Pretty good food and better than the last visit. At least the place was clean. Shame about the seagulls feeding on the empty KFC packets outside.

It was awful. The way the staff treat you is horrendous looked down on you like you’re nothing. And then just straight up lie about what they have available awful wouldn’t recommend. Feel like I couldn’t even enjoy my lunch

A poor branch where the burgers are thrown together with the thinnest chicken breast pieces I have ever seen, mine seemed to like breaded roadkill it was so flat. We ordered using the touchscreen and it asked if we wanted table service, we said no and then it said "are you sure you don't want table service" so I relented and selected table service. When our order was ready they just called it out and left it on a tray for us to collect! Staff at front of house seemed more interested in chatting with each other rather than looking after customers.

Ordered chicken burger meals. The chicken was over dry and there was little mayo on the rolls. The popcorn was rubbery and taated old. Worst KFC i have ever been to.

Hubby and I ate in your establishment yesterday approx 4 pm.. was,nt busy.. to say food was awful is an understatement.. my hubby had a chicken box.. I had zinger burger meal.. food was Luke warm.. chips certainly were,nt fresh.. chicken was tasteless and rubbery.. gravy was a congealed mess.. coleslaw was watery! Best part was my latte and hubbys tea.. we wasted £16 50 approx.. very disappointed.

I ordered Zinger popcorn chicken with extra chips and drink. The chips were cold and it was the smallest portion I have ever seen. I also ordered a Coke and got a Tango in a can, not as advertised. The Zingers popcorn tasted nice but at a £7.50 total cost we will not be going back.

We haven't had a KFC for a year, maybe more. On the basis of the chips. We won't be for another year or so. Chicken. Beans. Coleslaw. Just the norm. The chicken, beans weren't hot. Luke warm and the journey back home is about 8 minutes. As I said before we have had KFC before and got home to find the chicken and beans were hot. Unlike today, 16th September the chicken was luke warm, the chips were floppy.and luke warm. Infact the chips were rubbish. Sam B.

Visited 24/06/21 about 7pm. Terrible attitude, sounded like a robot. Didn’t even speak or looked at us. Just held the contactless machine out the window. When it beeped she took it back in and pushed the bag of food through the window. We asked what sauces they had, she didn’t reply and just put 3 sauces in my partners hand, still no eye co tact or verbal communication. He then said please could we have some bbq, she then passed 2 packets to him and walked away with her back to us. Not a single act of interaction with the customer. If you dont like your job, don’t do. Worst KFC we have ever visited and certainly won’t be again😡🥲.

food was cold and I never got what I ordered it was meant to be a variety meal I crispy strip short and 1 piece of chicken short wont answer the phone usless

Been frequently eating in and out. Not had any problems before until today. Very rude, unhelpful staff. Got our order completely wrong but by the time we realised it wasn't worth waiting in the queue. Will return but make sure you check what you've got before driving away

After a busy day working in town, i nipped out for some food and after a rather frosty reception at Pizza Hut opposite I cut my losses and headed here. The blonde girl who appeared to be a supervisor explained even though it was 9.30pm on a 'Eat Out To Help Out' evening I could still get some food. You could tell she was tired as were the rest of the staff but she took my order and a few minutes later I was sat at a clean, sanitized table enjoying my tower burger. I sat and watched even more people stream into the restaurant, obnoxious teenagers, loud and demanding females and yet the staff continued to serve and be polite. An absolute credit to this organisation under such strenuous times. I would like to thank the blonde girl who welcomed me in and was genuinely friendly making my visit a memorable one. Thanks guys

Stopped by following work. Place was empty save for a small group of yoofs trying to stay dry in the rain which was lashing down. Food was fresh and hot and not greasy.

Been over 12 months since I ve been here, it was dire last visit, nothing much improved. Staff pretty miserable, cold coffee,food not good. It was very clean in the table area toilets could have done with a bit of cleaning.

Told the manager 2 weeks ago the disabled toilet door lock was broken today its completely broken!!!!

Left food out of my order, gave me the wrong food and gave me a broken box. Absolutely awful customer service, hired a deaf bird. Skets.

Ame a Kfc, pero en esta ocasión estoy más allá de la incredulidad sobre cómo un lugar así puede omitir tantos pedidos desde la unidad a través de NO 1, SINO 7 ARTÍCULOS, SÍ, 7 artículos de nuestro pedido. . . .Vivimos en Dalton, así que para llegar hasta Barrow y llegar a casa y encontrar la mayor parte de nuestro pedido faltante en mi libro no es realmente aceptable y el servicio más pobre de un lugar como este. Los nietos pidieron KFC, así que nos aventuramos y nos pusimos en cola en el camino de entrada, servicio lento para comida rápida, papas frías, bebidas pobres, no me gusta Pepsi, pollo lo suficientemente sabroso debajo de la cobertura, frijoles arruinados por el sabor de la barbacoa, supongo que ' Volveré cuando los niños vuelvan a preguntar, Doh!

The food was cold hot drinks limited as machine broken. Staff were pretty miserable. It was clean that's about it.

Cooked chicken. Mostly fried. Mostly with chips. Oftentimes beans. And 33l of Coke. Gravy, thick, brown and sticky. Corn on the cob, yellow and chewy. But always, chicken in all its forms. No bit of the bird wasted.

Overall quality of food is average Staff have sometimes been uninformed and the drive through is very slow at serving as you wait ages

Rubbish service no food forgot my chicken and bean and gravy and had no BBQ sauce and had no frigin boxs sort your selves out

Me apetecía KFC después de una visita al cine. Drive Thru estaba vacío para un cambio, así que hizo maravillas a través. Servido por dos encantadoras rápidamente señoritas - Tia y Alex. Tenía el cuadro de arroz filete. Estaba delicioso, y todavía caliente cuando llegué a casa.

Este KFC está en un lado de una zona comercial y de entretenimiento que incluía Apollo bingo y Cine vue. Califique mejor que mi última KFC ya que estaban sirve comidas de forma eficiente aunque moderadamente lleno. También se ofrecieron para servir enseguida si volviese y mostró la tapa de plástico para mi helado y resultó falsa promesa no. Así que mi visita fue bastante corta y si hubiera sido decepcionante, había una gran MacDonalds (uno de dos metros en Barrow), además de un Pizza Hut. Hay un autobús no. 4 llamar aquí, pero no se molestan en poner los tiempos en la marquesina del autobús.

Por desgracia, tuve la idea de tener KFC (que yo no he tenido en mucho tiempo) sin embargo, cuando llegué allí el personal eran bastante groseros, mi pedido faltaban comida de allí y la comida en sí era insípida.

Perfectly cooked and nice and hot. Staff were ok and friendly enough. I went through the drive through. Took a while and a bit slow but good was fine

La comida estaba bien, pero casi ninguna elección de salsas a la izquierda para mi comida, un poco de una decepción! Sólo un retrete para damas y no era la más limpia y toda la sección de W. C. estaba sucia. Entiendo que debe ser difícil mantener limpio con una sola loo, pero necesita algo de buena ventilación allí lo antes posible.

The service here is good, the food is very nice and very cheap. the staff are nice people. However the place could be cleaned a bit more, once saw a load of ants all over one of the seat once :/. but overall good place

Realmente comida fresca, el pollo estaba muy bien preparado, las patatas fritas eran pippin caliente. El servicio era fantástico, sonrisa muy lindo desde el tipo que me atendió, y fue rápido. No me puedo quejar de esta visita. Bien hecho chicos.

Decided to come here to grab some tea straight after work and before heading to the cinema with friends. The food was fine. Standard kfc fare. Quite nice but not being familiar with the menu I did find it incredibly confusing and the staff completely uninterested. However it was absolutely freezing in there with no heating at all and on a freezing January evening with the door opening and closing it was as cold inside as out. This meant that the food went cold quickly and we were uncomfortably cold. We had time to stay for a coffee and maybe a dessert however we decided on the short walk to macdonalds for a coffee and just to get warm. Very poor consideration for customers which couldn't have been more different in maccys. Wish we had given them.our money instead

Food was hot and served quickly, the tables where fairly clean. Obviously lots of young customers who seemed to be more interested in the free wifi rather than the food

I visited KFC in barrow today! The staff were so rude and the popcorn chicken was cold! The staff who was rude and was shouting at another member of staff for no reason also using foul language was called 'joyce' Absolutely fuming will not be visiting again

Visited today Joyce was a rude member of staff will not be visiting again!! Not happy will this will not be letting it happen again! Food was cold and I couldn't get a word in to complain as Joyce was too busy shouting at an other member of staff for no reason in front of all the customers!!! Appalling

Well, everyone knows where they stand with a KFC haha. I get the Boneless Banquet and have never been disappointed.

Currently advertising BBQ bites as a special. Tried to order twice in the last 2 weeks to be told they don't have the sauce.Told yesterday that as the bites offer is ending next week they will not be ordering the sauce in. Thos was from the manager who to be honest, was just plain rude. Why advertise something that you can't deliver......and continue to advertise it for another week despite knowing you won't have the goods. No sense at all! I wouldn't normally review on something like this but this kind of thing happens there all the time. A few months ago, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for chicken....??? From an establishment that only sells chicken?!

I stopped of for a quick snack but I did notice that there was only two sockets in the whole restaurant which were all being used, there is a sign specify free charging which seemed to be there to lure customers in rather than actually have a purpose.The food was hot and the restaurant was very clean

They have an agreement with Vue cinema where your cinema tickets give you a discount on the chicken fillet burger and bargain bucket. So worth visiting after you visit the cinema.Never had a problem with the food,staff usually polite. The drive in can get very busy at tea times so worth parking up and walking in.

Food Ok, rude member of staff dealt with us though who was more interested in having a laugh with the other staff then got the order wrong and blamed us. Customer is always right remember!

The service was quick and easy however the food was a little dry, almost as if the popcorn chicken had been out for a few hours.Also, the new chicken bites were cold and not so edible.

There is always quick service here and the food is always freshly prepared and hot! There's nothing worse than getting cold food but it's always really nice at this KFC. I'd also like to thank Jordan he was working on Sunday for putting up with me being difficult with my order! Very polite staff!

Drive thru or go to the counter, either way it always takes an age to get served but the food is always hot and tasty.

Visited here for the first time this week and I could not believe the disgusting costumer service I received from a lady who worked there named 'Sammy'. She was very rude to me and did not smile once. I do understand it was a busy day due to McDonald's being refurbished however, this should not have been an excuse. Not only did I realise she gave just myself poor service, but whilst I stood in the queue, I observed her behaviour to other customers and it was just as bad, I recall most costumers who had been served by her commenting on her poor service. This left the remaining of my time here here an unpleasant experience due to such disgraceful service. I will not be visiting this KFC again.

Food is always mint just need to speed things up must be Easyer to have things ready get ppl served faster instead of que going out the door if only at peak times, otherwise can't fault kfc the only choice McDonald's is just tasteless...

Got a boneless banquet for a treat other night , went through the drive through and brought home, everyone enjoyed it with coleslaw and gravy.

Not a lover of KFC but with the Pizza Hut closed for refurb I dropped in for a quick bite. Chicken was Ok but coating all a bit soggy and not that tasty. OK but nothing more.

If you want some good chicken you've gotta go somewhere else.I can happily say that I really enjoy KFC but this one in particular is just awful.Don't waste your time or your money.

Daughter gets deals from here and we have been without gravy on one order, next time told the ice cream maching wasnt working, four visits in a row now this had been a problem and we dont go every week. The drive thru seems to be faster better managed I have been to a lot of kfc drive thru around the country barrow used to be one of the worst for speed I think better training for staff and new members have made a difference

Like everyone have been several times. Sometimes food is great other times not so good. I do not find the staff helpful.

Just been through the drive through, quick service, but when I sat down to eat the meal it was totally wrong, I had been overcharged and the good was not what I had ordered. On calling the manager was stroppy from the moment the call started. I had a simple request, send to me a replacement meal, which matched what I ordered. All I got was a long list of things the manager could not doCould not send me a replacement mealCould not pay for my taxi if I returned to the shopCould not give me the number of the area manager to escalate the issueCould not get the area manager to call me backIn fact the only thing the so called manager could do was replace the food if I went back and joined the queue again. This is pathetic, if someone is a manager let them manage

As expected with all fast food restaurants the staff need to be trained better. They are rude to each other and bicker in front of customers and almost always get your order rong!

I visited on sunday around 2115 the restaurant had a few people eating and two tables had just vacated as I arrived. I was waiting with another two families to collect my order around 12 mins in total. There were lots of dirty tables with left over meals on them nobody came to clear anything away in the time I was in the restaurant. If I was eating in the restaurant I would have left. Come on guy's get someone front of house keeping things well tidy.
