The delivery time changed twice from original time

Food was left outside I don’t know how long I can’t eat because I don’t know what might have happened to it

Haven’t received a single item that I ordered. App claimed that the order was delivered and it was not.

The best burgers on the High Street. Consistently good. The shakes are equally great.

Favourite food is a burger. I can honestly say this was the worst burger iv ever tried to eat. Covered in grease, even The top of the bun Was soaked in it. Cold to the touch. Sloppy and a straight disaster. Poorest burger iv ever had. Will never return to any five guys after this experience. Then to make matters worse the manager took down some drawing cards that happened to be just drawn by a man’s daughter. Which the man jumped up and accused me off doing when all I had done was sit there trying to eat my disaster of a burger. The manager could see what was happening and chose to hide behind the counter instead of taking control of the situation. Really poor all round will never come back

A great and quick service and more expensive burger as all ingredients are fresh but not my favourite as the patties are a bit thin

The burgers are lovely though expensive for what they are. But you do get alot of chips and the milkshakes are amazing

Honest Review: Could be Better I recently visited Five Guys with high hopes for their famous burgers and fries. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, the burgers disappointed with dry meat, and the fries were inconsistent - some fresh, others stale. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Slightly expensive but well worth it .

we visited 5 guys one day ago,I heard about that one just good reviews and I decided to try but I am disappointed a little bit in their hot dog 🌭 bread was not right for hot dog this is just my opinion I am not sure if I will go next time .but one big plus personal was very kind and nice:)

Good food, good service, little atmosphere but it was late at night.

horrible wouldnt reccomd so rude staff yelled at my daughter for being disbaled and loud ikstsad of asking properly, so racist to my black neice wouldn’t recommend!!!!

This food is poor quality for the prices, it's not worth £8.95 for a small cheeseburger(with no onion, pickles or relish) The beef dog is the same, at £9.65 is a cheap processed type beef sausage with cheap cheese and left over looking crumbs of crispy bacon. The grilled cheese bad too. Poor quality of which not all was eaten and it's already heavy on the liver. I wouldn't recommend.

There's not much to say about 5 guys except no matter what branch you're in, the food is high class-fast food.

A good place for a quick meal for hungry tourists and others 😉🍔🍟

Absolute joke placed a delivery via ubereats at 6:33pm 1/12/2023 they sent a rider out only to be told they’re trying to find a new driver this was after an hour & a half wait, when it was showing the first driver was already close by. Ubereats then removed my order off the app so I don’t even have an order number for proof!? I will be taking this further as the proof is on my bank statement! £56!! Fraudsters will not be using the app again & be sure to leave this review wherever I can. No contact number & have to wait forever for reply in chat!!!!! I then called the restaurants only for the man on the other end of the phone to LAUGH!!!!! He then told Me there was no contact number for Uber eats & all I can do is send a message via the app. Worst customer service & this is coming from someone that works in a restaurant Myself! I now have 3 starving kids & have had to order again, this time I chose the Meridian restaurant & ordered via just eat!

One of the best burgers ! All the ingridiens are fresh , i love the chips and milkshake and the staff is great. I will definetly go there more often when i will have the chance.

Staff Don't care about customer

If you like to spend £18.55 for an OK burger, small fries and a coke, more than 10 minutes standing and waiting for your order then this is the place for you. Overpriced for a marginally better product and poorer service than McDonald's across the street. If it regularly takes more than 10 minutes to make an order (which suggests inefficient methods, regardless of being "fresh"), then a service model that doesn't have customers herded around like cattle should be considered - especially considering the price. Again, the business across the street has managed it.

Very expensive for what you get. Taste alright though.

The food here really surprised me. A set price for you choice of burger, hot dog, or sandwich and milkshake, but you can add anything from the list of extra food or milkshake items. Not sure about bacon in a milkshake though.

Food was all I expect from Five Guys, incredible!!!

The food, fries and shakes are nice. But, I do feel it is too expensive for what it is. I overall spent £40.15. X2 burgers, 1 hotdogs, fries, water and oreo milkshake.

Surprisingly pleasant food with big portions. The best of the burgers I think.

Over rated. Overpriced. Over Hyped. Been on my bucket list for ages but really not that impressed. Burger was good but for £12 it should be!!! Chips weren’t great. Despite the hype I thought they were soggy & greasy, not brilliant. Shake was so damn sweet it was undrinkable. It’s ticked off my lost so that’s a good thing. First & last visit.

This is the 1st time ive eaten here.The food was delicious and cooked fresh as you watch.Price is reasonable, but burgers were really tasty as were the cajun fries.The only negative was the actual diner was a bit ordinary looking and clinical.But cant knock the food hence 5 stars.

The Grandchildren wanted to eat here after bowling. Have to say it was an alien experience for us trying to understand how to order etc and getting the food in a brown paper bag. £50 was also a shock for 4 Burgers and drinks. Good news was the food was delicious so another interesting life experience.

don’t get me wrong, the foods great, but the service is shoddy. when i got there there was nobody on the tills, had to wait five minutes for someone to appear. and then waited almost 10 minutes for a regular fries which was a joke. this has happened almost every time i’ve been.

Maybe I had high expectations, but honestly I would have been better off with a double quarter pounder at McDonalds for half the price. Overrated in my opinion.

I went to Five Guys the other day and it was the best experience of my life!! Absolutely loved the customer service and the fun friendly atmosphere, and the bacon cheeseburger with oreo milkshake was a total cherry on top!! 10/10 would recommend to all my friends, family and any lover of a good ol’ burger

I dont understand the hype. The bun was cold, not even room temperature. The topings are cold. Very average tasting burger. Fries are okay and the portion is big. If that was a £10 meal, I wouldn't recommend it, let alone £21 for what I paid.

Overpriced for the quality of food. Burnt chips and soggy burger

Always had a good five guys, but today was very disappointing. Bread was soggy with amount of sauce added on! It was not nice at all and could not eat.

Despite the hype, I thought the burger was nothing special. Very good but not excellent. The patties were not particularly large and didn't taste as much as they charge for. Staff were good. Portions of chips are huge and drinks and condiments are unlimited that I liked. Some what expensive but if you can eat all those chips and drink lots it's not too bad.

Excellent food always. The best burgers you could get. The team at this Five Guys are always so friendly. My server today was Radu. He was so friendly and helpful and had a smile on his face the entire time I was there eating.

Amazing staff very helpful. The staff member that stood out to me was Mimi she honestly deserves a raise because she brightens that place up. The shop is always clean and the food is good. The kids love going to five guys now. Even the kids now know mimi and they live seeing her.

The burgers are always fresh and the staff are always on point with the orders .

1st time coming where I wasn't sure how it quite worked i.e. toppings and such. It's nice to personally choose what you like on a burger as not a fan of ketchup opted for chilli sauce. another feature is refillable drinks with unique flavours and I'd like to thank Dan k for his assistance today.

I just visited your restaurant and tried french fries coz I am a vegetarian so i haven't tried any other food yet but french fries was literally too delicious as the chips were as fresh as always and also the staff working there were too friendly. I would highly recommend Five Guys to anyone looking for delicious and satisfying fast-food experience

Service was excellent with the options fully explained, specifically options on flavouring on chips. The food was cooked well and tasted nice. The tables were clean and plenty of spaces to sit. Toilets were also clean and the surrounding area appeared quiet and safe. Only problem was the door did not shut automatically which on a very cold night created a big draft.

Popped in here when working in the area, the food as you would expect for the chain, service was very good, ideal location in the city.

The burger was okay - the guy who took the order made me order extra chips when the burger also came with chips. The strawberry milkshake was mediocre. Overall, the food isn't worth half the price I paid for it.

The foods are delicious but a little expensive in comparison others. The staff who was on the till was not friendly and she just looking at me!!

Over priced and thrown together in a bag. The veggie burger was disgusting, fried vegetables in a bun! The chips were half in a cup and the other half chucked in the bottom of the bag. 2 burgers were labels wrong. Over all will not being eating here again

Took my son for a takeaway milkshake as he had heard they we amazing. Ordered service seemed slow didn't help staff just stood around talking and in no hurry. We waited 15 mins until we asked were milkshake was as people ordering food before us had been served. Finally a man made milkshake in 30 secs. We waited 22 mins for it asking son if it was worth it he said no as you could taste the biscoff. Wasted time and money.

Everything tasted great, the chips were a bit too salty and some onion got mixed into my burger (I'm allergic) so I'd say just be careful with cross contamination of ingredients
