Amazing customer service from staff and manger Rick. Customer service was consistent from start to finish with a genuine care for our customer experience.

Perfect spot for a lunch with friends and family, everyone catered for including allergies and vegans and everything delivered by a happy team

Decided to go to this TGI's for my 21st birthday along with my family. Myself and everybody else loved the food, and the service provided was exceptional. Ric (General manager) was brilliant. I didn't want a big fuss over me for my birthday, so he made the birthday cake dessert and brought it to our table himself and wished me a happy birthday. Overall the experience was one to remember. 100% would recommend to anybody who loves Big burgers and delicious puddings

Birthday meal, super helpful. Always had a smile and was polite. Checked on us regularly to ensure we had all we needed. Smashed the birthday song!

Ruby was excellent, great service and friendly with our children. Brought them over some colouring activities and balloon animals. The food was good and came out pretty quickly.

Mia was an amazing host and supplied are food on drink on time with great efficiency lovely girl for me and my partner xxxx

The meal was dire, it was just fried overpriced crap. £90 for two people, no booze just a milkshake, starter and a main each. When the food arrived, it was a beige cacophony of blandness. Hadn’t been for years, we won’t be back ever. We complained about the meal. The response was “oh sorry about that”….non offer of discount etc. awful.

We visited the Caversham, Reading restaurant! Food was really good and are waitress molly was great and made are experience really enjoyable! Well recommended 🙂

Food exceptional however prices are now extortionate. The customer service is great and still has the American diner feel which makes it the place I enjoy to visit however due to the prices I think it’ll become a more rare experience.

Nice welcome. Our server Ruby was lovely and super efficient. She explained the menu and the rewards process well to us. Food was hot and tasted great. We had a burger and fajitas. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

The manager Rick was very attentive and made sure our hen party brunch was beyond expectation and the food was lovely. It made a great celebration memorable thank you. Especially as there was a mix up on the booking. We would never have know. Thank you Ruby and RIc 🍾🥂🎉

Had a great time at TGI Fridays for a big family event, there was a lot of us and the team at Fridays were outstanding! Our waiter Andrew was phenomenal and such a great guy, so happy and fun, had so much time for the kids talking about the badges he had so far! We all wish him the best of luck with university! Chilled atmosphere, lovely staff. Helpful and welcoming manager Megan who looked after us (due to allergies) along with Justin our server who was friendly and smiley. Enjoyed our 2 course meal. Loved being able to park right outside, better option for us rather than having to walk a distance. Thankfully a much better experience than when we visited another branch (different area), would visit again. Staff make a place, felt that at this branch.

Popped into TGIs for some food and a casual drink with a friend over some lunch during the christmas period. The food was amazing as always and we took advantage of the 241 cocktail offer. The service provided by Sam R was exceptional & I look forward to going back in the new year.
