We ordered a couple of kids meas, burger and Mac and cheese. After approx 15 mins wait collected to find Mac and cheese cold I returned it and waited for the new one , whilst other food went cold Wish I had asked for refund , Mac and cheese was watery and bland, The fries too salty. Will not be returning and not recommend

I've wanted to come here for a couple of years but never got around to it until today. We looked at the meal deal. We ordered hot dogs, chips and onion rings, only to be told the onion rings aren't in the meal deal. We changed it to the deep fried potato balls. It wasn't particularly busy, but we seemed to wait ages. The hot dog was smaller then expected and come with onions. I asked for chilli, that was extra. The chips weren't particularly nice and were cold. It seems everything is a headline price to get you in and then extras costs.

The food is a cheap cheerful version of state side favourite’s including Cheese Steaks and Chicken wings, I had the small cheese steak with American singles and a portion of fried buffalo wings… An enjoyable meal not the best i’ve tried, I’d recommend for people who want to try these classics.

The cheesesteaks here are BRILLIANT. The closest thing I’ve tasted to the real thing, and with the provolone cheese it really was delicious. The fries were also some of the best fries I’ve ever had. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the waiting time was a bit long (we had a booking for the batting cage and we’re cut really tight for time despite leaving about 45 minutes for ordering and eating, which we thought would be plenty as it’s only a little food booth in Westfield). I would say the prices are a little steep too for a food court eatery. Two cheese steaks, one fries, a root beer and a water came to £32.

Ordered chicken wings, celery and blue cheese. Really tasty. In fact the best since my Canadian graduate student days when I lived just across the border from Buffalo. Mind you in the 1980s the wings were bigger and only cost 10 cents each. But the flavour here was spot on and brought all my great food memories back. The beer was good as well!

I wasted over 20£ on two hotdog and chips in this place and the food and service was terrible. If they had charged me 3/4£ for the hotdog and chips I wouldn’t have complained because it would have still been bad but at least it was cheap - we waited for ages and people who ordered after us got their orders first. The whole thing but mostly the food was just so so so disappointing - def. won’t be going back and do not recommend it as there are loads of other places nearby that I’ve great food for similar prices, if not a bit cheaper.

I've tried most of the eateries in Westfield and I can't say I'm too impressed with Passyunk despite having wanted to try it for a while. Firstly, it was not particularly clear where to order as there was no one behind the till and the kitchen did not look busy. I had to ask before someone took my order. I ordered a kids meal nac n cheese and a meal deal half cheesesteak. There was no bottled water to be had, no drink came with the kids meal and the orange juice came out of a carton. The food was ready pretty quickly but I was absolutely shocked when I saw the kids meal. It was literally just a bowl of mac n cheese it looked like a side serving rather than a kids meal. The pasta was greasy and the cheese was only on the bottom. We asked for a refund The cheesesteake was nothing to write home about and the chips were cold. My experience at Passyunk Ave was poor and I would certainly not recommend especially when there is so much choice at Westfield. The company should definitely re-think their Kids meals as their offering is a actual joke!

Let me begin and say that Passyunk Avenue Cleveland street is a 5* everyday of the week! I thought as I was in the area I’d try possibly my favourite restaurant to eat and as it’s a branch of the main site I thought it would be great. Sadly not now the site is sold as an “authentic Philadelphia” place but the guy serving me had a Toronto Blue Jays cap on, we jested for a bit and it was clear to see Philly wasn’t his strong point. But that’s okay I wouldn’t expect everyone to love Philly like we do. Food… buffalo wings; the same as the main site good flavour, nice crisp finish 5* Classic cheesesteak; dry bread, like warm and just not the Philly feel we’re used to 2* Unfortunately the Cleveland street site has got the vibe of Philly the staff who love the city and the sports and this site is just a quick place to stop for food. Don’t let it stop you going to Cleveland street site. Sorry to say guys overall 3*

As a US citizen, I was really excited about going here. Unfortunately, it was not up to the standard of any Philly Cheesesteak I've had. My main issues were: - The bread was cold: It's meant to be on oven-warmed bread- The steak seemed unseasoned and not in any sauce- A huge over-reliance on Cheese-Wiz (which may be American, but it's not OK. Good places in Philly use 2-3 types of real cheese per hoagie).- Salad. Some slices of tomato and a few chunks of iceberg are hardly going to add nutritional value, and it seemed like they were tossed in there to take up space. - The wings were forgettable. - The mozzarella sticks were plump which was nice, but didn't really taste of anything and weren't goey- The Mac N Cheese had bacon sprinkles but more over-reliance on Cheese-Wiz, with a meagre dusting of parmesan on top. - The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. My advice is to streamline the menu and do fewer things, but better. I am glad I didn't order loaded fries as they looked like fries smothered with Cheese-Wiz. We won't be going back which is really disappointing, as London does really need a good Philly Cheesesteak place.

One more time I will keep it short as there is not much to say about this place. I ordered two baguette full size, a Roast Pork and a South Phily Style Chicken Parm and both were tasteless and looking disgusting. Starting with the bread, probably from frozen, and ending with the filling everything was bad and at £10 each, clearly overpriced. Personally i would never recommend this place.

I used to eat at the food truck regularly when it was at Ropemaker place and loved them, also tried the Cleveland Street place...However this one is dire. The steak is chewy and of dubious quality. There is little to no filling in the bread compared to what i have eaten previously. For the chips they put all the seasoning under them (see photo). It’s expensive and really really not worth it. Such a shame.

Visited for what promised to be a decent looking meal. Unfortunately our Phili cheesesteaks were nothing more than a soft roll topped (not filled) with a nominal amount of mixture, which was inconsistent as mine was too salty and my wife’s was saltless. And the extra you pay for what seems to be a tiny amount of tomato salad is not worth it.

So let’s get the little things that don’t really matter out the way first. The server is a person of very few words, but polite enough. The serving area is just not customer orientated and they should provide a money for people to look at which does it impede the que to order food! But these things are minor and should take away from the food.... well at least that’s what I initially thought. I can only speak on what I had but the JUMBO WINGS are no where near jumbo. They are just the same chicken wing size you can get from Sams or PFC. Not sure they marinated these but basically the outside was the only things that tasted of the sauce. There was some cheese sauce with celery which I was put of because of the bland chicken. Having travelled to the USA many times I believe I know what jumbo wings are and what they should taste like.

Today I bought classic cheesesteak and I feel disappointed. The food was disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I couldn’t finish it because it wouldn’t pass down my throat easily. The steak was horrible as it seem/tasted expired and the cheese gave me a bellyache (not lactose intolerant). This place really ain’t it and it makes sense that no customers is on sight. I’m from Pittsburgh - the other major city in Pennsylvania, 300 miles west of Philly. I’ve had my fair share of cheesesteaks in life and since moving to the UK. This is a slice of home. The cheese (wiz) is perfect, the steak is soft and full of flavour, the cheese fries have runny cheese and not the sticky, hardened block that congeals them into one massive french fry.

Couple weeks later I was walking through Westfield Stratford on my lunch break and came across Passyunk Avenue there. They answered my prayers! Wasn’t exactly bursting with flavour, more of a soft bolognaise without tomatoes and herbs. The two staff taking orders were bickering over something. Because of this the whole process of how and when was somewhat lost on me, and the customer in front for that matter. All added up to the conclusion it could have been better.
