The best restaurants serving American food in England

Loud music, the food was ok but not very warm. The staff were pleasant and friendly. We ordered the sharing platter, onion rings, garlic bread, breaded mushrooms and nachos. Nothing was hot

Today, we visited All Star Bowling hoping for a fun night, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The staff member at the front desk— a young, healthy guy with glasses—was surprisingly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of engaging politely, he argued with us and other patrons, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s clear he wasn’t enjoying his job, and it showed in the way he interacted with people. It’s disappointing that such poor service overshadowed what could have been a perfect game night. We hope the All Star team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, as it truly impacted our experience.

Just like to say that the waiter called Leonard’s could not have done more to make our meal great. The food was not the best. Lots of items wrong or under - overcooked. Kitchen mistakes. We still enjoyed ourselves as the waiter was very understanding and helpful. Get more Leonardos. The 5 stars are only for the staff member The food deserves no stars.

We went for Mother's Day. Great food, great drinks, and very helpful staff. Our whole party was super happy with everything.

We had lunch here last week. The restaurant is very large. Our friends had a 40% discount voucher off mains. The food was very good and the service was efficient. The only problem we encountered was how cold the restaurant was. It was a cold day and there was no blown air heating switched on. When we spoke to the waitress she arranged for the heating to be turned on. It made a huge difference to our overall experience. The parking was easy.

10/10. Great service and amazing food. Everything on the menu from drinks to food to desserts are amazingly good. I recommend it for anyone.

Food was okay but very packed. There is an upstairs and a downstairs but the upstairs ran out of food and no one was replacing it. When I asked if they were bringing any more food up, one of the staff members was really rude and told me to go downstairs. Having health issues this is difficult for me. When I spoke to the manager on duty, the girl who had rudely told us to go downstairs came over and started shouting. The manager on duty never said anything to her but the customers and myself were totally disgusted.

We have been coming to Darbys for their Ironmasters Breakfast for a treat every so often for several years now, excellent value, beautifully cooked, friendly helpful staff and very clean surroundings. Lovely view of the bridge.

Turned up for a lovely Father’s Day meal and the place is closed down with no sign nor cars outside. Absolutely devastated!! 😞👎🏻

Decided to treat our daughter & partner for their anniversary . Well they are completely disappointed. Their 1st anniversary … service absolutely rubbish & food under cooked. Shocking!! Definitely won’t be returning or recommending.

Despite booking for a lunchtime meal we were told they had no Prosecco as there was a party coming in later that evening. As we were eating with friends for a birthday we ordered the next sparkling wine on the menu which was more than double the price. We later had cocktails which contained Prosecco with no issue. I asked if the prawn starter would need peeling and the answer came back as ‘no.’ Wrong! I had a vegetarian main which was average but friends all loved their mains and all the desserts were very enjoyable. It was in a lovely location and had a nice outside space but I wouldn’t rush back.

Over priced with very small lobsters as standard. I ordered a half lobster and there was only two very small forks of meat in the tail and the claw was tiny. Burgers are nothing special. Eating with Tod’s review was a lie in my opinion.

Arrived 7pm just the 2 of us, restaurant was not busy, Ordered 2 starters 1 calamari and 1 breaded brie, Very good and tasty. Main meal l ordered ribeye medium rare. Waited over half an hour and was given a free drink because of the long wait. Meal came 10mins later steak was literally raw and cold in the center.My wife's steak was so overcooked it was inedible. Such a shame, great staff and couldn't apologize enough would go back to give it another chance maybe it was just a bad day

I ordered the smothered chicken burger and it was not smothered at all!! Tasted average, the burgers they sell at the cinema nearby and much more tastier and cheaper! The coleslaw was a small portion so were the chips. Waitress was not bothered and was being rude and told me she did not know how long it would take. Also, she gave me a fizzy J2O when i asked for still. Rubbish cheap food they charge a fortune for should bring back Taybarns

My favourite burger joint, bar none. Great burgers, great portions and friendly service. Worth a trip across the city for!
