La gente increíblemente violenta y los trabajadores se ponen del lado de quien está equivocado el 90 % del tiempo. ¡Me amenazaron 3 veces! Horrible experiencia. También nos prohibieron la propiedad después de tratar de descular el argumento de que otro hombre comenzó sin razón alguna. Definitivamente no recomendaría visitar. No es un ambiente seguro y acogedor. Si planeas ir, por favor, mantén la distancia de ciertas personas, es realmente 50 / 50 la mitad son amigables, los demás son las peores personas que podrías encontrar. También la calidad de los alimentos es decente, pero la cantidad de tiempo que tarda en llegar es impactante. También noté un montón de fumar en el edificio 90% vapeadores también algunas personas menores de edad fumando lo repetiré de nuevo (en el edificio) como ni siquiera en un área designada en la sala de la piscina principal definitivamente no llevaría a nadie menor de 18 años con usted. Food was absolutely superb highly recommended the chilli cheese fries as I can't stop buying them burgers we're also good too 😋 👌

What an unfortunate visit. Previously been happy but on this occasion we did not enjoy our meal and we felt unwell a day or two after, we will be wary about having the fish and chips in there again. The manager however did not charged us as we did complain about the soggy fish

It would be good to clean the floor and the armchairs

Si estás en Edimburgo y te apetece comer tortitas, Stack & Still es el lugar perfecto. Este lugar se especializa en panqueques y ofrece un gran menú "construye tu propio". Pedimos las tortitas de suero de leche, eligiendo la pila corta cubierta con fresas frescas y plátanos, y añadimos un chorrito de jarabe de arce. Los sabores eran deliciosos! La variedad de ingredientes y sabores disponibles hace que sea fácil personalizar su experiencia perfecta de panqueques. El personal era amable y servicial, lo que se suma al ambiente agradable en general. Una cosa que aprecié fue el cargo por servicio claro en el menú, que puede eliminar si lo prefiere. En general, es un gran lugar para los amantes de las tortitas!

Now rebranded as The Canny Man, I believe it's under new management and they're working hard to re-establish this as a local favourite. We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch with another couple, it wasn't busy and the staff were super welcoming. I had the lentil soup to start which was outstanding but the bread came with really unpleasant spread rather than real butter.. The wife had the chicken tempura starter which was "ok" but considering it's £7.50 it was really small. All 4 of us had the roast beef main and it was fantastic! The beef was cooked perfectly and the Yorkshire puddings were perfect, extra gravy on the side would be a welcome addition though.. The sticky toffee pudding was average and the Oreo sundae was pretty forgettable tbh.. We did enjoy our meal busy mostly because of the great roast, if they put the same effort in to the starters and desserts it would be so much better. For X4 three courses and a drink each the bill was around £130.. this is kinda average these days but I think there's better value to be had in the area. The staff were amazing and very attentive without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back.. but probably just for a main course.

Good burger, fries were over cooked, small portions. Expensive drinks. However the main issue is that the customer is forced to use the app for ordering then expected to pay a whopping 12 5% top before any food or drink has arrived! If you're going to operate like Nandos at twice the price don't expect a huge tip for doing nothing. If this restaurant was table service I would be happy to pay a tip if I actually received some service. It's hardly discretionary if the only way to remove it in the App is to speak to a member of staff is it?

Curry tasted like a cheap microwave meal so disappointing, quality does not reflect price point, service excellent throughout.

It was a terrible decision to eat here. Several places were packed, we were all hungry, and this place had available seating. Should have been our first clue! My daughter-in-law ordered a Caesar salad with chicken....chicken was dry and no cheese. She asked for cheese and after 10 minutes the waited came back and said, "We ran out of cheese yesterday." I ordered the pizza, no words can describe how bad it was. My husband ordered the nachos. Talk about stale, oil soaked, gross food. My granddaughter ordered the club without bacon. Guess who got bacon? Our son ordered the Cajun wrap and he said it was good. All in all, not a place I would ever recommend.

Showed up for lunch at 1pm and was shut, no sign on the door to say why shut and online says open from 11am to 9pm.

I come to this establishment after a long day of work especially because it’s on my way home. Last night I also stopped by for my 2 glass of Chardonnay and 2 shots of sambuca because I did had a rough day. When I went to the bar to order for my friend a drink I got told to I’ve can’t be served anymore because I am to drunk, when I asked why and what is the excuse. The answer was, we don’t have to give one because that’s the “standards”. Multiple times I’ve asked why not and if someone can please explain to me. By the way I am also working in this Industry and I am a manager myself. Nothing no explanation. I left the bar went to my table and said well that’s a first no more drinks for me and the “manager” that actually looks half my age followed me and told me I have to get out because I am drunk and she can’t understand me. Mind you I am from the Caribbean and have a different accent haha writing this actually have me laughing. So I guess here we got the explanation why I sounded “to drunk” cuz missy couldn’t understand me and thought she was right. By the way wetherspoons is 90% full of drunks. But here we go - Welcome to Wetherspoon ;)
