, piggy wiggy was excellent, kids ate every bit of theirs and thoroughly enjoyed the film! Milkshakes went down a treat too!!!Staff are friendly and efficient too.....will definately be back!

First time coming here with my partner, heard good things but wanted to see for myself. Food tastes amazing, we both had the homer burger and couldnt finish as it was so large, very fresh tasting and it was different to other stuff we'd tried. Service was very quick, staff came to check we were okay on a number of occasions and the manager was lovely, would recommend to anyone and will be coming back soon.

My Hubby loves a good burger, we had noticed the Burger room one day when passing through Kirky, and decided to give it a try. Exceptional burgers!! Great variety to suit all tastes. Good portion sizes and presentation.Lovely decor; clean and modern, and really aimed at a younger clientèle than us, but I was perfectly comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Hubby and I had a conversation with the owner Meeki who was really keen to have feedback on how we'd enjoyed our burgers. Hubby thought the chipotle mayo could have been a bit spicier, and thought the twice fried chips were a bit heavy, I loved them! Overall throughly enjoyed our visit, will go again and would definately recommend it.

Visited The Burger Room on Friday and had an excellent meal sitting in the sun. Very attentive friendly staff especially with my 2 kids. Burgers were yummy and the twice cooked chips were gorgeous too. We will definitely be back.

Went here last night for a meal and it was excellent. Massive portions and very attentive service, will definitely be back. All tasted fresh and not greasy at all.

I love my burgers and the ones in here are the best I've ever had outside of America. Been to most burger places in Glasgow but these burgers are a different class, chips were really good too. Will def be back!

Popped in for a late night takeaway, staff were really friendly and welcoming. Got out meal in a decent time and was warm when we got it home. Burgers were ace! Super tasty and chilli fries so good. Will def go back and sit in.

Was in a couple of days ago with my 2 young kids.. Always envied the plates the kids got before but now adults get one too! Think its a great wee place right on our doorstep.. Love the new arrangements.. Just keeps getting better (:

I found the food excellent. The best burger I've had in a long time. Very good value for money, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 drinks is all for a reasonable price. Will definitely be going again.

A great wee deal at The Burger Room every Monday - dinner & a movie! Smart decor, friendly & efficient staff, food was great, plus a movie. Perfect wee night out.

Tried this place for the first time a few days ago after hearing some good reports but was not overly impressed. Menu descriptions of the burgers looked fantastic and had visions of Man v Food syyle creations but in reality it was a small patty on a roll which was already soggy from it's own juices and grease which was then gushing out after each bite. Not a cheap meal either; a plate of nachos, two burgers, two soft drinks and a side of onion rings came to £35...... the tango ice blast should be renamed tango wallet blast at £4.50 (ffs!!)Credit where credit is due, the chips were excellent as were the staff and the place itself is lovely just a shame about the burgers in this occasion.

Went there tonight to try it out. Was impressed with the food. We had the western and classic burgers. Delicious and cooked to perfection. The twice cooked fries are to die for!! Reasonably priced and right on our doorstep....will definitely be back. Great to see a place like this in Kirky. Hope this business does well!

We ordered for our lunch and had been told the order would be ready in 20mins. It took 40 mins for our order to be ready so i would suggest if you ever need to go here don't rush. The burgers are terrible for the money tiny burger and a tiny amount of chips would have been better going to see my main man Ronald McDonald (Cheaper and better). I think they should stick to curry's and stay away from the American scene.wont be back!!!!!!!!!!From the team at GD

We went here for my wifes birthday with our 2 boys and we all loved it and will definetly be back.Service was excelent as was food .A1+++++

My wife and i popped in after a recommendation from my son. Generally my son's choices wouldn't be mine but i have to say this time he got it spot on. This is THE BEST burger i have ever eaten, bar none. The place is fairly small and faces the entrance to Smiths hotel. I guess there must be seating for around 20/25 ( i may not do that justice). The decor is clean fresh and as far removed from McDonald's as you are likely to get. My wife and i both had the same thing, a coyote burger and along with it we had chilli, chips and cheese..... IT WAS TO DIE FOR!! Well done to the guys who run the place for they have got it spot on, superb food, superb service and cheap as "chips".

Nice wee place that serves a great burgers and real chips. The whole experience was just right.Returning from holiday we wanted a quick meal before we unpacked so we thought we'd try the new restaurant in Kirky. Pleasant decor and a surprising choice of proper burgers on the menu. We opted for the Westin which did not disappoint. The pate was a good thick size cooked just right; caramelised on the outside and juicily just pink inside. All too often pubs, I never eat at the McD', pass off a over cooked mass produced offering. The balance of bacon, Jack, BBQ sauce, and salad was good. The chips were real potato, not frozen, seasons perfectly.Only disappointment was the absence of a desert menu, I would have enjoyed a nice slice of Key Lime Pie or NY Cheesecake. Looking forward to returning soon to try some of the other burgers as they all sounded pretty good. Excellent.

Great place, burgers were lovely, service was great. Liked the fact that there was just small selection of burgers to choose from & good selection on kids menu too.

Ate here for the first time today. The restaurant was modern and welcoming and the service good. We ordered the western burger with fries and when it arrived it was excellent quality, well cooked and the portion sizes were about right. All in all a great experience and we would definitely eat here again

lovely wee place went here for lunch and went for the piggy(pulled pork cheese chips and barbeque sauce) good portion size and very nice also my partner tried the burger which was good, staff friendly. would defo recommend

Had a lovely mac and cheese with chip fab , omg the tablet ice cream is fab to .will eat at the burger room again.

Was celebrating my daughters birthday it was her choice to try this new place. The waiter put us off from the start he smelled of very strong cigarette smoke, his finger nails were long and very dirty black and his teeth were so rotten they made us feel physically sick. They missed a drink off the order and we had to tell them 3 times until we eventually said don't bother with it the place was not busy and they had a lot of staff on. The burgers were ok but a pricey night just for burgers we will not go back from Michelle r x
