Very welcoming from the minute we entered Hannah at the front desk very friendly and polite showing us to our table , very professional and extremely knowledgeable from both Lisa and Hannah Nothing was a problem with anything we asked Meal and drinks excellent as was the service Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to all our friends

We had dinner here and then breakfast the following morning as part of a spa deal. The food was delicious, we had a burger and a steak then full breakfasts in the morning. Cannot fault the food or any of the staff: brilliant. The only thing that would put us off going back is the prices. The whole menu could be looked at and made abit cheaper to really be value for money.

The staff were excellent, the food very good but limited menu and it was rather pricey. The bar prices are ridiculously pricey.

Food is ok. Not sure how this is classed as a steak house. Very limited options on steak. Found this restaurant very expensive for what it offers. Potions are very small at a big price. You also get service charges eating here on top of expensive food. Definitely not worth the money, a lot better around with better pricing. Just to note, staff are very good and friendly. Just a disappointing menu and pricing.

We were served by the lovely Hannah in the restaurant. Anything we needed was no problem, knew all the answers, so smiley and an absolute joy. Would come back just for the service.

We dined at Inchyra Steakhouse last year on Hogmanay and had an amazing time, and this was during covid restrictions. This year it was really disappointing, the menu has changed and I wouldn't exactly be calling it a steak house! I was thoroughly looking forward to having a fillet to discover they no longer featured this. I ordered the "warm artisan bread with butter" to start and my son the soup, the bread was vile and inedible, it was infact stale cold bread with a ramekin orlf margherine....why would you send that out in a restaurant, just embarrassing. I swiftly sent this back and told the manager not to bother replacing it, she then replaced my son's soup bread with partly baked petit pans(these were better, even if a little undercooked!). Second course was a disaster. My husband and I both ordered the rump steaks to be done medium rare, when they arrived they were both clearly quite a bit over cooked, more like medium well! I had to also send these back, meaning my son ate alone while we waited replacements. Not exactly what we had in mind for our family Hogmanay dinner. When the steaks came out they were better but I don't get it, I think the duty manager had to observe the chefs while they made our steaks, do the chefs not know what they are doing? We had planned to stay until after the bells and hoped to have a good night but the atmosphere was terrible and non existent, major contrast to last year as well! We left as soon as we had finished our meal to go elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least and I certainly won't be visiting inchyra again it has clearly really.gone down hill

We had a 3 course lunch here courtesy of an Itison voucher we received as a gift. I’ll be short and sweet; the restaurant was pretty quiet at 1.30pm and the place lacked any sort of atmosphere. The lunch was, well, ok but uninspiring at £29 a head. Not bad, but not great. What really made my eyes pop was a bill for over £15 for a glass of white wine and soda and a small bottle of coke. Sorry but £3 for a soda is taking a liberty. Unlikely we’ll return any time soon.

Nice fillet steak and a glass of wine for my birthday with the girls. Nice staff and melt in the middle chocolate cake for pud. Service a bit slow but lovely place

We booked for Sunday Lunch today, it has been decades since my last visit. There seemed to be lots of staff milling around so I felt confident that the reviews about the poor level of service had been acknowledged by management and that we would see an improvement. How wrong can you be? We were given the Sunday Lunch menu, no order for drinks while we made our decisions; eventually the waitress approached our table for our order but didn’t specify drinks or food. One of the starters was unavailable but it took them 10 minutes to relay this message, after a 35 minute wait our starters arrived. The soup was lovely! The empty plates were quickly cleared and after a 15 minute wait the mains arrived, the food was hot and delicious. It took 30 minutes for our empty plates to be cleared, numerous staff walked passed our table and failed to see we were finished! In the end we had to stop a member of staff and ask them to clear away the plates. We were then given the brasserie menu for desserts which is different to the set menu! Clearly no communication between staff!!! When the order was taken for dessert I requested the bill, a request too far. It took a while, again I had to follow up with staff to get the card reader. There was no excuse for the second rate service! Plenty of staff and very few diners. It is time that management at this hotel/restaurant actually take stock of what customers are stating and make the necessary changes.

Absolutely awful, over priced, service worst ever, food poor. Wont be back. Longer review under Inchyra Grange.

Very expensive menu, but service and experience doesn't match the price range. The booth we were seated at was filthy with crumbs all over it from someone else. Service was very slow especially considering there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. They didn't have any cranberry juice to make the mocktails we wanted from the menu. Food was lukewarm (hand cut chips nearly cold and seemed undercooked), pudding had a fly on it. Cutlery wasnt provided for those not having steak and had to be requested. Had to get up to request the bill after sitting with empty dishes for ages, and then couldn't get anyone to come so we could actually pay. Ended up going to the bar to pay on the way out. Very inexperienced staff, 10% gratuity added on automatically but would not have paid this given the option as service was poor. Sad to say this is the first and last visit

My husband is very fussy about his steak and he absolutely loved his steak here. It was cooked to perfection and enjoyed every bite of it.

ate tonight (3/8/19), place was pretty empty yet service was incredibly slow. The wedding party next door kept walking through the restaurant which sort of ruined the atmosphere. sadly for a 'steakhouse' the steaks were not great. small in size, fatty and came out cold. None of the steaks that arrived were what we ordered. a medium steak that was well done, rare that was medium. red wine sauce was excellent, however everything else was a little bit of a let down. sadly I feel overpriced for the standard of food.Waiter only topped up drinks once during a 2.5 hour meal. Forgot my desert order so I had to ask and not one waiter came to check if the food was ok.Sadly based on tonight's experience I wouldn't recommend, nor have any desire to return any time soon.

I booked a table for my mum and I for some lunch to celebrate her getting married this weekend. After being sat and drink order taken our server Paige came over to take our order and was so friendly, helpful and kind to make a fuss over my mum. She went out her way to make sure we were happy with our meal and drinks were always full. Having such great service from Paige made a difference to our lunch and made my wee mum feel more special!

A superb meal. Staff friendly and helpful. A good selection of dishes all cooked and presented well. A relaxing atmosphere.

Just dined in the restaurant and we had an excellent ribeye and sirloin but that was the only redeeming factor. Service, compared to breakfast, was very poor. 4 members of staff waiting on 4 tables but not very attentive as they were standing behind a station talking.

Very much enjoyed the food, I have wanted to try a black pudding scotch egg for some time. Satisfied.

Really nice food, portion sizes a little on the small side, waiters are very polite it did take a while for plates to be clear and drinks to be brought to the table. Worth the money we paid as we ate of the set menu £36 each which included a glass of prosecco. Would definitely visit again & have already recommended to others.

We ate here following a recommendation but unfortunately our experience didn't live up to expectations. It was a quiet evening in the restaurant and the welcome was friendly. We ate from the a la carte menu. My wife's Scotch Egg was a bit of an ignorant affair served with a salsa verde (which was very vinegar-y and really had no place on the plate). My starter was a prawn cocktail which was fine. The main courses of rump steak and rack of lamb were good, although the pesto stole the flavour of the well-cooked lamb.

Wir wollten uns hier einen schönen Abend machen, aber weit gefehlt. Wir hatten uns so auf eine leckeres Steak gefreut. Leider muss ich sagen, dass man hier kein gutes Steak bekommt. Als wir reklamiert hatten, weil die Steaks nicht wie bestellt kamen, nahm man die Steaks mit, allerdings blieben die Beilagen (alles extra) auf dem Tisch. Das gleiche Steak kam dann zurück, allerdings waren die Beilagen kalt. Nach unserer zweiten Reklamation wurden wir kaum noch bedient. Es kam die Oberkellnerin und wir wurden mächtig angemacht. Upps und das bei einer Rechnung von über 280 Pfund. Leider können wir dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen. Sorry, aber sowas geht gar nicht.

We pre-booked for 19:30 weeks in advance using the app, on the night we arrived on time and was greeted by the front of house and told to wait while they get our table ready, we we surprised at it was not busy and there was lots of tables ready. We waited 25 minutes, before we had to flag down a waitress, they had forgotten about us!! Unbelievable as we where the only couple in the reception area. We we showed to our table and left again without even a attempt for a drinks order. Finally when they came around after another 15 minutes we ordered wine and a starter. When it came to mains I ordered the fillet steak, when it arrived it was over cooked, so I send it back, what a mistake, the head chef was throwing pots and pans around, we waited and waited when a replacement steak arrived it was cold as it was sitting on the side so long before it was served. I refused to pay for the poor quality of food and the absolutely diabolical service. This place is under staffed and not worth going. As we walked out we realised that the reason for the poor service was that all the staff was to busy with the room service orders. Do go, worst experience ever, truly!!!

Stayed at the hotel on business on Monday 24th September, chose the hotel mainly because of the restaurant, have stayed and eaten before and usually it’s okay if a little on the expensive side, (fillet steak £32 for instance).

Came here 3 nights for dinner and not once did they have my first or second choice available (and we were early in the evening). Came here as well for Breakfast and it's completely random if you're ignored or get good service.

As we were staying here after a trip to the Kelpies, which are just up the road, we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, which was also the breakfast room, lovely and full of character. We had a lovely evening meal. The quality of the food was fantastic and the staff were some of the most pleasant people I have ever met. The prices are a little on the high side (particularly for the starters) but the quality is such that perhaps that is justified.

Difficult to find if driving. No direct access from the motorway. no access to the hotel parking, opposite from what was advertised. The seat near the kitchen was too hot or AC was not on. Doesn’t appear to serve cocktail. No menu given. Steak was good otherwise..

Went with a friend on a Saturday for Afternoon Tea. Expected the restaurant to be busy but apart from ourselves and another couple that was it. We weren’t given any menu and they waitress came and asked us what we wished to drink - we had to ask what type of tea was available and we had to ask what came with the afternoon tea ie sandwich fillings. My friend was vegetarian and when the afternoon tea came the vegetarian sandwiches were placed beside the meat sandwiches - which should not happen. One of my friends vegetarian options was a sandwich just with picallili on it. The scones were the smallest I had ever seen and were so hard we struggled to get our knives through them. I suspect they had come straight out the freezer and defrosted. There were no savoury options and the cakes were definitely not ‘home baked’ and more bought from a shop. Normally you look forward to the cake selection and we didn’t touch ours at all and certainly did not want to take them home in a box as the waitress suggested. A very very disappointing experience!!

We drove here for dinner in the Steakhouse restaurant. We wish that we had not bothered. We both ordered pork chops. Eventually the waitress came to tell us that they had no pork chops!! A hotel, and no pork chops, which are on the menu? Unbelievable. She also informed us that they only had ONE half chicken left! My wife chose the half chicken. I went for a rump steak - and had to pay extra for a sauce! We elected not to have any bread - you even have to pay for that! Never come across a restaurant that didn't put bread on the table - unless you pay for it. Then we waited over 30 mins for the food to arrive. The half chicken turned out to be totally NOT that - it was just a small breast of chicken. My rump was OK, but rather dry. Usually the plate has the juices from the steak on it - my plate had no juice at all. Very disappointing. The standard of service was poor - they seemed to be indifferent. The only time we saw them was taking the order; telling us no pork; bringing the food; collecting the plates; bringing the bill. Never saw anyone when we left. We only called in for dinner, but it was so average that we have no wish to ever return. No wonder we saw no other diners.

now everyone knows i only write honest reviews and always give credit where credit due but not on this occasion, visited the steakhouse on Sunday 10th June 2018 oh what a disapointment, to say this is meant to be 4 star steakhouse its most defo was not on Sunday, when we arrived we were the only two in the steak house, it took an hour for the food to arrive after the staff had to go ask where it was, to add insult a bus load of chinese arrived, got drinks tables and served before us, then the couple next to they to got served first, we were like erm excuse us, placed our order, caesar salad as decribed on the menu, it had no mention of fish on the menu, it came full of anchovies, bad advertising, then ordered club sandwich, there was more fat on bacon than bacon and it was black, the salad on the butty was yellow/ brown, the salad bowl that came with it the salad was brown, unwashed and obviously no care given to meal, hubby ordered 8oz fillet steak, nope none, although on the menu, opted for 8 oz sirloin, yes well it was a sandwich steak not even 2oz but wanted £32 for this, the meal was a total disaster from start to finish, the dining supervisor did not care and said, oh chef will be disappointed. the wee lass behind the bar, paige, could not do enough to try help out but she was doing the job of 6 people especially after the bus load of chinese arrived then the bus of oap arrived, to say we were disappointed is putting it mildly, poor paige was run of her feet while dining manager just stood at her perch .......

this is not a 4 star steakhouse by any means look at review, food awful, over priced and not what you ordered

We called in here on our way to an event later that evening. We required a simple meal. Upon arrival the place looks very good with spa and a good feeling of a quality hotel. Meals were available and we were shown a wide range of meals and a specials menu. My steak was a bit on the small side and well cooked. My partner had a what could only be described as a cremated burger. Black and burnt . Obviously had been forgotten about under the grill. We had already waited quite a while for the meals at this point. Another perfectly cooked burger did arrive but by this time I had finished my meal ages ago.! We were charged full price for the meals and drinks. One and a half hours later we returned to our car. Outside the smell of rotten eggs filled the air. This was either the chemical company or a sewerage plant in the close vicinity. If we had smelt that upon arrival we would not have gotten out of the car in the first place.

We stopped at this (so called) "spa hotel" for 3 nights.

We arrived after a long day travelling. First impression is good, the decor is nice traditional Scottish, and the food selection on the menu looks good.

Had lunch in the hotel. Soup was absolutely disgusting - branded as lentil but was definitely not. Also the bread was absolutely rock solid. Staff were friendly however service was poor and disorganised.

Lots of steak choices, there were many meals which I would have chosen from the menu but in the end went for fish which was excellent.

All excellent, had set menu on 1st night and steak on second night which was done to perfection, both nights were amazing.

Once you are booked into the hotel you're trapped. No where else to go and they know it. 70's menu without the fun. Whatever you do, don't ask for a salad with your steak. It confuses them and they will ignore what they haven't covered on the apprenticeship

Let’s get this out of the way to begin with - the food is nice enough and the staff are pleasant.

Went for New Years dinner with the family on the 1st January table booked for 4oclock we were in about 20 min before they took our drinks order then had to return and take it again as they could not understand the order had to ask after another 20 min if they. Could take our order when we were informed they had no fish pie no cottage pie and if we were having gammon steak they had no eggs for this dish food was mediocre at best they then cleared our table and after 10 min I had to ask for dessert menus they couldn’t couldn’t find a child’s dessert menu nobody came back to take our order so another 10 min and I had to go and ask them to take our dessert order after taking order they came back to say they had no bannana upside down cake of which we had ordered 3 and no popping candy for one of the sundaes T which point we cancelled dessert except for 1childs and asked for the bill this fiasco of a meal cost us £149.65 and took 3 hours all the time we were trying to keep a 22 month old child occupied I complained the following day heard nothing complained 2 days later again and after another day I received an e-mail saying they had spoke to the team and offered us 25% off our next meal. Endless to say we will not be taking up this offer

We chose the rump steak (medium rare). Although nicely seasoned and of good flavour sadly the meat was very tough to chew with only about 50-75% of the steak actually edible. The garnish was meagre. Sad to say we have had a better steak supper cooked at home with supermarket meat. Dessert was not as advertised, passion fruit ice-cream was in fact vanilla and the tiramisu was quite underwhelming. Very poor value for money in fact we cancelled our reservation for the next evening and had room service instead which was half the price and very pleasant.

Whilst staying at the hotel we went to the steakhouse, and we were blown away not only by the food but the service!

We vivisted the steak house for a casual meal with friends and we were not disappointed. The menu choice was great and we all agreed that the steaks were the best we had eaten in a long time.staff were friendly and very attentive.

Attended family birthday celebration tonight and extremely disappointed for a number of reasons.

Meal with family & friend. Seated promptly and no issue adding another person to table. Service was initially very prompt and attentive - drinks and water came quickly. Be aware the wine prices are extortionate. Starters of Black pudding scotch eggs and fresh asparagus very good & cooked well. Two mains were butchers choice from the grill - not large but very tasty and thick so they cooked up fine at medium rare. Ribeye steak was disappointing as very thinly cut and really underwhelming for the price. The chips and accompaniments were good with the steaks. One of our party had fish pie - this was odd to say the least - it was a dish of fish stew with lots of peas in it and was served with rice on the side. Not the traditional mash on top as you would expect. After mains cleared away nothing happened until we asked to see the dessert menu. It was a bit disconcerting also that the staff were setting up the dining room for the following days meals all around us. It was only about 10pm and we felt that we were intruding and only ordered coffees & left. Staff were helpful & ordered a taxi but we did feel rushed out of the door.

Went for lunch. Quite quiet really, but interesting to eat in a restaurant where many of the other guests were in white bathrobes and slippers - obviously on spa breaks.Food was decent. Service would have been improved with more staff. A bit slow for drinks and orders. Steak well cooked. Onion rings were nice as was the Savoy cabbage and bacon side.Nice venue. Plenty of parking. Good menu with diverse choice to suit all tastes from steak, to burgers and fish. Decent choice of sides.Added value was watching wedding parties. Some beautiful ladies in some beautiful dresses!

Mi familia y yo visitamos este steakhouse para un cumpleaños familiar. No quiero buscarle - recogida porque el camarero era muy agradable, pero aquí está mi crítica. El restaurante no estaba lleno, pero la comida tardó años en llegar. Los aperitivos eran minúsculas y todos hemos tenido filetes mejor en otros restaurantes. Y finalmente el chocolate llegó en cuencos, no los vasos de refresco que esperábamos. Como he dicho, cosas pequeñas pero acumulativamente, hace una experiencia de 3 estrellas.

i booked a spa break here dinner bed and breakfast, we arrived early and checked in, then we went to have a afternoon tea.... we were told it would take half a hour, at 1:40 we ordered, our afternoon tea came out 45 mins later, and it was the worst afternoon tea i have ever had, the poor waitress was by herself and didn't have time to check our table, the sandwiches looked like dogs dinner and the cucumber still had plastic on it, the cakes were OK the MR KIPLINGS bake-well was the best part, the scones were cold and stale, not what you expect after 45 minute wait for a fresh afternoon tea at a rosette restaurant thak cost £34. we waited and spoke with the manager to have our tea comped.we booked dinner bed and breakfast to be told on arrival that dinner was £25 per person allocation not what was said on the package deal (3 course dinner). again dinner was ok food was good but the service was a let down, i felt like we were a hindrance as we were not made welcome and the staff were busy setting up breakfast around us, our table was not checked and again i fell the service for a rosette restaurant was a let down. try using proper olive oil with your breads not cheap pomice oil... and for desert i asked for one scoop of vanilla ice cream i was given 2 scoops and charged £6 and sorry to say one thing that makes vanilla ice cream is VANILLA, i got frozen cream again not up to standard........ after a not great nights sleep, breakfast, again it was ok... warm toast, no english muffin and the beans on my fresh cooked breakfast had a skin on them so not so fresh, the bacon was tough and brittle, i am disappointed with this hotel and the food we received,

Family meal for new year meal was great service was excellent ambience in restuarant was good busy but relaxed

All the meals I had were cooked to perfection with just the right portion size for me. Also did great cappuccinos in the bar which was the first place I headed towards after a busy working day.

Not as advertised and steaks could be had much better elsewhere. I have stayed a few time and there is no change, in fact lost its edge.

Both times I have eaten here, the steaks have been excellent, and cooked to your exact liking.Staff are friendly, and bar is well stocked.

The Black Pudding scotch egg is something not to be missed. Amazing taste and texture.Rump steak equally good. Excellent quality and ample in quantity.Highly recommend.

It's so good to know I can get my steak fix locally now! First time I've ever been here and food was amazing! Both my husbands and my steak were cooked to perfection. My only gripe was customer service, the only reason we didn't complain is that I had a voucher for money off my meal, still a pricey meal, the food was worth it but a restaurant of this calibre really need to improve their service. I would think at £32 a steak and £7 a glass of wine, the least I'd expect was for someone to check everything was OK with our food, and not to have to chase a waitress everytime we required something, even the bill when we advised we required nothing else. The food was exceptional and for this reason I will be back, hopefully the service will have improved!

Belly steak was great, it was cooked to perfection. staff were attentive and friendly. The deserts were also good.

We were a party of six. Four of us ordered burgers, two had steak. No complaints about the burgers. The steaks were cooked as we'd asked but there was no sign of the chilli and garlic flavouring as ordered. However the overall decision was that the food was of a good quality, staff were pleasant and the 50% off voucher was a definite bonus! Would recommend eating here but only if you have that voucher otherwise it is a tad pricey.

The reception desk is at the wrong end of the room. When coming in staff completely ignored us. The food was good but expensive as all vegetables, even chips, were £2.50 extra.

This is one of those restaurants that is local to me but never visited - so we decided to fix that. I could not fault in anyway, I had Cullen Skink and my wife had Macsween haggis and Stornoway black pudding bon bons - we both had fillet steak for the main course with chips etc. Wouldn't normally pay £28 plus £4 for each of veg and chips but they were doing a 50% off deal bringing it down to about £18 per head. I (mistakenly) thought they might skimp on the main meal somehow but they never and I cannot fault it in any way - other than the chairs aren't the most comfortable if you sit for an hour or so. More than happy with the meal, service and the restaurant itself and can see us becoming regulars.

Was took here for my birthday dinner as we'd never tried it and was really impressed. Very nice inside, clean and tidy and the food was absolutely superb, top quality steak. Service was ok, a little slow unfortunately for a quiet Tuesday night, but well worth a visit if you've never been.

Restaurant was busy but staff were attentive and organised. Food great. Main courses great value for money. Desserts slightly overpriced.

It was a busy Friday evening, service was really slow. Food was nice, nothing extraordinary. Thought it was overpriced for what we had. Would go back but won't be in a hurry to do so.

My partner and I are gym members here and often use the Scottish Steak club as a treat, especially when we won several vouchers for meals here from gym challenges. The Decor is nice, we like the cow wallpaper and the general feel. The starters are a bit of a disappointment and quite expensive, £8 for poached eggs and asparagus is steep, and the chicken "lollipops" are a bit of a joke, just drumsticks really. However the steak is really good, cooked well and very tasty. Usually have the rump which is lovely, and the sweet potato fries as a bit healthier than chips but they are tasty.Been with family also and they were very accommodating and helpful. Only criticism of the staff is that they are quite overstretched and it does take a while to catch their attention, however generally they are very helpful and pleasant. It's not michelin starred dining, but a reasonable value for money, tasty steak.

Visited here recently with my husband. Reservation was simple and staff were extremely efficient and friendly throughout. The food here is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Steaks are superb and cooked the way you ask for them. Fine array of starters from which I can highly recommend the black pudding scotch egg and the asparagus with poached egg. Small selection of sweets for those who can manage to get that far and can recommend the cranachan bomb....delicious! Finished off with a nice cup of coffee. Delicious meal and great service, lovely surroundings. Well worth a visit.

Part of the 4* hotel, I expected so much more than what was on offer here, which for a little bit of organisation was achievable. Ate here on three consecutive days and had nothing but problems. The menu is limited in scope to some degree, which is ok if you are overnighting but not a short break. The food lacks imagination and is presented in the "modern style", which means all sauces are extra. The real problem I have is that at every encounter there was an item or items not available which simply spoilt the evening, and breakfast too. There was nothing to get the taste buds racing or the pallet excited. Even the Burger i had one evening wasn't as good as I've had from a well know chain of burger houses with a similar name. My final comment is on the way they treat people in Wheelchairs. to gain access you have to wheel the chair to the back of the room and enter via the serving door as there is no ramp from the reception areas. The alternative is to leave the building and enter from the car park. Clearly some thought needed to vastly improve this eatery.

Very poor service and miniscule portions. One evening it took over 30mins for an order to be taken and 1 hour for the ood to be produced

We had our daughters birthday dinner and had a great table, the server was fantastic and the decor was very nice. The food was above average and value for money.

Voelt een beetje als een bruin café. Gezellig en lekker cozy.Alleen de snelheid van bedienend personeel is van het niveau slak. Wel enorm vriendelijk.Diner was erg goed, wel erg prijzig.

venue was very pleasant and the staff extremely helpful. Afternoon tea was enjoyable if a little strange. No cakes!! All the sweet treats were desserts profiteroles, chocolate mousse, truffles and tablet. The sandwiches although tasty weren't as refined as others. Cut into fingers but the crusts were left on. My fellow guests really enjoyed their tea but I think it was misnamed so be aware.

We had a meal here using vouchers we had been given. This is a lovely Hotel and the booking for a table was easily made at short notice. On arrival we were quickly welcomed and taken to our table. The restaurant decor and seating is very good and the staff quickly arrived with menus etc. The choices on the menu were first class and we chose from the Burger range of food and I have to say that this was first class food and very good prices. The Service was on the slow side but that was ok for us as we were relaxing and happy to just enjoy our time there. When we decided to have a sweet the staff brought us the sweet menu and left us to decide.......I am afraid that after a fifteen minute wait we had to just ask for our bill in order to leave which was the only disappointment I had. Overall.....a very good experience at this Hotel for food in the steakhouse and certainly would recommend it for quality.
