KFC in Great Yarmouth

Visited with a friend and was disappointed as the chips were soggy and my bread on my fillet burger was stale, couldn’t say if this was normal for this branch as i was on holiday and first time i’d visited. I’ve been in a lot better KFC’s up in Yorkshire.

Such a shame the quality has slipped. Not up to KFC franchise standard chicken coating which was literally tasteless and not cooked fully. Fries were soggy. Not nice. None of the staff were wearing masks either. High Street, Gorleston branch

Chips where soggy, very brown and just plain aweful . Chicken, which should be what they specialise in was tough. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Considering this place only cooks chicken and chips.... It's piss poor that they can't get that right. STAY AWAY

After over a year of not eaten k.f.c. I went today.The staff were very polite. The food came very quick and tasted amazing. Very fresh and succulent. Keep up the good work.Very clean and hygieneic.

This place needs to be shutdown it’s rotten cockroaches running wild the toilet look like they have never been cleaned and the stuff looked like they need a good wash themselves, wouldn’t be surprised if anyone have died for contamination,

Ordered three meals through the Deliveroo app. We recieved the order in good time. Opened up the bags that were sealed, to find that we were missing a Fillet Burger. Contacted the store straight away to query, and they offered me the Burger for when I go to the restaurant next (I have to take the order number and receipt to the store). This was very unacceptable and we shouldn't make a 4 mile journey, at a later date, for a Fillet Burger because of their mistake.

Appalling. Rude northern girl behind the counter, sneery and belittling. No idea of customer service and no interest either. Walked out

Popped in for an early tea ,a lovely lady called angela couldn't have done enough for us even after my daughter in law spilt ice everywhere, shes a credit to your shop thankyou angela

Our bucket of chicken contained more than 50% chicken legs, which are much smaller than other pieces. Also, we got takeaway but they rang it up as eat out to help out. We clarified that it's takeaway but they insisted. It might sound silly but it bothers me that they're ripping off the chancellor. We'll all have to foot the bill for that eventually.

went to KFC to get a bargain bucket only to be told you have to order via the app ??? seriously !!! so grudgingly went home and ordered from just eat had to pay an extra £2.50 . when i finally got it the chicken was greasy and basically bloody horrible. Its a waste of time taking it back as i paid for delivery. never again will i use this branch.

Bin into this kfc before,had poor experience so think give it another try.chicken better but chips still poor.service ok for kfc.

After going to the theater wife and I wanted quick tea.went into kfc gorleston . Just. Wish went home.staff disappeared out back, the person who served mead just swept floor no hand wash. Food chips cool not hot, chicken dowe under cooked so we do not eat it.will I go in there again not n your life.

Good lunch as always, never fails to disappoint. Always cooked lovely and friendly staff. I don’t have it that often but when I do it tastes good.

Stopped to get a quick take away service slow food medium hot What more is there to say. Would not go back unless again needed quick food

We went to this KFC on a Saturday evening, after a long afternoon on the beach. The service was quick and kind. Our served asked if we didnt mind waiting a bit meaning we can get fresher chips. The food was really good, and the family bucket is a very good value for money.

KFCs and can be very hit and miss , this one happens to be pretty good . Can get busy but never a long wait . Food is Pretty good but do check your order is correct !

Just gone in KFC gt yarmouth toilets absoutely stunk and that was before i even got in to the actual toilet. Staff unhelpful about situation never go in there again.

Have eaten here a lot of times with friends family or solo it can get very busy around half 4 onwards so expect a wait Have on occasions when placed big orders have had to go back to the shop as they've either forgotten a good item or got the order wrong

Called in here for a Maltesar Crushem. Used the automated screen to order, which worked well. Have never been here when someone wasn't cleaning - very impressive. Staff always friendly and helpful. No complaints.

A small outlet in the high street with a sit down area and high stools and shelf in the window. Usual food but always clean when I've visited.

When they are good they are good and this one is very good. The staff have been trained properly and the food was hot and spot on unlike some I have visited. Well done!

Today I had KFC (the big daddy box meal) Can’t complain at all, I had it to takeaway but everything was in the box taste good as well nothing wrong couldn’t fault it tbh and that’s me being honest. 10/10 would I go back yes

Came here and had some of the best cooked chicken have eaten in a KFC.Decor needs a bit of a sort out but the staff were friendly and efficient.

Came in and got takeaway all items where wrong and not right to far to travel back also man out side asking for money or a burger not sure I’d go here again

Clean, tidy, friendly staff. The chicken was piping hot. But not the best KFC I have ever tasted...if you wanted to you can walk out and sit in a nice shady park not 50 yards from their door.

on behalf of Gorleston KFC me and friends came to get a mini fillet when we were steamin after sinking a few pints at the mariners, for a very busy que the staff dealt with a lot of impatient customers, someone called Trafford served with a smile and even made sure our table was clean in the heat of it all. The food is rank and undercooked most of the time, don't wast your money as most of the time you get a return ticket instead of oneway.

Pésimo servicio. El personal era lento y desagradable. Visitaremos Yarmouth cada año y KFC es un raro/cambio. Tomó años para personal para hacer el pedido y la comida estaba fría cuando llegamos, así que tuvimos que volver a fin de conseguir comida "fresco" preparado como unidad de sustitución. Esta es la experiencia de Marine Parade estamos destacando. Otros Kfc son generalmente normal pero es pobre

I do enjoy a KFC now and again so tried the Gorleston one. Very average, bit scruffy and the staff are terrible - looked as if they had just got out of bed, couldn't care less attitude and a bit dumb!

It's KFC it doesn't get better or worse than that it's chicken it tastes like any other KFC, quick service

Decidimos comer aquí. No es accesible para los aquellos que encontrar pasos difíciles pero sólo 3. Pequeño restaurante con asientos diminuta poco poco, pero lo que un buen servicio que recibimos. Pedir comida tomó con rapidez y eficiencia, nos preguntaron si queríamos hielo en las bebidas, lo que me sorprendió, tiendas de comida más rápida poner tanto de todos modos como un MacDonald's! Muy bien pensados. Patatas fritas caliente y una buena degustación de KFC! Educado hoy chico amable joven de turno.

Lovely little restaurant but big on taste a few tables staff very helpful and friendly food nice and fresh and hot.kids and adults will enjoy.

La sección llevar estaba cerrado, así que tuvimos que utilizar la parte donde la gente permitió en 'Uso. Tratando de pararse y esperar la orden de gente comiendo alrededor de nosotros, era incómodo. Estábamos allí a las 7.30pm y parecía el más pequeño de los trozos de pollo estaban siendo servidos para llevar a los clientes. Nuestro pedido estaba equivocada, así que tuvimos que esperar mientras que se puso a la derecha y luego nuestros otros pollo estaba tibia. No volvería.

Came in Sunday 21august and was served by a young boy with glasses on thought it was very funny that he couldn't get my order right and when he did as it was take away got it all wrong zinger meals were all the same no beans ? Chips were disgusting over cooked drinks fanta and Pepsi both flat 28 pound for a load of rubbish and you never gave me a receipt I know now,, will never enter this KFC again be warned,

Best KFC I've been in!!! Staff smiling! Staff well organised etc.The kitchen was small but the staff had it organised!! The sitting area is also small! Food hot and quick service !!well done to all! I'll be back!!

As I had a little time spare before catching a bus I decided to have a KFC and sat in. The service was no problem but the food disappointing with barely warm fries. The place to was uncared for the bin overflowing making it difficult to place waste material in; yet I was the only customer so staff surely had time to clean up a bit.

I really like kfc because of the fantastic food they prepare for the customers ! I would definitely recommend this fast food place because it is not greasy and the prices are reasonable

The staff are friendly, the chicken is delicious and prices fair, eat in or take away. Great for families.

Extremely helpful and courteous. My granddaughter wanted a milkshake but they don't do them so the assistant made her one up using strawberry syrup, ice cream etc. Turned out perfect too!

Visited here whilst on holiday usually really enjoy a kfc however the service was not on par with what i would expect. After informing the staff that the fizzy pop was flat they started whispering amongst themselves then told me it was sorted, however it wasn't. I was then told that the pop was flat the day before but i was not offered an alternative drink. Very disappointing!!

Situated since the 1970s on the High street the local KFC offers the usual fare delivered. Nothing special, just the usual.

We ordered our food to eat in and we were told we would receive a 5 minute wait for our food which was fine, we waited 10 minutes still no sign of our food so I went up and waited to be served for another 5 minutes and when I told the staff about how long we have waited they didn't seem bothered and instead argued about who's was to blame at this point I realised our food had been bagged to go and was sitting on the side getting cold (they didn't call out our order anyway) when I finally got the food they forgot a drink so when I asked for it she just sighed at me and we got no apologies at all and they gave our order to the wrong people so they clearly didn't listen to me or them as our orders where completely different however the food itself was average but the biggest problem was customer service it was appalling almost like they didn't want to be there as they weren't even communicating to each other when taking orders. Overall very very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It was great and the fastest I have ever been served and received our food in KFC, got it as take out but restaurant was super busy and super clean, with clearly hard working staff

I visited at about 4 pm on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was quiet and there were loads of staff on duty. This meant all the tables were clean and tidy and I was served straight away by friendly and helpful staff.The meal itself was nice and great value for money, my only gripe being that it wasn't very hot.

Good value - reliable menu - convenient in town centre. Sat near the window ,,, it overlooked the Big Issue seller. Christmas lights look good (October !)

If you can't make up your mind what you fancy, KFC is always a good option for adults and children alike. The Gorleston High Street branch is always clean and friendly and inevitably come up with the goods, without too long a wait!

A typical KFC outlet, just like any other around the country. If you want fast food that is filling and low-priced (and don't mind eating off a plastic tray, out of disposable packets, with your fingers) this is ideal.

Fantastic food, friendly staff! Like going in out of peak-times as it is quite a small restaurant and can get quite crowded, but it's great!

We visit Yarmouth every year, and it is tradition to visit the KFC situated in the arcade on the seafront. We have never had a bad visit to this restaurant - the food is great value for money and the staff always very friendly. We have visited many KFCs over the years but this is easily the best!!

Frequenting this small but pleasant KFC far too often now. LOve KFC and this place always seems to be one of the best in the area. All the usual delights and calories to work off as well. A well deserved heart attack waiting to happen if I blow any more of my wages in here, oh well, might as well die happy!
