The best restaurants serving American food in England

Every single time I go into this Subway the same woman, presumably the manager, is berating a different young man working behind the counter. Genuinely shouting at and bullying them right in front of customers, I think it’s disgusting and completely puts me off going in. The same experience with the same woman whenever I have been in there in the past year and I have also witnessed her being rude to customers. She should be ashamed.

Heard about this place through a friend. Had a great time and the food was fantastic, the staff were happy and couldn't help enough. We ordered a sharing platter and asked if they could add another place to it, which was no bother at all. The food was delicious and VERY plentiful!!!. After our meal, we were invited to see the smoker units and meet the owner. He was a very personable chap and gave us a good insight to how the food is cooked. It's that personal touch a lot of restaurants need to embrace that Triple BBBs are well ahead of. Can't wait to go back.

Chole who served us was very rude and unprofessional made coffee when told it was cold took it off us remade but was still not as hot as usual. Once we moved she started talking to others behind counter about us. Also not always able to get seat as far to many in there on lap tops taking up tables and when there is a free table it full of used cups. Whilst staff stand around doing nothing waiting for others to be disapointed

New efficient staff have replaced the the old and for the better. Recommend a visit. Great food, decent price. Recommend the app to pre-order at busy lunchtimes.

Friendly, standard subway fare. Standard prices. Tasty, but Stingy on salad stuff with just 5 kernels of sweetcorn as a "portion" 1/400 of your "5 a day"!! Boss was dishing it out. So he can't blame the staff!

La primera vez que he estado aquí y definitivamente no será la última! Gema oculta absoluta. Muy limpio. El personal es tan amable y educado no puede hacer lo suficiente por usted. La comida es 10 / 10 todo está recién hecho y los pasteles son peligrosamente buenos! ¡Gracias! Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar.

Went in November And there was no heating on!! Ridiculous. Didn't hang about and won't go back till they put it on

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos aquí (que ahora se denomina hickerys Roadhouse y grill) en el camino a scarbourgh. Nos dio la bienvenida y nos sentamos y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos el menú es variado aunque un poco elevado. La comida era estupendo, aunque la única queja que tuvimos fue mi esposa tuvo el bistec y costillas y quería el bistec cocinado medio estaba bien hecho cuando preguntamos qué cambiar enseguida

The person who served me gave fake coin as changes. I didn't realize until I had to use the coin and it was Turkish coin. And when returned back the person lied about it was suppsoed to be 2 pounds. Scammer. She didn't even gave receipt of payment.

Pedí un Strawberry Acai, la señora que me sirvió era miserable y básicamente dijo '¿qué quieres?'. la señora que lo hace simplemente lo golpeó hacia abajo sin decir nada, de nuevo realmente miserable, la bebida era terrible que era básicamente agua con un par de fresas! ¡Cargando casi cinco centavos! ¡Completa broma!

When first open, the owners were spending more time and the food and service was best in Business... since last year new staff has come, food is just slap dash and who talk and treat customer in a very rude manner.. take it or leave attitude with a scary and threatening tone of voice (I hate it when the one with the beard at the front throws the food at you when picking up the takeaway).. I think the owners need to come back in and take control of Mr Joes Blackburn.

Unbelievable. They forgot to put in fries x 2 for the 2 meals. Bizarrely the girl at the drive thru collection counter even asked whether I wanted any dips for the fries 🍟. I was not going to drive back for them, and nobody was picking up the phone. The fillet o fish looked and tasted of old fish. Rather than the lovely white fish that was before, these ones were some nasty looking brown/grey fish. Put me off for life.

April 18 11 am called in for a coffee usually the service is good but not today not only the staff served other people before me but continued gossiping too eachother before realising my order has not even been put in how rude shall I go back? Coffee was grim. Straight into the bin on the prom. Cappuccino-they sprinkled chocolate powder in first which overwhelmed any coffee flavour that might have been. We were a walk away by the time we opened the lid or would have taken it back.
