Great spot for a delicious milkshakes and chips!🍟🥤The food was fresh, and packed with flavour. The chips (fries) were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the milkshake was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a solid choice for a casual meal! One suggestion tho to the chain, I really think considering adding a vegetarian burger to the menu would be great!

We love 5 guys and are very happy there is a gluten free option -which is a naked burger, lettuce instead of bun, and with Cajun fries it's still delicious. Staff are always lovely and helpful. The restaurant is however always a bit dirty customer side

Ordered at 18:26, arrived 20:38… kept pushing the estimated time back and back

Asked to be delivered asap, delivery time was estimated before 7.30pm. Got delivered just before 9pm!!!! Food was cold as it must have sat on the counter waiting for a driver for ages! If I had known it would take this long, I wouldn’t have bothered!

Food freezing cold and completely inedible, coke and Coke Zero missing from order aswell. No help and only a £10 credit voucher when whole order come to a total of £50. Shocking service. Would not use again.

Prices have gone up but the services seems to have dropped. Burger was swimming in fat, the French fries were not the advertised large portion. Table needed cleaned as we sat down and all but 1 bathroom seemed to be lock as if out of order.

My son was really ill after eating a hotdog from five guys, so be careful with what you order and making sure it’s cooked properly. I wanted to share incase it’s something that’s happening often so hopefully they’ll improve food hygiene and cooking.

I want to report here how much I was mistreated and discriminated against in this restaurant by its Manager who is now acting extremely rudely. She didn't even let me eat peanuts because I am a delivery driver and at that moment I was working. She said that I couldn't eat them because they were only for customers. Have you ever seen this? And this? This is absurd, she is xenophobic!……….. So I would just like to know. Who are the customers for this unit? The ones who come in to eat? The ones who order through food apps, aren't they?

Ordered a burger, fries, and milkshake. Order was continuously pushed back and 20 minutes late, and when the delivery driver did come I was given the wrong order. When I tried to contact the restaurant, it took around 100 attempts before I finally got through, just to be told it wasn’t their problem. Currently waiting for Just Eat themselves to decide if I can get a refund for the £30 I spent on food that I cannot eat.

The food was really good :) however its a little overpriced. sadly they dont offer meals, you have to order everything separately.

As far as chains go it does what it does very well but today was a special day for my family so we decided to visit. The two members of staff that were on were amazing and went above and beyond for great service (they know who they are!). We will definitely be back!

The burger was good, however one of the staff there was very impatient and I was just thinking of what to order for a few seconds, and nobody was queuing after me 🤷, actually me and my friends were surprised by his unexpected bad attitude. probably will not visit again in the future

Great burgers piping hot and worth the money

15 Quid for a basic cheeseburger and chips (nae salad) absolute rip off.

Couldn't eat the food. The sausage in my hot dog had a strange texture and taste, couldn’t eat it at all. The burger didn’t look good either, you could see someone's hand smashed it, very very dry completely with no vegetables, only a tiny tiny piece of cheese in the so called cheese burger.

The food was delivered on time. The driver came with a bicycle and the food was damaged l. All fries was out of the package, 2 cokes were missing and overall the food was cold.

Abysmal delivery times. Orders always get delayed to absurd times. Order arrived 30 minutes past the requested time, when I made the order almost one hour prior

I went there today with a client,we both ordered the same food fries and strawberry milkshake ,a few hours later without having eaten anything else we both had terrible diarrhoea and I’m speaking of this coz I haven’t eaten anything else all day except for that and my stomach is still upset I hv no other way to explain this but i suspect it must have been from the milkshakes.

For a fiver guys the smash patties are a bit thick than usual

The staff here (mostly) treat delivery drivers with utter contempt. They ignore, look at them like they are excrement, talk down to them and pathetically complain about drivers taking PEANUTS which are there for public to take. The burgers are great but the humanity is lacking.

Best driver from just eat to date. My flat is difficult to find but driver seems to have no issue. Food was incredible

Had a great experience here. The food was good and we got loads of fries. There were four of us and we all enjoyed the burgers we had. The experience was made better by the person who served us (Kasa - sorry if I have the wrong spelling). He was very friendly and efficient. He explained everything really well and had no problem with us taking our time to order.

The chips were far too salty so barely edible. The hot dog was nice but this meal was not worth over £20. At least a partial refund would be much appreciated if possible.

Ordered little fries which you usually get the cup plus some in the bag which is actually quite a bit and there was half a small cup lucky if there were 10 chips that weren’t edible as there was that much Cajun on them really not impressed

Order was late by 2 hours and was missing majority of my chips. Expect a refund.

Food was cold and sub par, over priced and poor quality.

Exceptionally busy at 8pm on a Friday night (really to be expected), quick to get order in, then a long wait for the food to come out. The burger was good. Was it worth the extra cost compared to a micky d's or Burger King? I'm going to say no. Nobody cleaning the tables but the customers did seem a lot more on top about doing this themselves. Maybe that's what you are paying for?

Chips were cold and in cooked , biting into

Five guys is five guys wherever you go atmosphere and aesthetic wise but I was really let down by the food. I'm normally ok to have the chips as someone with a gluten intolerance but on this occasion I had a really bad reaction and am still not sure why so I don't think I'll be heading back to five guys for a while.

We love five guys but our order was unfortunately very late. I would have collected from the restaurant however it wasn’t an option for just eat that day. Disappointed as I usually love five guys but hoping for a better experience another day.

Good food and they gave us loads of fries. Always a tad on the pricey side but it's a nice treat now and then.

Food arrived after a delay saying there was no courier service. The driver called to say he could not find the address. Food was cold and the burgers were wet when unwrapped so after a few bites they went in the bin. Fries were just very lukewarm and again went in the bin. Very disappointing when you down £36.89 on sub standard and cold food. Won’t be ordering from 5 guys again. I would’ve have left no stars in the review is there was an option for it.

Uber eats delivery, the collection was made and delivered within 10 minutes. The fries were cold and I mean room temp cold. If you're having it delivered, I can't reccomend skipping this particular five guys enough.

Nice delivery guy no problem with them. Cold night. Burgers were soggy, badly wrapped. Chips cold but revived on reheating. No salad options. Won’t use Fountainbridge again.

Food is good but all staff besides front counter staff are rude and unfriendly, pick up counter also ignores customers when called for. EDIT: Since restaffing I’ve had nothing but consistent top quality service. Changing from 3 to 5 stars EDIT: They were stingy on the fries multiple times, 4 stars. And why is there a straw for milkshakes with pieces if its just going to get clogged up the first sip you take.

My order delivery time has been changed 3 times I rang twice to be told driver pick up at 19:30 still no sign of tbe delivery so that was a waste of money. Informed to ask for a refund from ' Just Eat' Hopeless arrangement can't track drivers then fobbing me off with a lame excuse they have no control after pickup. Arrived at 20:39 soggy cold chips and a cold hot dog that bounced off the plate disgusting food I don't recommend . The driver must have had my order sitting in his vehicle for it to be soggy and cold. If I could give zero stars I gladly would. Disgusting 🤮

Food was cold by time it was delivered and wasn’t in a bag to keep it warm the driver had a passenger who had it on their lap even though cold food was still tasty

Pretty average but quick delivery

We didn’t receive our order in just under 2 hours. It was an £80 order and I find that appalling. We ended up having to drive out to collect it ourselves. I will be contacting you for a refund of the order. It is rather convenient your app doesn’t allow me to note anything more than a 5 minute delay…..

Food was great as usual, only criticism would be that the requested sauces were not provided. The time did change from initial estimate but the food is good so wasn’t an issue for us. Will continue to order without hesitation

Un seul et unique burger de commandé ce samedi 31, résulat ? Une intoxication alimentaire avec nausée, maux de ventre et diarhée. Pire nuit de ces dernières années, j'ai failli louper mon vol le lendemain matin. 4 jours aprés je suis toujours épuisé et j'ai des maux de tête de plus en plus persistant. Je vais devoir retourner voir mon médecin. Merci Five Guys

I don't have an option for 0 rating otherwise I could have given that. One of the worst shop ever visited. The staffs were so rude and the duty manger was also. They don't know to talk with customers. Such staffs only make the management feel guilt.
