The best restaurants serving American food in England

Banging chicken burgers and chicken tenders 100% chicken breast how it should be. Fish and chips very tasty here also. Highly recommended

This place is very overpriced. Sometimes you can justify the price based on a big portion size or high quality ingredients. This place has the smallest portion size in the whole market and probably the lowest quality. Last year it was a totally different story. Inflation is about 3/5% maximum. You are just taking too much profit for what you are serving.

Had this twice in the last month and all I can say is on both occasions..... Chicken was dry like it had either been hanging around or over cooked. Chips were cold and had the texture of cardboard. Milkshake had been waterered down. So all in all very disappointing. I won't be ordering again. It had always been excellent but is now awful!!

What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

So started coming here as my local has been unreliable in terms of stock and opening hours. Staff are great, beer is excellent and live TV sports is a bonus.

Disgusting. Can't describe how bland the food was. The only thing fresh was the box they gave, and thats being generous. The chips tasted like cardboard, the burger had 0 cheese or flavour literally drier than a desert. The donnor felt more like beef jerky. The waiting time for delivery was so long as well. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Incredible food, with a high price tag and awful customer service. The food is really good. Well made and interesting flavours, without giving too many of those fast food side effects. But it's also expensive, way too expensive for what is essentially still fast food. The service was awful. I ordered online directly, and the food was ready when I got there. All they had to do was hand me the food and wish me well. Instead, the guy who came out seemed somehow inconvenienced by my presence, sulking off to grab the only good on the counter, dropping the bag on the table in front of me, and saying "is this yours?" without bothering to read it himself. He then walked out the restaurant to chat with someone else without another word. What a joke.

Our delivery was sitting in the restaurant for nearly 40 mins before a delivery man came and we spent £50 on our Order we called the store knowing our order was still sitting there waiting to ask them to check if it was still hot considering everything and they said there’s nothing they can do until it’s delivered. As if you can’t just check to make sure our order is still warm before giving it to the driver? I work in fast food as well and this was terrible service.
