McDonald's - Alperton in Ealing

No problems on this visit. Food delivered speedily. Accurate order and friendly staff. Would visit again if in the vicinity.

Please check you food before you leave the premises, as the staff are deliberately giving less or leaving out specific ingredients. Ordered a Big tasty with bacon, and a Big Mac meal, to get home to find no bacon in the big tasty, and no cheeses in the Big Mac , so has to drive back to the restaurant to have made from fresh Few days later, I ordered a triple cheese burger, to find cheese missing, and minimal sauce in the Big Mac sandwich. I know for sure that I am not the only person that this has happened to, but this branch is trying to claw back money due to the increase in energy bills, as the customers expense Please check your food before you leave, as this will cost them money to make the food again, and will effect their Profit and lost.

Lady on the first counter could not understand English second lady could hardly speak any English it’s funny I thought we lived in England obviously not how could they get such an easy order so wrong is beyond belief why don’t they make sure their staff can actually understand English we are in England after all they must be bringing people over to work in McDonald’s because it’s so bad must be terrible pay how stupid are we to go there even when I went back to the drive-through the man couldn’t speak properly either I know there’s nothing wrong with The way that I speak God help us all you surely need it if you go to Alberton McDonald’s

Mac Donald’s Alperton handles food deliveries to convicts wearing a tag and threatening people by showing police tag, shouting he is a well know criminal by the police and using a fake gps account. I tried to warn the manage who called the police for me instead, the ignorance is incredible! The manager said that me reporting the Uber driver was not her problem. I am gutted by the managers response to my report to her of illegal Uber drivers activities and I am the one who got kicked out of the restaurant. Whatch out!!!

Everyone has been lovely apart from the person who took our order in the drive thru and she messed it up. Took us 10 mins to get the correct order. She was extremely rude and swearing. No customer service standards at all

Very surprised I had to face such a rude staff, no manner, no respect very unprofessional, honestly how did she managed to get a job in such wonderful environment restaurant.Train your staff, I am not saying customers are always right, but she shouldn't be working there.

Chips were cold. Double cheeseburger was cold and very badly made, sloppy, careless. This was the driver through just now. Don’t know why they’ve made a burger like this and wrapped it up.

If you are hungry and need food, that is cheap and appetizing, then you cant go wrong at McDonald's Alperton

Disgusting service from Sofia and Christine both give me attitude when I come threw drive thru disgusting don’t know how they became managers !! Every time I visit they always cause me problems!!

Ojo. Pedido Takeaway con caja grande de nuggets. Llego al hotel y me faltan las salsas correspondientes. La cocacola, la pido sin hielo y la sirven con hielo, y en varias ocasiones. Solo para emergencias, una pena.

Al preguntar por mi envoltura del día sin tomates, ¿pusieron queso en su lugar? ¿La envoltura se enfrió cuando la saqué? ¿Millonario tarde no tenía crema batida encima? 20 cajas compartidas de Nuggets estaban bien, pero me dieron 2 salsas en lugar de 4, ¡y ni siquiera eran las salsas que pedí! ? ?? Sinceramente, la peor experiencia que he tenido de McDonald's. Sin embargo, el tipo indio que me dio mi comida fue agradable.

Le pregunté si podía tomar un poco de salsa marrón para poner mi salchicha y huevo mcmuffin. Me dijeron en términos inequívocos que no lo hicieron y en su lugar me dieron barbacoa. Dije que estaba en el menú de desayuno. Dijeron que era lo mismo que la salsa barbacoa. Básicamente, Soori, (supongo que el gerente de turno) no podría molestarse en levantar un dedo para ayudar. Honestly, I was so disappointed when I ordered via uber and the restaurant sent me someone else order. They didn’t want to exchange it and was no apology. This is bad service and to make it worst the food was cold!

Comparado con otros Mcdonalds que he estado cerca, la comida es buena aquí. Las patatas fritas son agradables. I have to say service was very good indeed with the table service staff friendly and apart from cold fries the burgers were not too bad.

It is not a bad area, and we order from here many times with ubereats. In 90 % there were no issues. Sometimes the fries was cold.. but generaly ok

The French fries was cold, the manager who was called heena gave me a diguesting attitude and she refused to give me fresh fries

Normalmente, me hubiera desalojado, pero una encantadora señora vino y pidió disculpas sobre el retraso. Ella nos llevó a un autoservicio, hasta nos pidió que la orden que nos encontró un asiento. Unos 10 minutos más tarde, ella estaba de vuelta con nuestra comida.

We often use this restaurant and it’s clean and the food is really good quality and on this visit the staff where helping customers with the touch screens and thank them on the way out which was a nice touch.

The ace is really nice in a helpful location to enter on main freeways. Easy access. Clean and tidy place

Not the best MacDonaLds I've been in. The food was not hot. Just warm. Not very appettising. Oh yes, the donut was stale. Some ended up in the bin.

Este McDonald's parece estar bien organizado, ya que hicimos nuestro desayuno en la máquina de autoservicio y la comida era traído a nuestra mesa. This particular McDonald's is open 24/7 . Their service is quite quick and the staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Larger than average restaurant with a drive through, open 24 hours, usual free WiFi on offer. Has no real local competition but maintains a high standard, although several tables required clearing when I visited late at night. When I called again a few days later everything was clean and tidy so this may just have been a glitch. Try the limited edition 'Grand' burger while it is available. Delicious!

Lots of seating inside and outThe staff here are regular and so they all know their tasks, service is always quick, even when there is a big queue and the food served to the usual McDonalds standard.Whether you like that or not then thats your choice but i enjoyed the food here. There is no other mainstream takeaway nearby, only local takeouts.

Like all other McDonald's good value, clean, fast service, plenty of seat and drive-thru.Highly recommended.
