Starbucks upperton road in Leicester

Picked up two drinks to take away One chai latte and one cappuccino Both beige, no froth, no chocolate or cinnamon- absolutely revolting and undrinkable!!!

After spending the last week in hospital with Covid and isolating feeling really awful, I order Starbucks most days, I just want to say how lovely the staff are and Uber eats go out of their way to be so helpful. One lady has left handwritten notes on my order, such a kind gesture, I hope she reads this as it really has made me smile even when I feel terrible ❤️❤️

Went in Saturday lunchtime, no food available apart from cakes. No sandwiches, paninis or anything like that, shelf completely bare. Wasted journey, won't bother going here again.

Everytime we order cream frappucinos we get coffee. Every single time. It isn't that hard to read. I get people have just gone back to work. But to mess up everytime is mental.

It’s just a short walk from where I live in the West End of Leicester, UK. Always had good, reliable service. Love the industrial look interior design, lively, and great to sit with my laptop and journals. Really good coffee.

Just been in again. First time in over a year. The staff were too busy chatting to their friends. The tables were not cleared or cleaned. The place was filthy

What a nice, pleasnt and clean place to visit. Staff are very welcoming. In fact all my children have got to know the staff within a very short period of time. Whenever we go we are welcomed by Nisha who always tries her best to accommodate us. Ollie is such a gentlemen who always helps and the same can be said for Abdullah. Keep up the good work guys!

We live nearby and have used the place since it opened. However since Christmas we have noticed the place has changed. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The place is usually a mess with tables not cleared or cleaned, even when it's not busy. The last couple of times we went we were served takeaway cups and we think that was to cut down on washing up as other people have said they regularly get served takeaway cups at the end of the day. The staff don't smile or say please or thank you. Who manages this place and who actually monitors the staff. We won't be going hear again

So good good staff owner clean and tidy a nice relaxing shop to sit and chat with friends and family and a shop in Lidl next door after

Stopped off today for a coffee with a friend. Been by many times but never chose to pay a visit. Went in and we were the only people in line, with a few tables that had already been seated. We must have mulled around waiting to be served for at least 4-6 minutes while the two members of staff milled around and completely ignored us stood right next to the tills. When the lady did ask what we'd like, it was robotic, no hello or greeting, no smile, in fact, no pleasantries whatsoever. Just a cold, unwelcoming visit and £6.80 spent for the privilege. Come in Starbucks, it's not that hard to get it right. Start with hiring staff that actually want to be there, rather than the dull student types that really don't give a damn.

I came here to study a lot, out of convenience, and was really impressed with how nice the facility was. If you're in the area I really recommend this location. The employees are really sweet and helpful!

I visited this store and left with such a smile. I was in a rush as I had to be down the road for work and needed a quick bite and drink. A young lady, I assume who is a university student served me. It was early in the morning and she had been busy tidying and sorting things as I was in the queue. She served me and was so pleasant. She asked how my day was and was so sweet. I was having a terrible week and her politeness and charisma really lifted my day. I believe her name was Tiff. She was wonderful and recommend this store to everyone based on her service!

Love this Starbucks, great place to do a Aldi shop and come for a coffee, just be aware there is a parking restriction of 90 mins so do be cautious otherwise your in for a hefty fine. The place is clean, staff are lovely and very baby friendly!

So we've never really used this area until this Starbucks popped up n boy oh boy was we happy such a chilled places to go grab a coffee relax or catch up on work with there free WiFi we've had birthday afternoon teas here to for my daughter's 16th and they were so helpful ..I've never come across a rude staff member at all so can't believe the review were they say so !!! Chet the manager is the nicest guy he's helped us with charity work and helped raise money nothing is ever to much for these guys seriously ... now back to the coffee lol decent prices coffee is just the best and always deals here there and everywhere me n mine love this plz 38 37 16 and 9 don't believe the bad reviews they can't be drinking at the same place I have plenty pics of this unique cafe but can't but them on without people's permission go and grab a coffee I'm sure you won't be disappointed

My wife and I stopped over for a Sunday morning coffee break at Starbucks Upperton Road Leicester 10th June2018. We pulled up and walked towards the entrance door which was still locked at 09:03, opening time is 09:00 am. No problem there. My issue was with the attitude of the young girl that came over to open the door. She simply unlocked it looked at us and walked away. We were the first customers of the morning. A simple good morning and opening of the door with a welcoming smile would have made a world of difference to our chill out time as we sipped our coffees. Politeness and manners cost nothing. As a constant Starbucks customer we are normally welcomed with friendly service, but not this time. Best of all you have a welcome hello sign outside.

A pretty standard Starbucks. There are a few comfy seats, but due to its location is often too busy to get one. Avoid on leicester football match days.
