Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a Strawberry Acai, the lady that served me was miserable and basically said 'what do you want'. the lady making it just slapped it down without saying anything, again really miserable, the drink was terrible it was basically water with a couple of strawberries! Charging nearly a fiver! Complete joke!

Sono stato in questa caffetteria per un tè con la mia ragazza in occasione di una vacanza a Londra. Il locale si trova vicino al monumento dedicato al grande incendio della capitale inglese, non distante dalla fermata della metropolitana di Monument. L'interno è grande con un'ampia sala arredata con comodi divanetti alle pareti, tavoli rotondi e sedie. Cibi e bevande sono quelli classici della catena. Durante la permanenza è possibile usufruire del wi-fi gratuito per un'ora. I prezzi sono uguali a quelli di tutti i punti vendita d'Inghilterra.

My friend unfortunately fell and spilt her coffee but waheeda (the really friendly and helpful colleague) made another one for us. This is really kind of her thank you so much and the coffee was great too!

A small store, with modest amount of seating but well maintained and clean. Good service Great drinks

Nice one on the cor we of Gracechurch Street. Service good and place was clean. Opens early. Recommended

As you may have noticed - everyone is one (almost - I am) is on the XMAS mood (already). Went in to my local Starbucks to get a seasonal coffee (already advertised) - Eggnog Late to be told that they don't have eggnog milk in stock. (WHAT???) - Was very disappointed. What a downer on a Monday morning.

Occasionally very busy, but good attentive staff, quick service and consistent starbucks coffee: what more could you want? I typically drink skimmed milk which I prefer but some coffee lovers would criticise. This place is easy to find on the way up from Monument.

言わずと知れたコーヒーショップ。シティーど真ん中にあるためいつも人で賑わっています。味、サービスは他店と変わりなし。英国 人に言わせるとスタバのコーヒーは甘めだとか。

I have been to this Starbucks various times now and I have consistently received the same or a similar experience with staff there. It appears to be a busy shop (judging by the number of staff - seems overkill which may lead to my next comment). I literally got shouted at today as I chose some food - allegedly I HAD TO get to the till fast to please the speed of the member of staff I was to pay to. I reminded him of te virtue of patience... If visiting the area, suggest avoid and try another branch or another coffee shop.

I visited this site as I was early for a local meeting and had a medium latte with caramel and a blueberry muffin and both were OK. Limited seating with a lot of staff behind the serving area. The tables and seats were an absolute mess and at 10.00am given the amount of staff and size of the place it would take minimal time to keep it tidy and clean. I could not fault the service but the housekeeping really needs looking at.
