Not only is the food always cold from here, but when they state that their breakfast finishes as 11.00am on Saturday and Sunday it should actually finish at that time not 20 minutes prior to that time. I can't imagine many people enjoy a burger at 10.40am? Over all awful service and rude staff.

Had an interview for the company when they had the claughton village shop, no one would ever get back in contact with me after my interview, not even to say if I got the job or not, thank god I never went there as 2 of my friends are still owed money from when they done work there 2/3 years ago, avoid at all cost looking at facebook reviews none of the food is cooked properly.

Bonita noche con la familia como un regalo especial del desierto. Nos sentamos y nos sirvieron de inmediato y nos atendió una joven encantadora que me atendió siendo diabética una buena flotadora de Coca-Cola Dietética, con agua cuando pedimos y buenas delicias para mi familia, delicioso sorbete de mango, y una buena crepé y batido para mi hija y esposo. Fue realmente delicioso y vale la pena esperar el regalo, ya que normalmente evito lugares desiertos debido a ser diabético. Gracias por su servicio y fue extra bueno ya que pude usar mi tarjeta de luz azul y obtener un 10% de descuento en la factura, lo que ayudó a ahorrar unos centavos.

Hoy tuve una visita en KFC con mis amigos y pedimos algunas ofertas de comida como zinger hamburguesa, cubo poderoso, y también nosotros Oder salsa mega caja de pollo, Y la comida es tan deliciosa y fresca que nos encanta eso y hay una señora llamada yesha ella es muy amable y muy servicial ella ayuda como por nuestro apetito y sugiere un muy buen trato también y realmente apreciamos su ayuda, gracias y nos vemos de nuevo.

First and most possibly last visit, staff to busy talking no cleaning floor, tables window, all around the eatery sills dirty remains of food on all so much rubbish left on paths bins not even overflowing. Also something stuck to the underside of bun lot of rubbish around a potential empty bin so no sign of overflow staff walked past not even picked up

We ordered a hot dog which did not mention spicy, but was in fact mildy spicy and overcooked. We ordered a piri piri chicken wrap which is ok, but piri piri sauce is pretty much water, so it went everywhere and didn't taste of much. The service was slow, and the manager was on the phone to her friends all the time. The strawberry milkshake was ok. Giving feedback at the end was met with stone cold faces and no empathy. In short they don't care. Avoid. Food is 2 out of 5, service 1 out of 5.

Accepting its a captive audience and prices are high and poor value. It was still disappointing in terms of service. We had popped in for some food prior to boarding, with plenty of time to spare and we needed it. Staff numbers appeared to be limited and we waited a long time before being approached to order. Then a long wait for food and finally getting the bill. On reviewing the bill we noticed that we had been charged for an item, not ordered or provided. More delays whilst we queried bill which subsequently required the manager, as staff were unable to amend the bill. He said they couldn't eadily adjust the bill and offered a bottle of water to make up the difference. I declined as we didn't need any water and he walked off. Running out of time I eventually got someone's attention and paid the bill and took the water rather than miss flight. Never Again

I was served but daisy and grace. They were so helpful going through the menu and were very bubbly and friendly. Both ladies are a credit to the store

McMuffin tenía un pelo dentro de la hamburguesa muy lento para dar comida diez minutos esperando comida mi número había pasado de las órdenes de la pantalla que luego fueron las mías estaban siendo repartidas ... pero el gerente es un gran tipo que lidió bien con la situación, pero a otros trabajadores realmente no les importó vergonzoso, pero gran respeto al gerente! Debería haber tomado su nombre 🤦‍♂️

We were all served by a lovely girl called Ella, she was polite with excellent customer service!! she made our evening! so thankyou ella!!

We went to the soulhouse for our works christmas party and the food was amazing! We had a dedicated contact throughout planning the evening and when we arrived the manager dealt with us all night which was brilliant, he was so friendly and efficient, although the lad working with him was miserable but this did not detract from the beautiful food and ambience. We all left with full tummies and satisfied having had a lovely evening together.

Out for a walk and ended up in High Market so decided to go to KFC for lunch. If tech savvy you can order as you go in our do like we did and go up to the counter. Staff seemed friendly enough. It did not take long for our order to arrive and there was plenty of seats. The tables seem clean as was the rest of the place. The food was hot. We both had to use the toilet before we left and found them to be nice and clean. Disposing of your rubbish takes a little while, should you decide to clear your table, as the bin is now separated into different recycling bins but easy to do as you just need to follow the pictures on the back board.

Whilst queuing to place my order I was watching a female member of staff re stocking the cakes. She had gloves on and picked up maple and pecan swirls to put in the display, then without changing gloves picked up cinnamon swirls and put them in the display. I myself have a nut allergy and the cross contamination that may have happened from this worker not changing gloves between handling an item with nuts and ons without has ensured I will not be ordering any sweet treats from Starbucks in the future.

We are good customer's of wingers and usually everything is perfect but this evening we had as we usually do the house fries but nothing on them this time, what went wrong, ruined the meal for us all I am afraid. Should have had Skin on fries topped with our signature spice mix, crispy fried onions, coriander and sriracha mayo. But nothing. Really disappointed.
