Tino's Crystal Peaks in Sheffield

The quality of coffee here was really poor and £4.50 for a coffee. I would not go again. I ordered a large flat white and it was so watery I queried whether they'd put any coffee in it.

Soy un cliente habitual aquí en Valentino’s, a veces con familiares pero sobre todo amigos. No solo es la comida excelente toda la experiencia es fantástica cada vez que voy. El personal es siempre tan encantador y educado incluso en días ocupados (que he estado y visto lo ocupado que puede ser) el personal todavía se esfuerza por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y la comida siempre es perfecta. Mi opción es el pescado con papas fritas o la papa de la chaqueta de chile. La limpieza del lugar también es una de las principales razones por las que vuelvo, de todas las cafeterías y lugares de comida en picos de cristal, esta tiene que ser la más limpia. Un gran saludo a Emily la cocinera y Tracey, la sonrisa en sus caras cuando vuelven a mirar en las mesas y escuchan los increíbles comentarios que la gente les da siempre transmiten con una sonrisa, se nota que se enorgullecen tanto de lo que hacen. Segunda vez que visitamos Tinos. Primero en pareja y luego con los nietos. Compré una tarjeta de fidelidad en la primera visita, así que ahorré más de £ 8 en la factura. El sándwich de dedos de pescado era mucho más grande de lo que esperaba, al igual que el sándwich club. Las patatas chaqueta que tenían los niños eran enormes con un montón de relleno. Lugar encantador lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio con espacio para acomodar mi silla de ruedas. Personal encantador. Regresará.

Recomiendo Tinos. El café con leche de manzana de café es delicioso, al igual que el café con leche de cereza. También vale la pena probar la limonada de frambuesa. El aguacate en tostadas de granero con huevo y pimienta negra fue increíble, el sándwich de club y las tostadas crujientes de atún fueron extremadamente buenas, y las porciones fueron más que suficientes con ensalada que acompaña a las tostadas. Chips extra en las dos tostadas y ya habíamos tenido suficiente. El personal era muy amable y muy eficiente. Nuestros saludos al equipo de Tinos, volverán pronto.

Tiene un cliente regular conociendo al rastreador del personal que le da la bienvenida de una manera agradable y todo el camino hacer una pista de vuelta en la comida. Y me presentas la tarjeta del logo.

Short staffed seriously let down what is normally a great place. Usually drop in once a month. This will be the last time. After clearing a table it was over half an hour to get 2 coffees and over an hour to get the food. At nearly £30 for an English breakfast, jacket potato and 2 coffees, it's not exactly cheap. Jacket potato was Luke warm. So disappointed. Was offered free drinks but didn't fancy waiting another half an hour.

First time i had been, I ordered fish and chips with mushy peas, and a white coffee, i was advised i would have to wait a few minutes for the fish cooking. My coffee was brought to the table, there was a dish on the table with sachets of sugar, i saw a brown sachet that looked like paper sachet saw that it had just brown in big letters written on it,as i was pouring it in my coffee it was brown sauce, who in their right mind mixes sauces with sugar and salt in one pot, ruined my coffee, after waiting 30 mins i finally had my meal brought to me after asking if it was ready yet, fish was lovely, even though it had been sat on a plate for 10 minutes which i saw myself, chips not so good and the mushy peas were not hot. Will not go again, slow service and expensive too. The girl was run off her feet trying to cope with every bodies orders.

I ordered small fish and chips. The chips were OK but the fish was flat, a cream pasty colour and was like rubber. Dont know what it tasted like as i couldn't get a knife through it. When I complained they offered to make me another but I feared it would be the same. I had sausage and egg instead but there was no offer of a refund for the price difference. Be aware there are no prices on the menu and its not cheap. I wouldn't go again.

Asked if they did Sausage, egg and chips with a slice of bread and butter. The egg was not cooked properly and was not fresh as the yolk was flat and pale. The chips were so greasy and over done. And with a drink of tea and coffee the bill for this was over £37.00 for the 2 of us. Food not good and well over priced.

I took a lady a look after with learning difficulties to tinos whilst eating her egg o toast she found a hair in her food the waitress challenge the fact the hair was red and no one in the kitchen had red hair making it uncomfortable for me and my service user I told her it wasn't her hair like she was insinuating No offer of another dish a drink r money back , when we asked for manager we was told they couldn't get into the till and basically said her staff had been asked and they said they had offered a replacement they clearly had not ! She then gave me an email address to contact head office it was all quite laughable that they were doing all this instead of just refunding the money for egg on toast ! I did send email has my lady with learning difficulties couldn't do this and was becoming quite upset by it all has all she wanted was her money back , another manger called next day saying we could return to tinos and they would replace the meal but couldn't give a refund , I told my service user who said she does not want to go which I'm.also glad about has would feel uncomfortable with the staff has quite rude ,can't believe all this performance just for finding an hair , it should have been I'm so sorry and let me replace the meal but got nothing, will not return

Wow! A great warm welcome and service was extremely friendly. Food was delicious and tasty. Next time I visit Crystal Peaks, I will be definitely paying a visit. Thank you! 😃

I took my very elderly mother and friend for lunch. Whilst the waitress was very obliging our wait was over 45 minutes for jacket potato’s and a gammon and chips. The gammon was disgusting it was dry tough and looked exactly what it was. I told the woman who was supposed to be the chef when I was paying ans there was no apology or recompense. Stay away

Charged £3.45 for a small latte coffee to take away. Called today 26th of May must be the most expensive in Crystal Peaks not to be recommended

Came here 28th April - with my friend and her daughter. We walked in to see the chef, arguing with staff - we wasn’t sure if we just sat or was to be seated - the chef looked at us and said just sit down. We sat down - and the chef basically chucked the menus down on table and said - ‘you need to move that’ - we asked what? ‘The pram, need to serve people food’ my friend replied her little girl was asleep and wasn’t blocked access - he replied but couldn’t make out what. He then walked over to a member of staff and said ‘don’t look at me like that’ while in his face. At this point me and my friend was feeling really uncomfortable but given we we on slimming world we was short of choices as we only wanted a jacket potato (since found out M&S have a cafe and do jacket potatoes) The young guy who held it together and was professional even after been publicly humiliated by said chef - came over to take our order. We asked him if he was ok, and if the person shouting was the owner - and he said no it was the chef and was leaving soon! We told him he shouldn’t have to put up with it!! 50 minutes pass and we was too worried to ask where our jacket potato’s were - so we waited to get the kind lads attention … you could cut the atmosphere with a knife felt Then we heard chef kicking off - he’d not put the it in oven - he said he’d put in microwave and be ready in 5 mins!!! I said it was fine we’d pay for drinks and leave!! Was shocked the 2x diet cola bottle was £5+ !!! Will not be returning!!! - & if the owner sees this, I would pay your chef not to come in until his notice period - as I feel you may not have any staff!!

Popped in here rather than deal with the McDonald's crowd and settled in with a fish and chips and a coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed it - more people need to know about this place. Will no doubt return next time I'm at Crystal Peaks.

Just had a lovely meal of fish and chips here first time and won't be the last when we are out this way will try the Yorkshire fishcakes next time food cooked on order friendly staff
