New efficient staff have replaced the the old and for the better. Recommend a visit. Great food, decent price. Recommend the app to pre-order at busy lunchtimes.

Ordered on the app to collect at a specific time, it wasn’t ready, had to wait extra 10 minutes. It was the same last week, they didn’t even start making it last week until I’d arrived. What is the point in pre-ordering? Complete waste of my lunchtime. Food was good, just the wait off putting. The girl apologised at the end but the manager on the till wasn’t bothered.

Rude and unprofessional branch manager. Sick of this branch being closed when it should be open. Will never visit this branch again. Prescot will be getting my custom from now on.

I never thought I could be so disappointed at the service I would receive from somewhere like a Subway. Disappointing food chicken that felt like if I dropped it, it would bounce) and poor customer service. It's a shame as the staff who used to work here were lovely, but recently there seems to be a staff change. I wish the new staff were as friendly and attentive as the previous ones. The service I received today has put .w off visiting this branch again in the future. It's ironic that it faces Whiston Hospital - the hospital food would probably be better! Go to the Prescot branch instead, friendlier staff and food which seems miles better!

Needed a quick lunch and I do like subways. The sandwich was delicious and although the girl server was polite she was on the slow side - however, she did make a yummy meat sandwich and trimmings to order.

As a family we call every Wednesday but won't be from now on, the portions have gone really cheeky now, so will get ingredients in and make our own from now on, only thing will have to research how to make the south west sauce someone's bound to have cracked it. I used to get double tuna and salad, I would eat half and have other half later on in the night, but the new portions I am still hungry after eating what little there is.

Always good for a decent sandwich if there is nothing else around and you are starving, other than that I would eat elsewhere, handy for a coffee when my Aunt was in Whiston hospital.

The food is ok from here the problem is the so called offer. Massive poster in the window claiming buy one get one free on the 6" sub, however when you get inside you find that you have to buy one 6" sub with a full price drink and then you get a 6" sub free so buying a chicken tikka sub and a full price drink at £4.09 instead of £3 on the sub deal I find I'm getting my free sub for £1.10 false advertising.

Choosing to eat in Subway isn't usually a pleasurable experience, and my visit to the newish Subway opposite Whiston Hospital was no different. I decided on Subway because there weren't many alternative places to eat and time was short.On my approach to the place I noticed there were numerous posters and ads in the windows, and once inside I queued up and waited to be served... and waited some more. It was just my poor luck to be behind some bloke who was obviously doing the work's lunchtime run, because he was ordering a load of individual sandwiches.My order was taken swiftly and then the woman making my sandwich proceeded to talk to somebody she knew waiting behind me. In fact, I had to remind my server three times what I wanted because she was so busy having a nice catch-up with her friend. Terrible customer service! I observed her using the same gloves to make a veggie roll after my meat one, too.When I got to the till, I made my order into a "meal deal" and sat down on one of the small, uncomfortable chairs. At least the air con was on because it was a hot day. My table hadn't been cleaned, I noticed. In fact, most of the unoccupied tables had litter on them and were covered in crumbs, lettuce etc. Whilst I ate I observed another member of staff go to an adjacent table, remove an empty drink container and didn't even bother to wipe the table down, which was disgusting.Apart from the terrible service, at least my 6" sandwich was tasty.

No recept for my client as I carer as no till roll food very cold chicken nuggent feel like frozen zero coke flat never again this not the first time in this Macdonald nobody can help u wait 5 min for a Manger to tell me o can't use my app as it different from collection

Food and shakes are so good! Plus the staff are really friendly and were very good with my peanut allergy. Didn't make me feel like a burden like some other places do. Will definitely be back again! Thank you :)
