McDonald's in Slough

Unbelievable. They forgot to put in fries x 2 for the 2 meals. Bizarrely the girl at the drive thru collection counter even asked whether I wanted any dips for the fries 🍟. I was not going to drive back for them, and nobody was picking up the phone. The fillet o fish looked and tasted of old fish. Rather than the lovely white fish that was before, these ones were some nasty looking brown/grey fish. Put me off for life.

I’ve visited this hotel back maybe 5 years ago thought maybe a excuse to try again during coronation weekend. The rooms are great had a fabulous view of all going on . But . The major let down of this hotel is there breakfast service . Food items cold , most of the items listed on the breakfast menu not there .. tea and coffee not served in a pot to the table . Also for gods sake don’t put the bread under the toaster twice !!

We stopped off here, at the end of a river walk, service good, staff ok, clean and tidy. If you like a McDonalds, this is one of the better ones.

New drive thru is good and inside is loads better. Staff are friendly and the lady that takes the drive thru orders is very good and very efficient.

Not great...holiday makers...twice used this branch....one takeaway was missing one big mac one double cheese.......day 2.....missing all the dips we had ordered. Very poor

After waking up with the worst hangover known to man I just wanted a watered down Pepsi to make me feel human again. Ordering on the touch screen was a delight however everything went down hill from then on. After waiting what seemed a life time for my order the chicken mayo wrap was dryer than the Sahara dessert, come to think of it the sand would have tasted better. The garlic cheese bites are something else, whoever thought that was a good idea is truly mistaken. Straight in the bin. The chips were colder than my McFlurry, which had melted by the time I received it. Absolutely awful!! I’ll be back when the next hangover needs taking care of.

Hottest day of the year and yet again the mcflurry machine and milkshake machine aren't working & this isn't the first time & as usual the food is either luke warm. Or they have forgotten something. I don't know why I bother with the Farnham road branch, useless staff led by incompetent management, that's the last time I will use mcdonald's.

very clean and sanitiser very good food had a sausage mcmeal and hubby had a bacon roll and coffee all hot and fresh

After lockdown this was our 1st eating in ,Gurbej and another lady who serve us on the floor was so good ..they both help us ..we had a good time !!

Went through drivethrough ordered food and asked 2 of the staff if I could have a squirt of the hand sanitiser, they both said no its not to give away!!!!( I only needed one squirt to clean my hands before eating) in these times of covid I think that's terrible, I was eating from there restaurant! The 3rd member of staff agreed I could have a squirt and allowed me to clean my hands before eating from there restaurant. The staff need more training on customer service...dont visit this mcdonalds

i have been going to this mcdonalds for half a year at least and every single time the apple pies burn my mouth both the outside and inside, i would NOT recommend giving these to any child. the other mcdonalds located near ashford hospital does not have overly hot apple pies it is just this slough branch

Surprised this site wasn't on Trip Advisor so I got it added. It has been here years and is both a restaurant and a drive thru. I had the Spicy Burger meal and it was very good indeed. The premium burgers are a justified step up from the standard ones. The restaurant is clean with plenty of staff around. It doesn't tend to get crowded like the High Street one and no screaming kids so that's a bonus!
