Delicious food and excellent service by rohit, would definitely come again.

Went to &KITH recently and I now understand why it’s such a popular place in Leicester. The vibe is calm, clean and really well put together. It just feels like a place you want to sit and enjoy good food. The menu has a solid mix of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, which worked perfectly for me and my partner. There was loads of variety and everything we tried tasted fresh and well thought out. A big shoutout to Steven who looked after us. He was super helpful and made sure both my partner and I were sorted with exactly what we needed. The owner, Farouk, was also extremely friendly and welcoming, which just added to the whole experience. &KITH is definitely one of those places I’d go back to. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!

The service was fantastic! The staff were very helpful when it came to choosing an item from the menu. It was my first time there and they made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Visited &Kith Leicester recently for a birthday brunch with friends after hearing great things, and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, two of our meals arrived — but my friend’s simple order of plain French toast never came. When we asked about it, the manager (who we initially thought was a waiter) gave no apology and responded with a blunt, dismissive attitude that visibly upset my friend. What made the situation worse was watching him approach another staff member after we raised the issue — his body language made her visibly uncomfortable, which was really unsettling to witness. When the manager finally came to our table, he pulled up a chair and sat down next to us? And instead of taking ownership or offering a genuine apology, he gave a string of excuses and even told us he was “tired” as justification for his behaviour. While we understand everyone has off days, this doesn’t excuse poor service or attitude towards paying customers. Even when directly told how upset we were, the best we got was a half-hearted “sorry if I offended you,” which felt insincere and dismissive. We’re not people who complain often — we always treat hospitality staff with kindness and understanding. But this experience completely ruined what should have been a special morning for us, and we left deeply disappointed. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this venue and our faith in it has been lost. I hope management seriously reflects on this, as no guest should be made to feel the way we did that day.

Visited here on my short trip to Leicester. Absolutely loved the aesthetic of this place. It was roomy, clean and very airy. Looks like the ideal place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service was a little slow, however when they came out, all the dishes tasted exceptional and were so well presented 🤩 Portions were decent too! Customer service was 10/10, can't fault them, despite how busy it was. When next in Leicester, I'll be back.

On arrival, &Kith had a nice ambiance and the staff seemed attentive, especially considering it was a busy Sunday morning. Our food came out in good time, which I appreciated. However, I was immediately put off by the dirty cutlery at our table, which is unacceptable. I asked for it to be changed, but honestly, it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. When my coffee arrived, the handle of the mug was also visibly dirty and the cup itself felt unclean. At that point, I was just completely put off but decided to give the food a shot. The food itself was good, with generous portions, and the staff were polite and responsive, hence the two stars. But cleanliness is a serious issue here, and it really makes me question the hygiene standards being followed. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a similar experience in Leicester. Not sure what kind of service people are used to accepting in this country, but this shouldn’t be normal.

An aesthetically pleasing brunch spot to meet up with family and friends. Me and my amigo ordered an English breakfast. I ordered a Nutella hot chocolate and my friend ordered the Spanish latte. The food was tasty, came out of the kitchen in a timely fashion and tasted yummy. The atmosphere was very loud and busy. The seating wasn’t too bad and there was enough room to move around freely. The service could be slow at times e.g picking up the bill/ asking for a takeaway box. However, that is no fault of the servers as they were very busy and rushed off of their feet. I would definitely come here again and enjoy the food and drinks!

I recently visited &Kith with my friends, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The best part is that the food is halal, which gives you a lot of great options to choose from. This was my first time trying the pulled brisket mac and cheese, and it was incredible! The portion size was generous enough for two people. My friend ordered the firecracker chicken with rice, which came with an Indo-Chinese sauce, and they loved it. We also enjoyed matcha, a latte, and cold Spanish pistachio drinks. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic!

We went as a family for breakfast on Mother's day.Really disappointed with the service as it took ages for the order to come to us. Almost 45 minutes it must have taken maybe longer. Once the food came as we ordered vegan breakfast we were disappointed to see egg omelette on the plate. The food itself wasn't really amazing very basic.They forgot to give chips as well.We then had to wait further. The atmosphere felt like a cattle market with people queuing and people eating with lots of noise. The decor is very clean looking the layout is good with a hint of Scandinavian look. As the the name says Kith we were really disappointed as a family to experience poor standards for a breakfast costing over £70.

Been here a few times and this place never disappoints , great food great service and just a really nice place to eat .jameel the waiter was so welcoming and recommended great food. Thoroughly recommend

Amazing food, humble staff and hospitality - thank you!

Came in today, was served by Jameel he was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and was very kind. We ordered the Ice Spanish White Bueno and it was the best iced coffee i’ve had in Leicester, the matcha mango and passion was average. The food however, was disappointing The poutine pulled beef was quite boring and bland and didn’t look anywhere as good as the photo on the window of the restaurant. Also got the Hot Honey Jalapeno Chicken and it was average aswell. For the price, I would have expected better and more flavourful food. Went here today and ordered the Beef Poutine, Hot Honey Jalapeño Chicken, iced white bueno and mango & passion matcha. The drinks were 10/10, but the food was slightly underwhelming, yet still enjoyable. We were served by Jameel, he was amazing and so attentive, caring for all our needs. A very friendly and thoughtful server, 11/10 customer service!

Got there on Eid day in the afternoon and was received by the manager in the store that day called Stephen. First he tried to send us away by telling us waiting time is 40 minutes to an hour. We told him we don’t mind waiting because we could see people going. Then when the tables were ready we have three children and we requested to be seated at the corner end because it was available. The waitress spoken to the manager and he told her we can be seated anywhere and that table was for people who were behind us. We told her we have been here before them and it is not appropriate you are discriminating between customers. We waited and we should be given that spot. She went back to him and she told him that he approached me threatening me that I can’t use such words because they can not accept us in the restaurant. I told him I was merely stating the fact and he didn’t like that I asked for him name. We were seated and the waitress bless her she had to serve us and she was embarrassed and kept apologising because the manager could not handle the pressure. He was having a go at all his staff don’t take my word for it ask about his behaviour to his staff the truth will come out. Anyways food was horrible because everything was rushed out because they were busy. We hardly ate anything most of it was tasteless and wasted over £100. People in charge should select good manager who is more welcoming and understanding specially when we are paying premium for the food. At least treat his fellow coworkers well. I would never go there and I would recommend you checking other places nearby plenty better food and you’ll be appreciated and want to go back. The day was spoiled because of grumpy manager. Don’t water your money or your self respect.

We had a wonderful experience at &Kith today! The menu was extensive, offering plenty of great choices for everyone. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, happily answering any questions we had. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We especially enjoyed the chicken tenders, garlic fries, half Indian breakfast, and crème brûlée French toast. The coffee selection was excellent, both in variety and quality. The premises were clean and spacious, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere. We’ll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend &Kith to others!

Placed an order for delivery today with uber eats for 3 Matcha’s. One iced blueberry matcha, one original iced matcha and one white chocolate matcha. From the first few sips we knew something was not right, we tried mixing the matcha and tried again and that is when we all realised the milk that was used was spoiled/expired since it tasted and smelled like rotten milk. We tried to call the restaurant to confirm the dates on the products but there was no answer after attempting to reach them a few times. After 2 hours one person had thrown up and another had passed out after feeling really unwell. We complained on uber eats and got a full refund. Checking the dates on products is basic health and safety, and it’s concerning that there is a lack of care for paying customers. I will be spreading the message to avoid & Kith because today’s incident was really serious and I would not want anyone else to go through what we did today. Food poisoning is not a joke.

El inodoro una desgracia, si hubiera usado el inodoro antes de haber comido, no habría comido aquí! Piso cubierto de agua / orina, la puerta no se cerraba correctamente ya que el piso estaba deformado. Era tan malo, que un hombre cambió a su bebé en una mesa ya que el inodoro estaba tan mal. Sí, informé de esto al personal que mencionó que a menudo tenían que abrir la puerta para dejar salir a la gente! Tuve el desayuno inglés completo, estaba bien, aunque los frijoles horneados venían en un plato no más grande que un dedal - se podía contar el número de frijoles horneados!

I came here based on the good reviews yet the food was below average, that is very underwhelming. I ordered the shakshuka, the eggs were done nice but the base of the dish tasted like pasta sauce. My friend ordered a full english, the toast was not even buttered properly and to be honest her plate looked quite dry. This was evident in the food not being finished. The drinks were nice but smaller than other places around town, yet pricier. The ambience was nice as expected and service, yet the food was an example of looks better than it tastes. 2.5/5 stars.

The food was nice and definitely had some interesting choices like dhaal with English breakfast but overall food was good, needed some more spices/herbs as it was slightly bland but service was good and the staff were very friendly.

I was recommended this place by a family member and it didn’t disappoint. The matcha brown sugar drink was decent but on the smaller side of things. The half Indian breakfast definitely was unique and I quite enjoyed the lentil it was served with. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of were the chicken sausages which weren’t to my liking. The pistachio and raspberry french toast was nice but I had to wait quite a while for this (30 mins or so). I also believe it would’ve tasted much better if it was without the raspberry coulis/sauce but that’s just my opinion. Overall was good experience and would recommend!

Lovely cafe to dine at. Beautiful interior, super cute! Lunch was pretty good too, esp the desserts. Shoutout to the manager, Steven, who was sincere in helping us ensure we didn’t wait too long for our food despite the peak hour. Will be back 💯

Amazing experience from the staff to the food even if the restaurant was really busy on that time ! The manager came immediately to our table he went through all the menu with us and gave us the best recommendations! He was so competent and knew exactly how do his job when most of them they don’t ! One of the best brunch places in Leicester! When we come again from Sheffield definitely will be the first place to visit ! Gongrats 👏

Went here for breakfast this morning. The food quality was out of this world and the drinks equally good. My partner has the vegan breakfast and really rated that also. Will definitely be coming back.

Aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately a big let down. French toast lacked flavour and tasted like basic brown bread with minimal flavour. Even the sauces could not bring it back to life. Btw if you are buying the pistachio french toast know that the white chocolate sauce is supposedly mixed into the pistachio Overall probably the lowest rated french toast ever ( all guests agreed) Honey butter toast extremely chewy (had it before and was 10 times better) Unfortunately staff cant handle a basic request of providing extra hot latte and still served the drink lukewarm To the individual sitting with the laptop staring at customers- Surely he has better things to do supervising the kitchen staff in making sure they dont make the worst french toast possible Waste of every penny ( cost around £90 for 4 people to be disappointed)

I booked a brunch for 12 girls and a baby, for my sisters bridal brunch. It was the best decision ever! All transactions were made so simple, everything was catered to our preferences, and they even accommodated us last minute for an autistic guest. The food was served hot fresh, and tasted absolutely amazing. Some places cheapen out and use the microwave but not this place. We were all genuinely stunned with how amazing the service was. The manager was incredible and so friendly, but all the staff were. I booked us private dining in a little beautiful private booth. They allowed us to come early and decorate the area, we were so overwhelmed by how beautiful the place was and how clean it was. I will definitely be coming back. I’m beyond grateful for every single little thing and how amazing the experience was 100/100 recommend :)

The food was really tasty but unfortunately came out lukewarm for all of our party, the restaurant was really dirty, unclean menus, dirty and stained seats and there is one toilet for the whole restaurant which smelt horrendous and was disgusting,

My experience of &kith has always been a positive one . I Was the recent giveaway winner and the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. THE FOOD WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS !! The ambience was great. I would truly recommend & kith to my friends and family. It was my mums first time going to & kith and she really loved it .

We was a party of 12 girls and 1 child. Everyone was super nice, very accommodating and even laughed at our jokes when they didn’t want too😂. We had a very nice time in the private dining area, and nothing was too much of hassle. We would definitely be back. Special shoutout to Steven, and his employees!

The second time we've eaten here and both times it's been absolutely delicious. Top notch coffee as well, I'd actually go as far to say one of the best in the city. Service is smooth, not rushed and the staff are friendly and really know their stuff.

This is my favourite restaurant as it has excellent food, coffees, service and staff. The pistachio latte is the best latte that I have had. A special mention to Steven as he always goes above and beyond and is an excellent host. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

All great apart from one toilet in grubby area...it really let it down . Sort your bathroom area out.

Finally a cafe in Leicester with a beautiful atmosphere that invites you to sit and relax. Great minimal decor and playlist and excellent service. The pancakes are delicious and fluffy. Next time we will definitely try some salty dish, because we were the envy of the neighbors!

Waited over 35 minutes for pancakes and french toast, food took so long by the time it had come to the table it was cold and I had lost my appetite, so wasted journey. Not somewhere you should be eating if you value your time and money.

I visited &kith today with my Son and I was really impressed with the food and service I received. I heard about this place from my Nephew so I came all the way from bham to see whether it was good as he made it sound and he was not wrong - The food was 10/10 and so was the service ! Special mention to Farooq who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with the excellent customer service he gave which made the visit worth my while . My Son has severe Allergy to all Nuts (Has Anaphalaxia) and is intolerant to Dairy so Farooq kindly gave us a bespoke service where he was very attentive and listened to my request very carefully and in the end was able to deliver a delicious brunch sweet and savoury accommodating to my son’s dietary requirement . He delivered food customised to my son’s dietary requirements which I am really grateful for. I am appreciative of Farooqs kind gesture especially because we have previously experienced bad experience visiting other food places in the UK with his allergens - often restauranteurs are hesitant to accommodate to my sons needs such as places like Karak chai in Birmingham who refused to serve my Son because he had Nut allergy as they are afraid that Allergy would occur so did not want to take any risks! However At &Kith Farooq embraced the challenges despite the situation and came up with delicious food for every single one of us ! Honestly I would recommend over and over again! Thank You &kith will definitely be visiting again and I have already recommended to my family and friends !

NOT suitable for people with allergies at all. They are not accommodating and extremely rude and act as though you are burdening them by having allergies to gluten and dairy.

Thank you for your excellent service, i have a dairy and nut allergy and was treated very well by the staff members. They accommodated me well and even made me a french toast that i was allowed to eat, despite my allergies. Breakfast was also very nice

Farouk runs an amazing business with great staff. We were greeted by himself and seated for a group of 7 hungry gym goes who just trained for an hour previously. Staff were friendly and very welcoming as well as owner Farouk looking after our service personally and catering for both my brother and a friends birthday. The food was sensational! Great selection on the menu which is clear and precise with very tasty options for vegetarian and non vegetarian diners. I’m glad we went early as the restaurant was quick to fill which speaks volumes about my overall review. A place to be visited by anybody in Leicester town. 10/10

The restaurant offers modern Indian cuisine. Although the food selection is limited, the taste is very good and there are a lot of beautiful desserts. Waffles are his specialty, and the quality of the different coffees and other drinks is very high. There are also cocktails.

Amazing service, it was quiet so the staff were able to sit down with us while choosing from the menu and even gave us a free drink to try out! One really good thing is they have a nice prayer room, which is really convenient.

Nice place to hang out with friends. We ordered the Short Rib Waffle and it was tasty. The rib was tender and juicy fall off the bone. And garlic mushroom went well with the rib and waffle. Sweet and savoury in the same bite. The potion size was huge so it is good value for money. I ordered the Iced Dragon Fruit Matcha, very pretty to look at and it tasted great too. Overall experience was really good and I would recommend this place 👍

I come here for breakfast every couple of weeks because it's the best breakfast in town. I always have the veg half Indian and it never disappoints. The chai is well balanced, the dal is warming and delicious, the paratha absolutely slaps. The staff are friendly but not overbearing and the price is good. No complaints, just praise. Thanks &kith

Not worth it at all just all for aesthetics food and coffee is disgusting Ordered the veg breakfast food arrived stone cold couldn’t even finish it felt like I was going to be sick when told the staff they didn’t seem bothered and just apologised for that charging London prices for a very basic breakfast and coffee was just so bitter won’t recommend.

I got steak and eggs but was somewhat disappointed by the large amount of sweet indo/chinese tasting sauce all over the plate....it definetely wasnt what I was expecting when I ordered steak and eggs (was hoping for something more classic). Breakfast should taste like breakfast not dinner! Either way, I have been here before and have enjoyed other dishes. Hot drinks delicious. Toilet facilities need a clean and flush needs to be fixed. Would come again for breakfast but to try something different next time.

Food was good but cold Didn't bring my coffee until i asked after ordering what seemed like an age afterwards to be told oh it's here on the side!!!

Lovely coffee/ brunch spot in leicester, food is fresh n really tasty, coffee was really nice, service was good and atmosphere was relaxing, family friendly, halal food. Cakes are from chloe gourmet which is nice.

I recently visited &kith and tried the summer exclusive matcha, which were very, very good and rosita dessert🍰🧋.The staff was extremely attentive and skilled. A special thanks to Steven, the store manager, who made my experience fantastic😃😃.Not only was the drink and service excellent, but the cafè is beautiful, the ambiance very nice and cozy, making it a café I will definitely revisit🤩.
