KFC in Wycombe

We were all served by a lovely girl called Ella, she was polite with excellent customer service!! she made our evening! so thankyou ella!!

What a hovel! The place is filthy. Busy, but the whole place was extremely dirty! Floors and tables covered in food debris and waste, nobody clearing anything up. Fluids on the floor, no one even noticed or cared when it was pointed out. It's also extremely greasy on the floor and tables. Holes, damage, tears and dents in the furniture, so it’s a hive for bacteria. The toilets had human waste all over them and vomit. The taps spin when trying to turn them on, water and urine all over floor, with wet tissues to slip on everywhere. Disgusting, but the worst thing is nobody cares.

This is the last time I'll order from KFC..the pieces of chicken were very small. I ordered the 10 pieces bargain bucket and all 10 were very small it's very disappointing 😞.

I paid for a 10 piece Hot Wings and was only served with 6 pieces. When I asked for the missing items, I was told that I had to wait whilst some more were being cooked. Waited for over 30 minutes and was served just w pieces as they “had run out”. The rest of my food was totally cold by then. There was no attempt to make up for their mistake and complete lack of professional customer service. Absolutely shocking KFC branch. Avoid!!

I once wrote a bad review of these guys 5 years ago when the store was relatively new. I've been visiting again the last 2 years and its perfect everytime....very clean premises,nice staff,clean tables and very fresh food....in that time KFC fries have improved with a new recipe. Can't fault it great prices great food nice store with good atmosphere

I stopped here for lunch a few days ago the restaurant itself is very clean and well presented the food is very greasy but the staff are friendly and polite but other than that the restaurant is about average

Premises always clean and tidy staff very polite. I don't no what has happened to KFC but the chicken is like a ball of grease its not drained properly. I brought some a few weeks ago I couldn't eat it the chips were cold. over the years I have enjoyed food from the Frogmoor (KFC) branch but not anymore, I will never eat in there again

Apart from the efficient and friendly staff, this KFC outlet is the worst fast food joint I have ever experienced. The chicken was completely lacking in Colonel Sander’s ‘finger lickin’ good’ spices. It was like eating cardboard! The chips were equally bad. They were soggy and inedible. I will be reporting them to KFC head office. I understand that 70% of UK outlets are franchises so decision-making is down almost entirely to the manager in charge. This might explain the poor food from this outlet. Should be closed!

Very popular and always busy but I really wouldn’t want to eat this sort of junk food. It’s not healthy and not nice....

Visited kfc for chicken dinner for my daughter and me it will be the last time ever. Probably the worst chicken dinner I have ever eaten. Grease grease and more grease. With all their advertising they should be ashamed to sell it.

I wouldn't normally eat at KFC, but very glad I have this one on my doorstep. I go there about once a week. The food looks like the pictures. It's hot, tasty, crispy and I can't fault it. Happy, helpful staff. Hygenic.

we went to get some supper as we'd had a long afternoon travel, the chicken sandwich was burnt the chicken on the bone didn't have much on which was also burnt

The queue was very long, but worth the wait, I just got large popcorn chicken with large fries but it was well worth the wait, delicious food!

Ordered a meal here, they took my money.Full well knowing they had ran out of certain products. As they came up to tell me they had no gravy, no chips and only two pieces of chicken left, all they offered me was a large drink and a BBQ Dip, When asked for a refund I'd go somewhere else, they said they couldn't. Very very poor

I went to kfc in Frogmoor high wycombe today, the queue was unbelievable I waited 10 min and gave up and left, found it disappointing and rude that although there was such a wait the staff were serving and giving Deliveroo bike riders priority over there regular customers, If you don’t want the regular public coming in for food keep it up , I’m sure the colonel will me most disappointed in the way the staff are treating there bread and butter customers,

We went here as we needed food quickly. It is exactly what you would expect from a KFC. No frills and food given quickly. The service was fine.

well what can I say waited 15 mins to be served then when I was trying to order the person behind the till was having a chat with a co worker and not listening to me at all and the bits that she did hear, all she could say was we haven't got that, so I couldn't have a zinger tower meal because no hash browns then I asked for boneless banquet box with sweetcorn can't have that haven't got any then I asked for 3 bits of chicken strips and also a crushem and a 7up £18.41 later complete rip off then when I got home the whole order was completely wrong I ended up with 4 portions of chips and 2 lots of 4pieces of hot wings, the crushem was really watery and the 7up tasted disgusting I dont know what it was Shame on you KFC I will be taking it further KFC. So if you don't want to be ripped off don't go there a horrible experience it's not the first time, this time I decided to speak out.

My guilty pleasure when in Wycombe has to be one of the best KFC's with friendly friendly staff and clean surroundings always busy so be prepared to queue if you hit the wrong time

it's a rather average kfc. the food isn't bad, the service is okay, and it's good to get food in a pinch. nothing bad to say

I've seen less grease on an engine I've eaten KFC all over the world and it's very sad the worst one of all is in my home town , I ordered the filler meal with coleslaw and chicken thigh , I took the meal back and said I had asked for chicken thigh not leg and the guy to my amazement plucked out the chicken from my box with his fingers and stuck it back into the area with all the chicken ready for some one else to eat , I could've done anything to that I did say surely you do t serve chicken people have bought back to which he replied don't worry we do it all the time , when I finally did get to sit down the thigh was so greasy I mean greasy , on the plus side my roll on my burger was so dry and stale it did help counter the grease , my filler burger had the smallest fillet in , which again on a positive was good because after the thigh I felt very quesy , to add insult to injury the fries were cold , absolutely unacceptable to charge people for food this badly presented , I don't exspect much from KFC but the basics where just not met at all , within 30 minutes of eating what I could of this meal I had terrible stomach cramps and I'll leave the rest to your imagination

Pretty standard set up KFC. Served quickly, food tasted good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Worth a visit.

Have no idea whats happened to the Town Centre KFC but ordered a One Piece Snack Box plus loads of other stuff for the crowd we were in (for a kids birthday), when I tried to pick up the piece of chicken the chicken slid out of the coating and my fingers were literally covered in grease. I have had this once in the other KFC in the town but never here. Things like the chips, popcorn chicken and fillet burgers were fine but considering they are known for their fried chicken it was awful!

For those on the East side of High Wycomebe the KFC choices are, Beaconsfield Services, a bit far, The retail park who on so many occasions have managed to cock up the order and this one which has nice friendly staff, your told when making something a deal would be better for you, it's kept nice and clean and above all, it's serves Kentucky Fried Chicken, which is terrible for you BUT, less calories that Nandos wraps and in my opinion, better tasting at a lot lower price point.

This kfc is very good. The chicken is always freshly cooked and hot and chips are always crunchy. It is always very busy but you get promptly service and is good if you're in a hurry

this was a ok place to eat but it is just me how likes it but I like it is cheap and fast food but it is still KFC.

Pero el no intentan bien, la comida fría greesy no es agradable que se quejó y mi comida fue sustituida más tarde visita. segundo plato no rayar. Llevar comida una farsa en High Wycombe.

Un poco alejado ahora Eden ha florecido, pero con un buen descanso al lado es genial en unos veranos día. En parte la comida es buena y sabrosa, que es una norma de Kentucky Fried Chicken. Está limpio y ordenado es un buen lugar para tomar un bocadillo rápido o un cubo!!

I ordered a takeway from here during the day and the staff were helpful and I didn't have to wait for long.

KFC is okay here, however its quite dirty and the staff don't seem the best, nor trained that well. The shutter is really annoying.

I've never been in here when you do not have to queue - seems crazy, they just need more staff in the evenings. Once you get served then the food is generally made to order and fast.Food is great - standard KFC fare as you would expect

Not every KFC gets it right but this one never fails. The service is fast and friendly. The chicken wings are always cooked to perfection. The downside is the parking - there isn't any so you have to do a drive by of sorts; one jumps out and orders the food whilst the other keeps the engine ticking over and a watchful eye for the parking wardens!

Standard KFC fare, I enjoyed the mighty bucket for one. The restaurant is close to the Travelodge hotel and other fast food outlets.

This was my first visit to a KFC restaurant and I can say I was blown away by the quality of food. The service was amazing too, I had someone sweeping round my feet as I was eating. I opted for the large meal which was more then filling. I must recommend this fine restaurant to everyone. The colonel is king!!! I will certainly be returning here again.
