Disappointing experience and far from value for money. When you buy a Combo Dish with a sausage, you donāt expect to ask the waiter why youāre sharing the sausage with another customer. Portion sizes are below par for the novelty expense. Ā£34 for a measly portion of two meatless ribs, half a sausage (a month ago they served a full sausage), pickles are a couple of slices and the brisket and pork are an airy heap. The brisket was the only nice thing on the plate. The staff member serving us agreed with the portion and price issue and itās a regular complaint they said - the owner either had to put prices up or reduce quantities recently. Iād prefer the menu be honest.

Annoyingly Nandoās was full so we ended up going next door for the worst dining experience ever. Warned as we arrived that they didnāt have much food in stockā¦ but that was ok, we just wanted burger and chips, which they had. When ordering on the app, (as no one came to our table after we were sat down) I forgot to make it ātwoā child meals. I went to the till straight away to explain, but was greeted with a real attitude of āIām not interested in helping youā After a few minutes of the guy faffing on the machine and constantly telling me he canāt promise anything to correct the order(!) (it was simply to add the kids meal reduction, which the deal was kids get a Ā£2 meal with an adult meal)ā¦. I just said Iāll happily just cancel it and redo it if itās too much trouble, which was met with more huffing and puffing. I finally bit the bait and said Iāll just cancel the whole order then and go some where else, to which he quickly then said, oh itās ok Iāll just comp it as itās only Ā£2. So after that fiasco, I felt like weād finally got somewhere, but considering we were only one of the two tables being served, or should I say, NOT being served or waited onā¦ it took over 30 mins to receive our cold food. We heard a bell ring from upstairs 20 minutes after ordering, but the staff ignored it. I assume that was our food, and probably why we got I cold 10 mins later. Just before our food arrived, I followed the sign to the toilets, but half way up the stairs I got shouted at and told they were out of order. I just replied āI was following the signā, and the guy said āoh, checking on your food were you?ā (As the kitchen was upstair)ā¦ I mean, probably a good thing, as our food then arrived, so again, I took that as a win. But, the fries were ridiculous, so thin, cold and hard. Our childrenās burgers were burnt round the edges. My wifeās burger was tiny and tasteless. No one came over to check in on us, or ask about the food. Staff were just leaning at the counter on their phone, and instead of waiting us, were just waiting to go home. We ended up just leaving (as weād already paid on the app) as no one came over, and I was too annoyed to go up and complain, we just wanted to leave at that point. Everything seemed to be a big effort for these guys, and anything they said was incredibly insincere and baiting for some sort of argument?! It was the most bizarre, awkward atmosphere Iāve ever experienced. On reflection and feeling really deflated about it the next day, I wish we had just left, but we just kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Being nice doesnāt pay at this place. Avoid at all costs.

Having not been for a few years I was terribly disappointed. No pineapple juice for a pina colada, no cranberry juice and then to top it off no MILK!! So no milkshakes or coffee. Thereās an Aldi right next door! The food was good but terribly overpriced since my last visit. Wonāt be returning, thereās far more value for money elsewhere.

My twin brother and I had a great afternoon out in this Wetherspoon pub ,its a pub I've visited many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking Wetherspoon pub, set over two floors, great serving bar's on both floors, great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets around this pub . We were here on a Monday afternoon, pub was busy with a great atmosphere, we luckily managed to get an alcove table upstairs, as we are both members of C.A.M.R.A we are allocated real ale tokens which entitle you to 50p of the price of a pint of real ale and as everyone knows Wetherspoon always has a great selection of real ales. We enjoyed three great real ale's each here ,ale's from Greene King Brewery, Saltaire Brewery and Sharps Brewery, served in pristine condition, such great real ale's, loved them all as did my brother ,we had an absolutely fantastic time in here before we moved on,can't wait to go again next time we're in Liverpool City Centre, its a pub easy to locate along Whitechapel and open from 8am Monday to Sunday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Visited with a colleague and found a very basic menu but we ordered anyway To say we were disappointed was an understatement, tiny portions, half cooked chips, in fact Iād say a McDonaldās burger is bigger than these and you get more fries there Ā£15 for this food was a total rip off The service wasnāt great either and they had a cheek to add a service charge to the bill With all of this itās not a surprise this chain is closing branches and basically going down the pan I certainly wonāt be back
