We enjoyed an early meal (since we had an engagement to attend in Leicester at 7pm), loved the scrumptious-sounding menu choices and finally each selected the chicken stack with bacon and BBQ sauce meal....fantastic! Great service and atmosphere, and looking forward to returning for further meals when we have evening engagements in Leicester city centre.

A special shoutout to our waitress, Taylor—she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly made our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

I had a wonderful time at Frankie and Bennys at High Cross Leicester. I’m not a huge fan of pizza normally but the pizza I had was amazing. Just wanted to mention James the service I received was 100% He is a credit your restaurant . Highly recommend

Visited the high Ross restaurant on Thursday evening with our 2 young grandsons whilst visiting the light up Leicester event. Food was great and we received excellent service from Angelikaw she was really friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble

An amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and staff absolutely attentive and knowledgeable about the food, especially Loredana, the manager on the day, very helpful in advising us about the menu and the cocktails. Visited at the weekend along with my family. It was busy and got even busier. The waitress was friendly and helpful. After we'd ordered our food and drink she told us there was only one person doing the drinks, so we'd have to wait. She wasn't wrong. Food arrived after not too long, but most meals had items that were cold, chips, onion rings etc. When I paid the bill the waitress asked if we could leave a tip in cash, we told her we didn't have cash and her attitude changed! Not what we expected!

Lucky enough to be seated and served by Angelika again, always with a friendly welcome and looks after us with great efficiency and always with a smile. Drinks and food arrived promptly even though restaurant was extremely busy.

A lovely dinner for a catch up with friends. Food was delicious and quick! The Girl who served us, I think her name was Amelia, was so lovely and attentive, she couldn’t do enough for us.
