The best restaurants serving American food in England

We ordered a couple of kids meas, burger and Mac and cheese. After approx 15 mins wait collected to find Mac and cheese cold I returned it and waited for the new one , whilst other food went cold Wish I had asked for refund , Mac and cheese was watery and bland, The fries too salty. Will not be returning and not recommend

I made an order on Deliveroo and it took 1hr 50mins to arrive. Once it did arrive the protein shake I ordered had spilt over in the bag and was everywhere, it leaked into the crepe that we ordered. There was. 1/4 of a cup left of the shake. The crepe was like cardboard, the sauce was just brown water with vinegary taste. Did not look as it was advertised and was missing chocolate cake. Very poor. Will never order from here again. Waste of money.

La comida era increíble y el servicio fue uno de los mejores que he experimentado en un restaurante! Naman era nuestro camarero y se aseguró de que tuvimos una gran experiencia. Yo diría que las porciones eran un poco pequeñas para los precios, pero eso no me detendría de venir aquí de nuevo. Sin duda recomendaría venir aquí.

We went through drive through and ordered a family bucket, and as you do on when ordering your food through a drive through you take it home we got home and there was no popcorn chicken, so we called yourselves there was no answer to we went back to store to get the large popcorn chicken we paid for but you refused to give us the item we paid for and said we should of said when at the drive through, it was your mess up on Christmas Eve, as a previous employee of yourselves just at another store it is clear to see operations are not being run correctly by missing items out of big orders and then refusing to fix the mistake you made.

This place has a great atmosphere and the BBQ is very decent for London (only Bodeans is better). Staff was very friendly but restaurant always seems very quiet which is a shame. The BBQ pork sandwiches are amazing!

All burgers available as Vegan, Veggie and meaty? I didn’t believe it could be done but my vegan Rueben was stunning. It took me ages to decide and we had the poor barman running backwards and forwards to the kitchen to keep checking if things were really vegan and yep! most things were. Great place, even on a quiet afternoon they did themselves proud.

Serious bug infestation at the Lakeside branch, small flies crawling all over the counters, lights, cups and food. The counter above the coffee machine was covered in them 🤢

My family and I went to this burger joint (now rebranded The Confessional) for lunch today. Being a vegetarian for 29 years, I ordered a mushroom halloumi burger and my daughter ordered a chicken burger. The idiotic server brought the order unlabelled and in the wrong order, leading to me eating three bites of CHICKEN before realising it wasn’t grilled halloumi. I am absolutely disgusted and furious and I will never EVER return. I will be making sure my family and friends won’t be coming either. Appalling service in every way.

Bought some cinnamon and sugar bites, total rip off!!! For £6.95, complete thievery. Mr Pretzels you should be ashamed of yourselves as a company, ripping off children.! Your portions are too small! Do something about it

It was a quiet Sunday and we needed to grab something easy before going to the cinema. I was feeling pretty greedy and chose the Katsu Chicken Rice Box and the cheesy fries. I have to admit I was surprised. I was not expecting such good quality. It came out really quick and tasted great. However, be warned there is only a small amount of seating inside. I'm definitely, 100% going back for more. It was very, very good.

Picked up two drinks to take away One chai latte and one cappuccino Both beige, no froth, no chocolate or cinnamon- absolutely revolting and undrinkable!!!

Wouldn't recommend going to Starburger, staff are rude, aggressive, verbally violent. Overpriced, dirty tables, poor customer service

Pedí una pizza Full Works que llegó sin la salchicha italiana. Llamaron a la tienda para avisar y entregaron otra pizza gratis con la salchicha. Gran servicio!

We'd read the mixed (mainly bad reviews!) before camping at next-door Primrose Fields and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The family that ran the pub were lovely; warm, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. It was a super hot day and I didn't fancy a hot meal which is all they had on the menu - so I asked if there was any chance of a sandwich - no fuss, no bother - I wasn't made to feel difficult at all! Sandwich was big and delish; tuna crunch with salad on fresh tiger bloom and a side of tasty chips. The rest of our party had a mix of burgers, scampi, more sandwiches (I set a trend!), all of which were very well received. Not a morsel left. After lunch, I went to see if they might have any ice creams, and very kindly, they sold us six cornettos which were evidently from their family supply - I was really impressed with their above and beyond attitude. In addition, the pub garden is lovely; big mature trees, a wildlife pond, big lawn with sun and shade seating options, mini play park for the kids - all set way back from the road so you really feel you're in the middle of the country. All in all, it felt more like going to someone's house than a pub which I really liked. Would definitely recommend to any campers or passers by.
