Every single time I go into this Subway the same woman, presumably the manager, is berating a different young man working behind the counter. Genuinely shouting at and bullying them right in front of customers, I think it’s disgusting and completely puts me off going in. The same experience with the same woman whenever I have been in there in the past year and I have also witnessed her being rude to customers. She should be ashamed.

Pleasant service. This is my 3rd time visit in the shop and I have always been served best quality food in any subway ever. Highly positive staff and always cleaning and hygiene on top. Reasonable rates and near to my university this is a must recommend I was served by highly talented Hemak

Excellent visit to this friendly store, and they even recommended i try the new Steak Melt, which was lovely and a welcone change from my usual sub or salad. Will definitely try another one. There are new items available at this clean store, the staff are always welcoming, and their customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this Subway store. Well done👍

I work at subway and when we went to this university subway. The lady that was serving me and my friend was so rude. We can’t have beef due to our religion my fiend ordered chicken tikka and salami but I know that salami have pork and beef as I work at subway We told her to take out the salami but she said she can’t cause she already put it in the sandwich and we paid more money for extra salami. I work at subway but we never behaved like this towards our customers It’s just horrible

What a amazing store . I visit every week . Amazed with the speedy service and cleanliness. On most of my visit i see Hemak who is doing stunning job in running the store and his squad. Even in the busiest of time I am served with patience and recommendations for new prouduct .

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on the app, paid in advance and arrived at the time specified. Spoke to 'Hemak' who was extremely rude and told me my order wasn't on the system so there was nothing he could do. Showed him the confirmation in the app as well as my email confirmation and waited expecting him to help. Instead I stood there like a lemon for half an hour while he served other customers. I approached him again, asking if the order had come through yet. Without checking he said no. When asked what he expected me to do, he said I would need to pay again. Absolute joke! No apology or attempt to get me the order that I had already paid for!! Will not be back.

Got in at 9am for breakfast roll and coffee. One member of staff who was rude and ignorant. Only one other customer but every table dirty. I don't recommend it. 😔

Visited today once again and had a fantastic experience. Was served by friendly staff who despite being very busy worked hard to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bread was fresh and food was prepared just as I wanted so overall had an great lunch and will be back again soon.

Visited on 24th August in the evening. Had to wait a few minutes as only one server but he was very friendly despite being so busy. Much better service than I have had here before. Friendly staff make a big difference!

Today my partner and i stopped at subway for lunch. I ordered a turkey salad and to say i was disappointed was an understatement. My lettuace was brown and the portion size was unacceptable. I asked for my meat to be cut to which the employee huffed at me. I also asked for more cheese and there was barely a sprinkle on my salad. At any other subway store i have always recieved delicious food. My salad was very dry and the employee would not give me any more dressing. I had to have cesar dressing and This also caused me disappointment as i was told the dressing i ALWAYS have is ranch. I was told this dressing has been discontinued. Safe to safe i wont be returning to any subway store.

Came here to use the vouchers that was posted through by door. The veggie patty I ordered was not heated. When I was paying at the till, ‘Zak’s’ (not sure why he had an apostrophe S in his name?) He refused to take one of the voucher as it was not on his till system. I was baffled as to why he would not accept it as the vouchers all came from “Subway”. The least I expected was for him to honour the voucher and override the till considering I only came here to use the vouchers. But no! So, I left very disappointed as had I known he was not going to take the voucher, I would of spent my Money elsewhere. The steak and cheese and chicken tikka subs were so bland it had no taste.

provided complete wrong order, gave my fiance food that he was allergic too, this is not the end of this.. serious issue that I'm shocked by after speaking to the so called supervisor in store that wouldn't even provide her own name for me to make a formal complaint but would happily give her managers name "viki" whoever the supervisor was on 3/3/19 @ 4pm needs to be suspended, never had such a problem with a duty manager! diabolical customer service experience, stressing out a pregnant lady further through arrogance and blaming uber eats for the wrong toppings in our sandwiches...is diabolical. Not once did we receive an appology, she then went on to say she doesnt supervise her staff makinfg the food, so what do you do as a supervisor in a sandwich making shop??? The lady refused numerous times to give her name, i will be taking this as a serious matter she should not be under her current job title and had no gratitude for the fact that if my partner had eaten his sandwich without realising the toppings inside could of been life threatening. Absolute disgrace, I was being laughed at down the phone, I'm glad you think a serious food allegation is funny that could of taken someone's life!! No better than a murderer!! You will be sued, avoid this place at all costs!! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!

I ate here last week with my girlfriends and it was a lovely experience. It was cosy and warm and nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff were approachable and friendly. Food was delicious! Have been before, would recommend and will return.

Stopped at this newly refurbed KFC Broomfield rd in the hope that it might have improved.....how wrong we were! first none of the automated card only machines for ordering were working and counter cash only. after finally managing to pay, food arrived, once home with takeaway found that one portion of chips was missing (not unusual) and that the vegan burger was completely rock solid and inedible and can only assume that it was reheated from earlier, was not worth the effort to drive back to complain but will definitely not be using this branch again. best option close it down and use the more professional and polite branch at Springfield.

Popped in on a Thursday knowing there is a pub quiz. But apparently its online now. Exxex Fm who host it obviously don't really know how to conjure a pub atmosphere. Everyone looking at the phone doing the quiz. What was interesting was talking to a few young lads and they fell about laughing when they realised the quiz was via online. This pub need to work out people go out to interact not stare at a screen. Else stay at home with a 4 pack of fosters from the co-op. This place isnt a pub.
