The best restaurants serving American food in England

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

Phone service is run by incompetent children with no idea how to take order or payment. The constantly have shortage of items on the menu and considering they specialise in pizza burgers or hotdogs it's seems unreasonable that they consistently can't provide a full menu. Really a shame because they really do nail the food when they are on the ball. Unfortunately too many bad experiences

i had a great experience i had a lovely worker and she was so respectful the food was excellent and i was shocked at how much i got when i only ordered a small chip and was given lots

We visited this restaurant with high expectations, given the way it was marketed and the claims made by the owner. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype. The food was okay - nothing terrible, but certainly not the masterpiece it was made out to be. The biggest issue, however, was the owner. He seems to live in a bubble where he believes himself to be an incredible, well-known chef. Sadly, that’s far from the truth. Rather than focusing on delivering a great dining experience, he seems to have spent more time making it about himself than actually letting the food speak for itself. The atmosphere was also lacking. There was a definite air of discomfort, particularly for those who dared to express an honest opinion. It became clear that guests who didn’t gush over the experience were subtly (or not so subtly) made to feel unwelcome. It’s never a good sign when a restaurant cultivates an environment where only blind praise is tolerated. Overall, there are far better places to spend your time and money. If you prefer an enjoyable, relaxed dining experience with genuinely excellent food, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I went back to get a replacement meal after a previous one had the chips missing from the meal. The burger was flat and obviously rushed and the large coffee was cold and the level was a small in a large cup. I’ll be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

Lovely service, they was all kind and present to speak to, clean and tidy sitting area and all the produce was lovely and fresh, will definitely be coming again.

We aspected something more from these American fast food, the food was pretty good but not exceptional.

Nunca volveré a visitar de nuevo.¿La hamburguesa de pollo no había pedido pesto y hey presto cuando llegué a casa lo que había en la hamburguesa?Teníamos 2 hamburguesas de carne que se suponía que vendrían medianas. Estaban asados al extremo.Chips con sabor a aceite viejo.Las picaduras de pollo estaban bien.Corto y contundente.

Food was bad and there was a mouse running on the floor. The staff was rude and the whole experience was awful.

Sunday 19th January 2025 We fancied eating Sunday lunch out today so paid our first visit to the "Warehouse" on Preston farm in Stockton on tees and I'm glad we did as it was delicious! The beef was perfectly cooked and the trimmings were gorgeous! We both had a dessert too which was lovely. Staff couldn't be better, they were all so nice and attentive. The place is really quirky and we loved it! We'll definitely be back soon! (Please get lamb on the menu for Sunday's, would happily pay more to have it!) Try this place out, you'll love it x

Crap service. Allows the food to sit out waiting for delivery for 40 minutes, food was stone cold unedible. Rang the store and you get the same "ring Uber not my problem" common sense would be to ring Uber and complain your customers are recieving cold food not punish the customer. Awful

Over our last 4 visits there is always something that is not available. Last time they had no bread rolls to go with the soup. This time they have no syrup for the strawberry milkshakes . We have never had a problem finding seating space so i can only assume it is bad management which is a shame as it is lovely and clean cafe..

Mi esposa fue a comprar unas hamburguesas para el té como regalo, estando muy embarazada y comprensiblemente harta de mi premiada lasaña. Se pidió un champiñón portobello y notó que la orden decía "hamburguesa de frijoles". Ella señaló esto y le dijeron que estaba "bien, solo dice eso en la caja". Llegué a casa, ¿adivina qué? Es una hamburguesa de frijoles. Buen trabajo chicos - esfuércense más, ¿sí? Actualizar mientras escribe: Su hija encontró un golpe de pelo en su hamburguesa de pollo. Burg - pelo más parecido. Inútil.

The chicken is good and the staff are friendly but the chips are way too salty. Like eating a bag of salt would taste less salty than their chips.
