Brought the wicked variety bucket. Worst decision ever!!! The coating on the chicken was overdone….how I don’t know as allegedly it’s timed!!! The chicken was overly greasy and somehow little bits of some of the cuts were raw/undercooked. This is truly the worst KFC I have had anywhere in the world. Will not be going back to this particular KFC ever again

Visited for the first time and was met with a sign on the door that stated staff shortages so Drive Thru only. Cars were queuing around the block so didn’t bother. Unemployment is one of the highest in Grimsby so not having enough staff to work in a KFC is poor management and like the one in Cleethorpes , will not last long at this rate.

Called today for a very easy order of kfc. I asked for three pieces of white meat and chips, as simple as that. I received a wing , thought it was a sparrows wing a leg and a small piece hit meat. I went round again and complained to the server who called a young man to sort it out. He was not trained in customer service as he went on the defensive straight away and turned a a simple situation into major conflict. He decided it was all my fault as I should have accepted what I was given and told me they only get so many pieces of each part and I couldn't have what I ordered. If I go to a restaurant and order soup I don't expect to get a prawn cocktail . What a jobsworth I won't be going back to kfc with this attitude rife in many outlets. I left with my money back and no kfc or an apology.

Had some food ordered from here and yet again we had food missing this has happened several times now so won’t be ordering again as the staff are incompetent and unable to put an order together correctly.

Terrible service, getting home to find we don't have the full order, hair in the food and it's cold. We will not use this kfc again!

I've been to kfc a few times here meals are excellent always quick and really really lovely done very excellent meals they are slightly pricey but they are better quality and quantity their chicken burgers are to die for excellent I had their pop corn chicken last time and it was delicious. Staff outstanding very very quick service. I come here rather then Burger King or McDonald's I perfere KFC. Drive through order is so good and very quick to staff always very polite and work hard very lovely to hear them with manners have a good day lovely to hear they have great manners and just great service. 5 stars

Went to pick up a KFC ordered to meal and upgrade to large for both and got warm flat Pepsi (no ice) and 10 chips each (pictures included). They know what they are doing, big companies ripping off those who keep them rich, Especially during covid Sickening... Manager should be held responsible, and pay me my money back

Having had home cooking during lockdown everyone was ready for a takeaway. We tried to get a drive through but were told it was delivery only. Considering we live only half a mile away we thought, well, OK. So went home and ordered the meal. Firstly, the prices are increased through the delivery service. Secondly, when we put our address in it told us we were too far away so would be charged extra for delivery! So half a mile is too far? They also wanted to charge a £2.50 service charge. Price hike for takeaway, £2.50 charge and £3.99 delivery. Obviously we didn't order. I put feedback on the app only to be emailed by someone from KFC completely missing the point and telling me they don't deliver if you live too far away. Complete rip off and especially at a time when money is tight. Sort it out KFC.

Stopped to pick up a KFC to take back to the hotel we were staying at. We ordered and had to wait while they cooked some of it fresh, which was good as it was still nice and hot when we got it back. The food was good and although we didn’t use the dine in area, they were giving it a good clean in the closed off section Usual KFC food, would visit again

Visited for a quick bite to Eaton way to work. Friendly staff, nice food, clean restaurant. Keep it up 💚

Thought we would have a Friday tea. Wish we had got our Grandson to cook tea (5 months old) The chips were barley cooked the chicken pieces were dripping with grease with a soggy coating. My wife and I are back home feeling rather unwell and so disappointed

Decided to eat locally, instead of the hotel. Used the drive through. Had to ask for mayo etc. Chicken was okish, however, have had better elsewhere. It felt a bit dry. Disappointed really, especially as they had no coffee either. Apparently the machine was broken.

we always use this kfc because it's easy to park,always clean,always hot food and the staff are friendly,all boxes ticked,why use anywhere else.

Great staff speedy service superb food, chicken cooked fresh, everything was nice and hot. And juicy. The gravy is alway thick and tasty. The best fast food restraint around

Very clean happy place with staff ready to serve you. Lots of choices at a reasonable price, it’s always a good place to stop on the way home after a day out.

A good KFC with friendly efficient staff, who were very helpful. The chicken was fresh and hot and the restaurant was very clean. Will visit again.

After a long drive back from Leeds today, we decided on a kfc for tea. Bargain bucket and 2 double down’s. It’s not rocket science. We gets home, we’ve got the bargain bucket and 1 double down. Suggest you teach your staff how to count.

We only have KFC a couple of times a year, and it is generally quick, acceptable food that we have when we are in the mood for it. The Christmas triple bucket that we opted for this time is huge. Three of us couldn't finish it and that's not bad value for under £20. Served with a smile and served quickly so no complaints there.

Este lugar es horrible. Tan sucia. Creo que el paseo en coche por es la única opción. Dentro había una cuchara quemada que uso los drogatas establecidos bajo una mesa. ¿Qué es esto. Nunca a visitarlo. Solucionar el kfc, los negocios, el cambio descuidado o cerrar.

Hemos estado comiendo aquí durante varios años, 2 ó 3 veces al año. Tengo que decir que no siempre ha sido algo bastante justo, pero nos encanta KFC. También tengo que decir que algunos cambios que han tenido lugar fantástico o simplemente un nuevo equipo a bordo. La comida era perfecta para decir lo menos. Tengo que decir que no tienen para complementar el gerente de equipo líder, él parecía sorprendida por él, pero donde los créditos debidos.

KFC grimsby - hacer que Estados Unidos quiere VISITAR. Me temo que el KFC se cierran un día y nadie le sorprenderán. Es el mismo servicio, comida, personal "no quieren estar allí actitud". Me encanta el sabor pero desean hacer promoción de artículos o algo para atraer a la tienda.

Este restaurante nunca realmente le permite bajar. Recibes un tiempo donde su promedio u otras veces es un poco mejor.

Havent been in a while, thought I'd check back to see if service and food had dropped off now they've been open a while, NO CHANCE still great food and great staff my number one fast food stop in Grimsby nowx

Ha sido 6 años desde que mi esposa y yo última visita KFC después de una desafortunada experiencia en la rama de Cleethorpeks. Servicio rápido en un restaurante limpio. Pollo era excelente quizás las patatas fritas podrían haber sido un poco más caliente ... no impidió que comer y disfrutar sin embargo ellos. Tras un largo Gap tengo que decir que el personal y la comida restaurado mi fe en Kentucky Fried Chicken. En principio íbamos a McD así que estoy contento nos KFC otra oportunidad. Creo que no sería 6 años antes de visitar otra vez!!

Nice food. Quickly made. What i would expect from kfc. The tables were clean and staff friendly. Just a normal service from a normal kfc. Nothing was more than normal. Would visit again if in the area.

Don't visit very often but the family bucket always goes down well in our house. Always clean and tidy. Good example of how a fast food place should be.

Situated next door to Mcdonalds on the outskirts of Grimsby on the end of the A180. As you would expect a chicken based Menu with prices to suit all budgets and you know what you are eating... Freshly cooked and hot.. I would recommend the Boneless Banquet every time....Tuck In

Just what I needed, it may look small but it is very filling and extremely tasty. I have found my new favourite meal.

Visited for lunch today, haven't been to a kfc in 15 yrs after a bad visit with undercooked chicken (NOT IN THIS RESTAURANT) really fancied the burrito it is gorgeous, quick service super clean restaurant, lovely food, great staff, hubby managed to knock over his coffee n it was mopped up straight away n he was given another one free of charge by the lovely Shaun. Can I give it 6 stars, will be back!

What a great place for a quick, tasty meal and pleasant service. Reasonable priced and presented very well.Staff was efficient and helpful, I will return with friends and family. Many thanks to all.

Great service, very helpful choosing the right meal order for myself and mum. Not so expensive, the food was lovely and hot , tasty and great fun eating with our fingers . Coffee was ok . I left KF C with the thought of returning with a few friends after a night out.

Nicest KFC restaurant i have been to. Nicely decorated and laid out, Clean and tidy too. I ordered a fillet tower burger meal and they then asked if i wasnt to upgrade that to a fully loaded whick included a side and a piece of chicken, greedy of me i know but as i was going to order a side anyway this saved me money. Brilliant service, food and atmosphere, i like this one.

The staff are really friendly here and the food is always great , we often call in or use the drive through and we are always served with a smile.

Although it was some time ago that we ate here, i was speaking to friends who had a terrible experience here, so thought id share my own with you.Had the misfortune to visit this place which is situated at the Roundabout along with McDonalds (Actually wish we'd gone there now) when visiting Grimsby shopping. The place was empty and our order was taken speedily. However, on receiving our order, what was actually on the tray did not resemble the pictures that advertise their food. Indeed, the Large portions of fries did not even come up past the lip in the fries box, when pointing this out to the girl who served us, she said that it was a large portion size. The "manager" who was shabbily dressed in dirty jeans and shirt that was half tucked in and half tucked out confirmed that they were a large portion. When i pointed to the advertising board showing a bulging box of large fries, he said that it was only for display purposes (What a joke) and that they wouldnt add any more.The chicken was dry and overcooked and the gravy was not KFC gravy but some poor substitute.All in all, we wont be visiting this particular KFC again and now use the one in Cleethorpes which has great staff and great food. The franchisee needs a serious word with his manager and staff about customer relations! I did write a letter of complaint to KFC who apologised and apologised and said they would have the area manager look into it. They did offer us a voucher as compensation.AVOID GRIMSBY.....TRY CLEETHORPES INSTEAD
