I was at the fundraiser iftaar event today and was served by Sabrina. Honestly a wonderful personality and amazing service. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

This place is a must visit absolute class food service the drinks is special 😍 literally the pistachio frappe is unbelievable and everything else will definitely not be disappointed and try for yourself

Hands down one of the best coffee shops in town. The interior is beautiful very relaxing. Coffee is excellent. Staff are friendly and customer service is excellent. Big shout out to Rahiema, Stephen and Yakub for serving me with a smile every time

Perfect for brunch. Cannot fault the food and service! Temperature inside could’ve been a bit warmer, however will definitely visit again when in Leicester.

Average food. Tasted nice but the toast was tough. I had hollumi on toast with smashed avocado. There were 3 very small batons of hollumi. Coffee is unremarkable. Decor is lovely but they clearly do not want you to sit and enjoy it. Rather than creating a nice atmosphere and encouraging you to stay you are rushed out as they, without asking or waiting to be asked, bring the bill then card machine! If they want to do this, they should give you a time limit at the table as you sit. As it is, it's very rude.

My second visit and probably my last, as service is undoubtedly the Achilles' heel of this restaurant. Throughout the evening, interactions with the staff ranged from lackluster to downright disappointing. The lack of name tags made it challenging to identify individual servers, so unfortunately, I will have to describe them. There was one exception—a remarkable Asian gentleman who epitomized professionalism and attentiveness. His dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience stood in stark contrast to the demeanor of two of his colleagues. The Caucasian gentleman behind the bar and the Asian waitress wearing a hijab both exuded an air of aloofness, their interactions devoid of warmth or genuine hospitality. It's disheartening when the very individuals tasked with enhancing the dining experience seem indifferent to the needs of the patrons. It put me and my friends off from enquiring about the menu and we bought less food than we normally do, because we didn’t like the energy. I don't think I'd return, because I've noticed this cold and rude energy before.

Friendly staff, recommend the seasoned fries and the chicken salad. Will definitely be back!

I had the best sandwich ever here. Steak firecracker I believe it was, absolutely phenomenal! Sauce, dressings, toppings, meat everything about it was insane. Lovely gorgeous Spanish pistachio latte and french toast with honey was a delight! Mrs got fritters and they were delicious too! Atmosphere is fantastic and food is gorgeous here and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Thankyou guys will be coming here again when in the area next. One of the best food places in Leicester easily 🙌🏽

My first experience at &kith with my family was extremely disappointing. Despite spending almost £100, we were treated with utter disrespect by the waiter. Not only was the service slow, but the waiter's attitude was incredibly rude. Our concerns were dismissed, and we felt undermined throughout the entire ordeal. What's worse, the waiter embarrassed us in front of our family members, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Despite waiting for over 40 minutes, we decided to cut our losses and leave. We ended up packing our order for takeaway, thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. Needless to say, we won't be returning to &kith anytime soon.

Would highly recommend the Lotus Biscoff French toast. I’ve been around 8/9 times. Staff are very friendly and the service has always been great. No complaints.

I’ve had my bridal shower here. I love how private it is and separated from everyone else. Me and my friends had the best time and the waiters and waitresses were really lovely and helpful. The staff are so attentive, and lovely. Nothing is too much for them. The chicken tenders and the bao are amazing. Their selection of drinks and the quality is far better than starbucks, costa etc (especially with this boycott for Palestine- great alternative and great prices). The portion size is great, and everything was amazing. I will be back.

I was in Leicester and happened to go to this cafe, which was recommended to me by my best friend. I tried the rose flavoured latte, my friend's favourite was the pistachio latte and my hubby had the chai latte. By far mine option was outstanding the best latte I have had to date. I will surely go again when I go to Leicester next. I highly recommend you to go here when you go to Leicester. Decor is spacious and stylish and staff professional and great service. Certainly thumbs up from me.

Delicious food, spacious & comfortable seating area with fantastic service. Staff were really welcoming and are always around if you need anything. The Spanish Pistachio Latte is something I would strongly recommend it was really good.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, service was 10/10, and every suggestion the waitress gave was on point, The champions breakfast and the Spanish pistachio latte was what I ordered and I was very happy with the food.would totally recommend to anyone.

Went to this place first time. Loved the atmosphere and decor. The service was not great, waited a long time to be served and food also took a long time too. As we waited quite a bit, you would expect the food to be lovely and hot, the only thing that was hot (warm) were the chips. I do not recommend getting the 'Firecracker chicken' as it was bland and not hot ( I ordered it in hot flavour too). The chicken was served cold, to which they had taken the plates back to just reheat it in the microwave. Wrong move. The chicken got even tasteless as there was no sauce coating and the chicken was to dry and hard to chew. I wanted to tell them again but the male waiter had a bit of an attitude so just left it. I had also noticed the table next to us had ordered the same meal as us and returned the meal to the waiter too. For the extortionate price and the amount and flavour or food your getting it is not worth it.

Been here a few times. Always lovely! Servers are friendly and although there is a bit of a wait, food is always really good so it’s worth it. Can always wait and have a nice cup of chai here. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean.

I was well served, the staff was kind, attentive and helpful. I went in for the cupcakes The appearance looked good. I had a white chocolate frosting on chocolate cake with some nutty filling that I can't pinpoint (but I known I know it). I found the cake a little bland, nothing special about it, which was disappointing. I love chocolate cake that is not just chocolate powder in the batter. The frosting and filling were delicious. The other one I tried was the brownie cupcake and that was much better than the previous. The filling was of caramel and the frosting of chocolate Swiss buttercream. The only negative aspect of it was that the cake was grainy. That's a big no no. Other than that, it was a good experience .

We held our engagement party in this cafe, and everything was perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was so good, they always checked if everything is okay. The place is also so pretty. I am so glad that they hosted our party. All of our guests were very satisfied. I would like to thank them for creating this great atmosphere for our special day.

I’m not sure what the hype is all about?! Ordered the Moroccan eggs Benedict and it was mediocre at best. The eggs weren’t runny and were just slapped on to the bread. Definitely didn’t justify the price.

I recently dined at this brunch spot and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Hair was found in two out of four meals, and the waiter's rude and dismissive attitude was quite off-putting. I then spoke directly to the manager. Despite receiving apologies, the lack of satisfactory compensation was disheartening, especially considering it was the second occurrence. The manager offered to replace one meal but insisted on charging for the new dish. Additionally, the prolonged 40-minute wait for our food added to the overall dissatisfaction. The poor quality of the food further compounded the disappointment. The bread, described as white bloomer slathered in butter, had an unpleasantly greasy feel, making it far from appetizing. This, coupled with the other issues, resulted in an overall unsatisfactory dining experience. Overall, the restaurant itself is a pretty scene, however it ends there. I won’t be returning.

Prices and food does not match as I ordered Moroccan eggs Benedict, which comes with a piece of toast, 2 eggs, few slices of turkey bacon for £12.95 compared to full English breakfast. Long wait for the food, probably due to being a weekend

They have changed the way they dothe french toasts. Now they are very small and very dry on the outside. Not worth the money you pay.

I recently visited a coffee shop diner with a visually appealing atmosphere heavily influenced by Muslim culture, and I must say the aesthetics were perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. However, I was left with mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home despite some disorganization and inefficiency in their service. The menu offered a range of enticing options, and I was looking forward to trying their drinks. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly waned when I visited the restroom. The single "unisex" toilet designated for disabled people was shockingly filthy. The state of the skirting boards and walls was appalling, and it was evident that proper cleaning had been neglected for some time. To make matters worse, there was no soap available for handwashing. What was especially off-putting was that even the staff were using this unclean facility. The lack of cleanliness in the restroom was a significant deterrent, and it put a damper on our overall experience. As we waited for our drinks, which took over half an hour to arrive, we decided to leave and head to Prana near the town hall square instead. Prana provided us with a contrasting experience of perfection. Their prompt service, immaculate facilities, and delicious offerings made up for the disappointment we had encountered earlier. While the coffee shop diner had potential, the state of their restroom and the extended wait for our order ultimately led us to seek a more inviting dining experience elsewhere. In conclusion, while the coffee shop diner had its merits in terms of atmosphere and friendly staff, the lack of cleanliness and inefficiencies in service left us with a less than satisfactory impression. Prana, on the other hand, lived up to our expectations and provided us with a delightful dining experience.

Excellent food and fantastic service - definitely be back. We had a mixture of breakfasts, milkshakes , lattes and soft drinks- everything was super tasty and presented well.

This is the best quality coffee I've had for a long time...the food , service and management are all great...nothing is too much for the staff and always willing to suggest things on the menu...I literally went 5 x in 3 days and can't wait to go back. Venue looks amazing too clearly alot of investment has gone in...keep it up guys your amazing.

Presentation was okay. Food looked like it was cooked in advance and just reheated when ordered. Teas were cold. Taste was like nothing. (tasteless). Very pricey and not worth at all. Your eggs and beans at home would taste way better than this place's food. Not a place for someone who knows taste and good food.

Visited with my family for brunch. The menu has been updated and the food was fantastic. The service was excellent and the staff were warm and welcoming. Would definitely go back again. It was very spacious and they provided a high chair and space for babies.

Looks lovely although unsure if staff know what they’re doing. Waited 20 mins and not asked for order/drinks or anything. Was a bit of a shame as looked good. Lots of staff (10 plus) and less than 25% customers. Lots of staff wandering around but no one came to check on us. In the end we left, staff smiled but no one even asked…

Extremely loud place and customers are squeezed next to each other. I ordered “the fully loaded” in fact food was served quite fast however it was tasteless! No spices and they forgot to put Turkey beacon in it so I had only bread and avocado! bread toast was so tough I couldn’t slice it. Strongly NOT recommend

Service was quite slow. It was a busy lunch period on a weekday but took close to 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Ordered the firecracker chicken. It was good and would recommend it. Portions were huge as I'd expect paying that much. Lovely interior too!

I stumbled on & with a friend on my first visit to Leicester. It's a very lovely cafe. The staff were very nice, friendly and efficient considering the high patronage of guests this cafe commands. I have never had an English breakfast that tasty and well decorated 😂. It was lovely I am not a coffee person but the Spanish espresso or something like that was recommended and I was wowed. My eyes kept on feasting of other guests' menu like I should have had this or that😅. It was a lovely experience and I am sure going back with family this time around I give a solid 5 ⭐

Visited today and ordered the firecracker chicken & dumplings with noodles. Lovely food paired with exceptional customer service from all the staff! (Side note: the iced Spanish pistachio latte I’ve tried during previous visits is absolutely divine)

My nephew was visiting us and he picked this cafe, when looking at the menu I thought it was quite pricey, but when we received our food I understood why, absolutely beautiful in taste presentation everything service was fantastic. I never normally finish sald where I go as it normally looks thrown on and not much taste but the salad we had with our food I couldn't get enough and wished there was more on the plate 10/10 will visit again.

After hearing people rave about it, my partner and I decided to try it out. And my word, it didn’t disappoint. The food was not only beautifully presented but tasted absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We will 100% be making this a regular brunch spot. The pistachio latte is enough by itself to make you want to come back. Couldn’t recommend enough!

After continuous dissapointment and admitting defeat with most of leicesters culinary offerings I was so wonderfully surprised by this little gem of a place. The menu, whilst giving nods to brunch classics such as eggs benedict and the full cooked breakfast, offered a lovely twist on the normal fayre you see on menus today. Morrocan eggs, Turkish eggs with lamb mince, chicken tenders marinaded in several ways, the half Indian breakfast to name a few. Everything beautifully cooked and presented I was spoilt for choice. Infact it was so difficult to make my mind up thaf I'll be back several more times atleast to ensure I sample most of the menu! We opted for Turkish eggs, garlic and parmesan chicken tenders with seasoned fries, 2 kids chicken and fries . Mine was all washed down with a cappuccino made with love, and an indulgent chocolate kinder cupcake. The kids enjoyed their offerings too and it was all served with a smile, the waiting staff were so friendly and patient with our kids, this really does go a long way. Thankyou &Kith we will certainly be back!

Very nice on the whole. Looks upmarket but not extravagantly expensive. Good choice of menu. HOWEVER.. my fries were undercooked, and no one came to ask how the meal was, which should be standard practice. No further service was offered after the meal was delivered. It was quite empty and the young staff were happy to chat amongst themselves, despite trying to get their attention. I would go again but my criticism is for the owners to have a word with management or staff. You could be on a big winner if you address service issues.

I visited &KITH during weekend and I enjoyed it very much! Julia and Sabrina were so warm and welcoming. It was my first time at the cafe and the girls were really helpful with choosing the right drink for my taste. I tried Spanish Pistachio Iced and it was delicious!

Went it on Wednesday for a late lunch was not busy at all we ordered the full English breakfast and chicken tenders with drinks very slow customer service and food took over half hour to come to the table one of the drinks they got wrong which was replaced but for the price we paid I wouldn't go again plenty of other smaller businesses offer better quality of products and service very disappointed as this was a treat for my daughter

Wonderful decor clean and super service. It was hard to choose a dish from the menu as it all looked so good - especially because the choice was amazing for a vegetarian! Lots of unusual dishes but your standard English breakfast although if desired this is there too. Throughly delicious food and good quality ingredients were used and were evident. You have to go!!

We stumbled across &KITH today and decided to try the brunch. All staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The menu is full of amazing vegetarian and vegan options and portions are a great size. Aesthetically the whole restaurant is gorgeous!

My friend and I were initially drawn in by how aesthetically pleasing the decor was. But we were equally as pleased with the service and food. I had the veggie half Indian breakfast and it was delicious. I think it is the best breakfast I have ever had! I would recommend and would love to go again.

Real shame. Chips uncooked, chicken greasy and oily. The 'creamy garlic mushrooms' aren't actually creamy and are weirdly spicy? And served with eggs - doesn't say this on the menu. Really disappointing as we had heard this place was nice. Staff didn't check on us either. Wouldn't bother again.

The food was good but the service was bad. They got two orders wrong (including giving meat to a vegetarian) and tried to tell us that we had ordered the wrong thing… we had to argue with them to bring us the right meals. No acknowledgment of the issue just lots of sighing and eye-rolling from staff. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

One of the best restaurants in leicester! Every dish you know will be of the highest quality and flavour! Drinks and mocktails are amazing , highly recommend the Spanish pistachio latte! And for those who are not drinking, you do not feel like you are missing out with those mocktails 😊! Highly recommend!

Had the best eid brunch here. Our servers Faruk and Rahima took really good care of us. I love coming here. Genuinely recommend. The atmosphere is amazing and they do really amazing halal mocktails.

I had a birthday brunch here with a group of 10 and it couldn’t have been better: the atmosphere, decor and service was perfect. The staff were attentive, friendly and genuine; I was made to feel to special there and I will definitely be going back again with friends. The food options are unrivalled and the reason I chose here: the half Indian breakfast and “steak and eggs/ breakfast of champions” were unlike anything I’ve had before. The Spanish latte’s are perfect, especially the iced rose Spanish latte. They have a great selection of cakes from Baker Street too and I love that they’re now available in the city centre. Overall, I would 100% recommend &KITH; it’s unlike anywhere else in Leicester! (And try the iced Spanish rose latte!!!)
