Mr Joes Burgers And Shakes in Blackburn with Darwen

When first open, the owners were spending more time and the food and service was best in Business... since last year new staff has come, food is just slap dash and who talk and treat customer in a very rude manner.. take it or leave attitude with a scary and threatening tone of voice (I hate it when the one with the beard at the front throws the food at you when picking up the takeaway).. I think the owners need to come back in and take control of Mr Joes Blackburn.

Ordered food for collection over the phone and firstly the person on the phone didn’t have a clue of the menu, then eventually ordered the food. Collected the food and bought it home and the whole order was wrong, cheesy chips was just chips with a tiny bit of grated cheese, Asian style pizza was a few jalapeños and bit of chicken. Asked for cheesy bites and received chicken bites instead. Rang the shop and the person on the phone was really really rude, asked for a replacement and refused to deliver and said will give free food next time and put phone down. Avoid like a plague and its disgusting disgusting disgusting. CRAP!!!!!!!!

Went to pick food up they were not very busy an had kids working serving customers, nice to see young generation working but they sure need to be trained how to speak to customers as I said can I get drinks too please he flipped and said hang on you don’t order drinks this side you order frm other till, ok dude you can say it politely dude if u can’t take the heat and the rush your in the wrong job, good job they don’t do delivery we wud be waiting hours for delivery don’t think il be going there for a while now

The cheesiest pizza in town. Consistent and perfect every time. worth every penny and the family are always left happy!

Myself and my 2 friends went here on 22/01/19. I ordered a 7” Asian style pizza and my friends ordered a 7” cheese & tomatoe pizza and a bouncy joe burger. My asian style pizza had no cheese on it and when I asked the question the staff member gave me abuse and said buy a bigger pizza, the burger was also flat with hardly any donner meat on it. My friends burger was also flat as a pancake. His customer service skills were atrocious. I visited him the week before and I ordered a garlic bread with cheese and that hardly had any cheese on either. The guy is stingy as well as ill mannered and showed a lack of respect. Never ever going back. Avoid at all costs, plenty other better choices in Blackburn.

Friend went and got some take out pizza from this place. It was really good and they said that the place itself is very clean too. Pizza and a drink was very cheap, would definitely go and get some again

The owner is rude and asked us to leave immediately after we finished our food. The white male worker who wore a silver chain is very rude and has sworn at many customers. Food is dry and not fresh. The chips are saltier than that polish worker. If you’re on that street just got to Mr Ks, much friendlier staff, better meals and cleaner.

Great top quality pizzas at amazing prices, check out the 3 x 9" pizza for £10 offer. The food is always to a good standard but sometimes be ready for a short wait as this place can get busy. The choice of burger meal options is very good and also a wide range of milkshakes are well worth a try.Give Mr Joes a try you wont be disappointed

There’s not much to say when it gets as good as it does when you talk about pizza and burgers from Mr Joes .If you are in the mood for something special on a Saturday night ( order early ) then this is the place to eat.Ques can get a bit long and at busy times if not ordered you could be waiting upwards of twenty minutes BUT it’s worth waiting for.There is a wide choice of sumptuous burgers with fillings such as onion rings , hash browns , egg , nachos , peri chicken , turkey bacon and more .Also a range of pizzas , chicken and milkshakes .Consistently good food every time which makes it a success as it is and gets 5 stars.
