My experience was great. And Adil was the best & gave us the best waffles & chai

I ordered on uber eats and my order took over 45mins while the delivery guy was also waiting for a very long time. I then received a soggy, cold waffles and there is hardly any Nutella added. The pistachio falooda taste very stale, as if stale pistachios were used. Very upset.

The down fall of this place needs to be studied. When it first open their desserts were the best. Now they charge more for their desserts and they put a drop of Nutella on their waffles and they charges extra for cream. So many better dessert places out there that serve generous portions. Fudge puppy has fallen off massively.

Have been to this place many times. Red velvet thick shake is my all time favourite and second favourite is pistachio thick shake. Affordable and utterly delicious

I have been coming to fudge puppy for nearly 10 years now and the quality has just dropped off significantly. Over now 3 occasions the staff have completely messed up my order. The waiting times have significantly increased as well, even when the shop is not even busy and I am the only one waiting. The customer service is now non existent here. The owner should seriously consider retraining the staff because so many of the issues i have faced are due to stupid mistakes and behaviour from staff who have made me now considered to go to other dessert shops. This place was great a few years ago but now I would never return.

I've Been going To Fudge Puppy as long as i can remember.... Owner Mustaque or Mustafa may vouch for this on Facial recognition. An ive avoided writing a review for the sake of it but i am truly unhappy with the staff an service at fudge puppy in the recent months... the dessert are always amazing.... but theres no customer service or politeness the music is playing like a bollywood nighclub your order can not be heard right!!? There's Minimal change options An when questioned staff are very RUDE!! Like ffs we pay money not expecting it free! Yes delays are acceptable on busy times. I hoped i wouldn't have to write this up about such a beautiful business but dont see the owner anymore or i would have kindly told him its just not acceptable

Regular place whenever a sweet fix is required. Local, convenient, one of the best #cookie #doughs, staff are friendly, reasonably priced. The place is a tad bit small, so if you are a big group, plan in advance or call in beforehand.

Ordered a few times, always get a bad stomach with cookie dough. But today finished me. Im in excrutiating pain, havent slept 5:33am stomach cramps. Avoid if you have a sensitive stomach.

The employee requires retraining on order accuracy. My order, specified as "very large berry," resulted in a "Cookie Monster" item instead, causing a five-minute delay. To prevent future errors, please implement a policy of confirming orders twice with customers before concluding the call. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

I bought the blondie, brookie and brownie, and neither satisfied. They were too gooey, sticky both inside and out, there was no crispy top but rather entirely uncooked. Do not recommend.

If you’re looking for a wonderful dessert place in Leicester than it should be none other than fudge puppy. Offering an incredible selection of desserts. Tried for the first time cookie monster and Ambassador was just unbelievable in taste. 😋. The atmosphere is warm and the staffs are friendly especially ADIL, very professional and polite recommended us best waffles.

I've been a regular customer at fudge puppy and have never been let down by the quality of the dessert. There is great customer service and Adil has always made sure there are no issues.

Best cookie dough in Leicester by a mile. We usually order takeaway but chose to pop in. £20 for 4 delicious desserts is amazing. The inside could do with a major refurb! Saying that the desserts are so good and well priced most people are willing to overlook this

Order through Uber eat delivery but send 2 item short on my order and I'm trying to contact the store just ignoring my call, also this is not the only time it happens i had same experience before. But the item that we received was not even prepared for delivery so icecream was melted in the same box for waffle and cookies both not even able ate so It wasted

The brownie cookie dough is the kid's favourite. The kind and friendly staff bake the cookie dough in front of you. It's hot and soft from the inside, and it comes with wippy ice cream. The portion size is medium, but it does the job. The menu has some nice milkshakes and smoothies, too. The pricing is also reasonable compared to other places. There are seats in the shop but not that many. It does get really busy, so I would recommend phone ordering and them picking it up or getting it delivered if you don't fancy waiting for 20 minutes. I guess everything is made fresh, hence the long wait. It's worth the wait. Give it a go. I don't think you will be disappointed and it's open till late. Parking is not a problem. Just be patien. There's always someone leaving. Enjoy 😉 yourself. Peace ✌️

I love this place since the day it opened. All their desserts are the best. I've been here tens of time. My favourites are the very berry surprise waffle sticks and the mango meltdown shake with popping bubbles. I've tried different things from here over the years. Recently, I also tried their new chocolate orange dessert (as in pic) which was also delicious.

This a local dessert parlour, not a fancy place to go out on a date. But the desserts are good quality, well priced and I've always had good service so no complaints. Really happy that they now have some seating.

Fudge Puppy is a sweet spot! The waffles are crispy outside and fluffy inside, and the cheesecakes are so creamy and tasty. The milkshake? Super thick and flavorful. We loved the cozy vibe and Adil was really friendly and helped us pick the perfect dessert. Definitely coming back for more!

Went in and they told me I can’t have ANYTHING from there as I have a nut allergy. Not one thing as obviously they couldn’t be bothered to clean the equipment to cater for allergies. Extreme poor practice

I placed an order via UberEats and called to request certain exclusions since there were no notes section during the order. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was uncooperative, insisting on an order number despite providing my address. They were rude, repeatedly stating changes couldn't be made. Eventually, the call was passed to someone else who quickly accommodated the request, but the initial interaction left a sour note, affecting our Christmas dessert plans.

Ok I'll keep this review short and sweet......well....take that back regarding sweet as they did not have any whip cream. Guy behind the counter said he had supplier issues getting whip cream I told him just go to Asda. The milkshake was bad , I know for a fact they did not use ferrero rocher chocolate in my milkshake

I’ve been going to this dessert spot I have to say the price is right aswell the taste , I usually order the ambassador waffle with bananas on top . But all the items on menu are delicious open late night aswell . Can’t go wrong with the desserts.

Been going here for years and generally amazing desserts (mint crisp is the best waffle). Ngl found a hair in my cookie dough yesterday - that’s what I get for not purchasing what I recommend - but they made another one to replace v quickly. Most likely will go again

This establishment is a hidden gem in Leicester, it’s very busy which is a good indication the food is on point. The waffle is very light, fluffy and not overwhelmingly sweet, well balanced for my palette. I would recommend this place if you are passing or in the area. They are open till late for those who have the late night cravings.

Not bad at all, it is better than what you will find elsewhere on East Park Road. However, there are many improvements they could make to this place but it feels like low priority for them which is a shame. The queue system is pretty much non-existent due to how cramped the till area is. When I was there with friends they had 1 small paper menu in the entire shop.

I placed a order for 4 milkshakes and only received 3, I then checked the bag and there was only 1 straw between 3 milkshakes especially with covid going on think that it very unhygienic. Spoke to the manager at fudge puppy and he said it was fine for me to drink it out 1 straw and I was shocked and disappointed. The manager was also rude on the phone and didn’t even want to give me his name and he said he was the owner. I am disappointed in this. Spoke to Ajay first then the manager didn’t want to give his name because he said I would mention him in the review.

Sometimes it’s really good but typically inconsistent. If it’s busy then expect cheap tasting dessert.

Staff have basically no care for customer service if you are not a direct customer. This shouldn’t be the case. I will no longer order from here although I did like the food, which is a bit sad. I just can’t support a business that doesn’t care about the happiness of their customers in favour of those who do.

Best place for desserts only one complain they are always busy at night. I have always ordered Oreo Shake or Pistachio Shake.. pistachio there is more sugar so I now prefer Oreo and other stuff they sell. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in after ages girls night out Met the owner who was really lovely she made me something off menu as I love cold coffee it was AMAZING she called it a lotus Frappe and said it was a new summer item We ordered the Baklava slice which was really crispy and full of nuts again this was hand madeThis place does not get enough recognition for all the things they make by hand everywhere else either copies Fudgepuppy or buys readymade!

Visited a few times with hubby. The waffles are very tasty and I love the pistachio milkshake. Only negative is the service can sometimes be slow and last time we went we sat in for our desserts, we had been waiting a while so hubby went to see what was taking so long. Our desserts had been put in a bag to the side and we hadn't even been notified they were ready. If service improves would easily deserve 4 stars.

Excellent desserts. Reasonable prices. Would have given this place 5 stars however had to call 62 times before I finally go through to place my order.

Server was enthusiastic, order taking rapidly and we didn’t have to wait long for our treats. We even got the chance to devour our desserts in house due to new seating. Smiles all round 😊!
