Went in and they told me I can’t have ANYTHING from there as I have a nut allergy. Not one thing as obviously they couldn’t be bothered to clean the equipment to cater for allergies. Extreme poor practice

I placed an order via UberEats and called to request certain exclusions since there were no notes section during the order. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was uncooperative, insisting on an order number despite providing my address. They were rude, repeatedly stating changes couldn't be made. Eventually, the call was passed to someone else who quickly accommodated the request, but the initial interaction left a sour note, affecting our Christmas dessert plans.

Ok I'll keep this review short and sweet......well....take that back regarding sweet as they did not have any whip cream. Guy behind the counter said he had supplier issues getting whip cream I told him just go to Asda. The milkshake was bad , I know for a fact they did not use ferrero rocher chocolate in my milkshake

Nice desserts, came pretty quick for takeout too considering how busy they were they also take card payments & support 🇵🇸 with the boycott of drinks! Will be back

I’ve been going to this dessert spot I have to say the price is right aswell the taste , I usually order the ambassador waffle with bananas on top . But all the items on menu are delicious open late night aswell . Can’t go wrong with the desserts.

The music on was too loud, the staff member on duty was too busy. The soft serve ice cream was icy, and too sweet

Me and my family ordered 4 milkshakes unfortunately they were not of a great quality more like nesquick milkshake defrosted ice-cream experienced a bad stomach not sure if the milk has been left out there are better milkshake palour around with professional customer care service

Been going here for years and generally amazing desserts (mint crisp is the best waffle). Ngl found a hair in my cookie dough yesterday - that’s what I get for not purchasing what I recommend - but they made another one to replace v quickly. Most likely will go again

This establishment is a hidden gem in Leicester, it’s very busy which is a good indication the food is on point. The waffle is very light, fluffy and not overwhelmingly sweet, well balanced for my palette. I would recommend this place if you are passing or in the area. They are open till late for those who have the late night cravings.

Food is good need well spoken staff

Not bad at all, it is better than what you will find elsewhere on East Park Road. However, there are many improvements they could make to this place but it feels like low priority for them which is a shame. The queue system is pretty much non-existent due to how cramped the till area is. When I was there with friends they had 1 small paper menu in the entire shop.

Tasty desserts and milkshakes the one which is mango 🥭 meltdown is very tasty. In quantity also good and quality is 👏 amazing..Finishing of desserts is amazing.. Love this place fudge puppy 😍❤️❤️😋😋😋

I placed a order for 4 milkshakes and only received 3, I then checked the bag and there was only 1 straw between 3 milkshakes especially with covid going on think that it very unhygienic. Spoke to the manager at fudge puppy and he said it was fine for me to drink it out 1 straw and I was shocked and disappointed. The manager was also rude on the phone and didn’t even want to give me his name and he said he was the owner. I am disappointed in this. Spoke to Ajay first then the manager didn’t want to give his name because he said I would mention him in the review.

Sometimes it’s really good but typically inconsistent. If it’s busy then expect cheap tasting dessert.

Staff have basically no care for customer service if you are not a direct customer. This shouldn’t be the case. I will no longer order from here although I did like the food, which is a bit sad. I just can’t support a business that doesn’t care about the happiness of their customers in favour of those who do.

Best place for desserts only one complain they are always busy at night. I have always ordered Oreo Shake or Pistachio Shake.. pistachio there is more sugar so I now prefer Oreo and other stuff they sell. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in after ages girls night out Met the owner who was really lovely she made me something off menu as I love cold coffee it was AMAZING she called it a lotus Frappe and said it was a new summer item We ordered the Baklava slice which was really crispy and full of nuts again this was hand madeThis place does not get enough recognition for all the things they make by hand everywhere else either copies Fudgepuppy or buys readymade!

Visited a few times with hubby. The waffles are very tasty and I love the pistachio milkshake. Only negative is the service can sometimes be slow and last time we went we sat in for our desserts, we had been waiting a while so hubby went to see what was taking so long. Our desserts had been put in a bag to the side and we hadn't even been notified they were ready. If service improves would easily deserve 4 stars.

Excellent desserts. Reasonable prices. Would have given this place 5 stars however had to call 62 times before I finally go through to place my order.

Server was enthusiastic, order taking rapidly and we didn’t have to wait long for our treats. We even got the chance to devour our desserts in house due to new seating. Smiles all round 😊!

Made a phone order of a waffle and a milkshake to be told it would take 20 minutes which was fine as it was the weekend. (Saturday)

Great dessert, we had the coconut ice cream one and it tasted great. Only issue is there is a queue every time we go!

Been here about 5 times now and absolutely love it. Usually get a blondie and a shake from here, brownie is just as good as well. I’ve tried a few other things from the menu and it all tastes great. They could improve on the seating area and make it a bit more aesthetically pleasing, but this doesn’t stop people coming in here as it’s been really busy every time I’ve been. Keep going guys!

This place is nice to order from.. but when we went their and placed order we noticed their were few cocroaches walking on wall behind the door so dont know if safe to buy from their..

Place is great, can get busy at times and can be difficult to get through to order via the phone. The choice, portions and price are spot on compared to the rip off places like Heavenly Desserts. Try the Blondie or brownie cookie dough, its is excellent.

This place offers the best waffles you will probably ever have! The consistency of the waffles are second to none. However be aware you will have to wait at least 20 mins on most evening due to the amount of people addicted to this place! They sooner you have the waffle the better it tastes so eat it straight away! My favourite option is the Very Berry!

The quality and flavour of the waffles here is second to none. Good range of flavour and products on offer. There also many nice milkshakes on offer.

Had the bearded orange cookie dough for the first time - something different, and it was SO good. Would definitely recommend. Perfect portion size and quick service too!

Y para ser honesto no puedes equivocarte por el precio que pagas, bien vale la pena. Lo único que lamento es que no fue por la zona lo suficiente como para volver de nuevo.

Lindo lugar, muy concurrido, pero aún así un buen servicio, buena relación calidad-precio. Buena variedad de postres para elegir. Personal amable, para una rápida, postre barato sin duda recomendable.

A slightly shoddy operation in comparison to some of the more elaborate dessert parlours in Leicester but in terms of desserts is easily the best, strawberry milkshake is amazing as is their cookie dough. Definitely recommend - only negative is the long waits

These guys started the craze in Leicester and hold the #1 spot. Simple menu and all of the items hit the spot. I'd recommend the blondie cookie dough, very berry waffle and mango milkshake with fruit balls.

Fudge puppy has very nice milkshakes and it's always busy which shows it's popular in Leicester. Waiting time is about 10 minutes other then that they are fantastic and you must try them out !!!

Very berry SPECIAL is a must get. Those bubble things that burst in your mouth full of a fruity juice are the best

On arrival, there was a queue and thereafter, a long 20 minute wait for the desserts to be prepared. The desserts are reasonably priced compared to most other dessert places. The portion sizes are perfect. We ordered brownie cookie doughs, the nutty and strawberry cheesecake milkshakes. Delicious desserts, enjoyed by all.

ordered from here and they delivered the wrong cookie dough, when i rang (which was straight away) the guy on the phone was shouting and saying that i didn't order what i said didn't come, when i had the order right in front of me proving i did order it AND PAID for it!however the waffle they did get right was lovely, think they need new staff that are less rude!

Me and my friends visited this place thinking it would beat it's closest competition, however we were wrong. We had to wait 10 Minutes to be served and the attitude of the staff was absolutely rude. After a long wait I had my classic fudge puppy and it was disgusting not to mention the presentation. I would recommend cake smiles which is a walk down down the road and never ever go to 'Fudge Puppy'

Visited the place with friends after hearing of its popularity within Leicester however it certainly doesn't live up to expectationsWe had to wait 10 mins to be served when they're was no customers and I was blanked on numerous occasions when Adkin questions The waffle I received was a tiny undercooked strip with Nutella thrown onto it, looked more like something out of my backside I would definitely not recommend going to this desert place, instead try Heavenly Desserts

Usually go here time to time but can never get tired. The portions can be a bit small and can take time to prepare but the taste is great!!I would recommend the Blondie cookie dough and the very Berry waffle.

Perfect amount of dessert that almost anybody can finish! Delicious, served warm and made fresh. Don't know why nobody thought of opening one sooner!

To look at the place is very small and not done up at all but the desserts are amazing, I was surprised at the length of the que. There was a wait of about half an hour before we got our brownies but it was so worth it.

This place is the best! The food is absolutely gorgus just right size for kids. Each time we go they have a new flavour to try whoever makes up the inventions is genius They have a lot more ifyouknowyouknow things that are not on the menu sheet so best to ask if you feel adventurous my kids love the Ambassador my favourites are the Very Berry and the cinnamon and this new chocolate waffle Very good prices will definitely keep going back

Exellent waffles best I've had so far, skittles milkshake wasn't as good as it sounds; the falooda was extremely gorgous. The waiting time was too long, could have been quicker but was well worth it! definitely returning when back in Leicester.

Have visited this place a number of times,quite a small shop but VERY busy especially on Friday nights and the weekends.Had placed a phone order and was told to come in 15 minutes but the waffles was still not ready despite this being mentioned on the phone.I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes.However, I was dealt with kindly and the man was very understanding.The waffles which were the very berry waffle and the tang-tastic were really tasty which made it worth the wait but was still slightly disappointed by the waiting time.Overall I think that this is a fantastic dessert parlour because of the quality of the desserts and milkshakes but was only disappointed with the waiting time.Also I would like to mention about a previous time wherein I had a mixup of the waffles I wanted which really let me down although this was only a one time occasion.Worth a try though!Something for everyone!

Never disappoints. Always fresh and at a very reasonable price, compared other places in Leicester. Located on a busy main road. Very busy at the weekends. Weekdays is a good time to go as less people and quick service. This place is ideal for families with young children, however, I wouldn't recommend it on a weekly basis as you would become a butter ball.

Always get dessert from here because it's close, fast and desserts do not let you down. Great variety and would definitely recommend a visit. Recently had the oreo cheesecake...ooooo..I'm now drooling...

I always go here and I literally love it here I get a very berry which is a whaffle , ice cream and chocolate and strawberry pieces and sauce and cream, it's very nice and costs £3 for a small which I think is enough for one person.

The waffles and cookie dough are one of the best we have tried in Leicester.Yes the wait can be long sometimes but then it's a small business which is very popular. Sometimes we do a phone order and pick it up that way it's much quicker. The icecream is really nice and you can not beat the prices of the desserts. No wonder it's popular this is a place not to be missed.

The owner of this establishment was very rude and from what he said to me seems to be very bitter. didnt hesitate at insulting me in front of other customers.

Been to Fudge Puppy's many times and every visit has been excellent!My favourite dessert is the brownie with extra Nutella. It's very rich but amazing!The waffles are some of the best I’ve had.After having been to many dessert parlours in Leicester (most of which overcharge) I can confidently say Fudge Puppy is the best!It is a small shop so not much space to eat inside. I would recommend ordering via phone first as they can get quite busy and I have had to wait up to half an hour on occasion. Worth the wait though!

I've been a customer since they opened, tried other dessert places but no one can match the unique cookie dough and waffles.. these are real innovators of food, creating new toppings, sundaes, cheesecakes and mojitos every week!

Rude staff, no customer service skillets whatsoever and appalling food. Seem to think theyve invented round waffles but are sadly mistaken.Recently, my pregnant wife and I arrived with only one person ahead of us. They had ordered and we tried to place our order but were rebuffed with a "woah woah... youve got to wait for me to make this order first". We thought that this was poor service but waited nevertheless. After 10+ minutes of waiting, we gave up. We were not once acknowledged by staff after the initial exchange and would never come here again.Big thumbs down for this place. They really Fudge'd it up with us! I suggest you stay away!

Been to fudge puppies a few times each time they seem to have something new and exciting on.The waffles are lovely and the cookie dough is Devine! Recently they've started doing cheese cake tried the Oreo cheese cake gorgeous! Would defiantly recommend above heavenly desert and all other desert places in Leicester!

This place serves some amazing waffles and milkshakes. Cookie monster, Special Very Berry and Bannofle are my favourite. Strawberry Cheesecake milkshake is great too, however be warned this place is 'Rammed' on summer evenings and weekends! Downside is that there is only one fudge puppy machine so it takes about 30-45 mins to get your order when they are busy. id give this place 9/10

Good selection of desserts.This month I've been twice, the first time the waffle was cold and not up to its usual standards, the second time i was made to wait half an hour longer than usual even though there were no other orders.Service is getting worse which is worrying for regular customers like myself.

Stumbled across this place yesterday. Always busy and be prepared for a bit of a wait as everything's cooked fresh. Excellent waffles with a range of toppings, lovely cookie dough balls (try the Blondie) and delicious milkshakes.
