Frankie & Benny's in Leicester

Ordered a single course and it was just incredibly slow start to finish.

Wasn't busy on a Sunday, more staff than customers. Service very slow. Total of 1 hour just for 2 desserts.

Angelica was an amazing host and the food was great!

ANGEL was a particularly friendly host and made our 11 year old feel very special on her birthday- huge thanks!

A few days ago I visited this place and was absolutely stunned by the quality of service from a girl named Angelina (or was it Angelica?) She did her best and served me one of the best meals I've had in ages. The atmosphere was great also. I'll definetely recommend this place!!!

Angel is an absolute blessing. Throughout my entire stay she made me feel welcome and accommodated to, and was incredibly respectful the whole time. She really makes an impact on your stay, would highly recommend based on her service alone! The food is also top quality and good value for money; the environment is enjoyable and id definitely return.

We enjoyed a tasty meal with 2 very energetic/ hangry kids. A huge shout out to Mel who was super friendly and efficient and took the time to built rapport with us. She very kindly talked with our 2 kids and was really proactive in helping us to have as smooth a dining experience as possible with a 2 year old determined to play hide and seek under the table. We could see her treating every table with the same attention to detail. She’s brilliant.

Great service from Angel but my pizza was absolutely tasteless and the extra pineapple (£1.25) would probably have added up to one ring of tinned pineapple. The base wasn’t cooked through the sauce was tasteless as was the cheese, a dreadful waste of money. I haven’t been here for a long time and I certainly wouldn’t eat there again, based on today.

When we arrived we were surprised to see that the menu had changed. Angelica was very kind and informed us that there had been a menu change. After the meal we ordered dessert and were upset to see that our fav brownie had gone 😭. Angelica was so helpful getting us a brownie which was very kind.

We were served by Mel and she was so friendly and accommodating. She made sure our order was taken and food came out quickly while our baby was sleeping. She even put us in a table further away from people so it was quieter. Amazing customer service!

Requested in my online booking that it was my wife's birthday and if they could sing happy birthday when they brought out the desert, however this did not happen. The food was good but disappointed on the evening.

Popped into Frankie & Bennys, Lecister today for some food, and was very impressed with the whole service. our Server Mel was very polite, professional and friendly. I asked for a kids menu which she obliged very easily with no questions from her. Mel had a great sense of humor, had me and my friend giggling and was very understanding towards my issues . Would defo come back again, Thank you Mel.

Went to F&B yesterday in Leicester Highcross. Haven't been to this one before. It had a nice atmosphere. We had a lovely meal and thought it was good value too. It was very busy, with only a couple of staff but we were made to feel very welcome and they did an amazing job of looking after us, especially our waitress Vicky who was very polite and attentive. Will definitely be going back.
