I always go here, staff are lovely and amazing. If you haven’t had the crispy duck noodles, you’re living your life wrong… I would always go here when I’m in London. Or when I have a craving. So worth the travels. Thanks a lot guys 💕

I‘ve been here a million of times. Because K I'm a student from LSE, coming here only takes me 10 minutes on foot. The waiters and waitress here Alpha, Shoxa, Elina, Firdavas and Romaine treated me like my friends , very accommodating, friendly and kind. I love almost all dishes and drinks served here!!! This place is like my daily canteen to me and my friends.❤️

We visited Busaba Covent Garden to celebrate our daughter’s birthday as party of 6. The staff was very attentive and made every effort to make it special for us. The decor is passable but quality of food made up for lack of decor. Would highly recommend the calamari, spring rolls, sharing platter for two, crispy duck noodles, sirloin steak and king prawn red curry. Everything ordered came out lovely really. All of the staff were very friendly especially Gian who served us. Thank you!

Everything was good like always, we traveled from Rome and since years we have a lunch o dinner in Busaba, always our best choice! Emre was delicious like our green curry and very professional!!

Very poor service attitude! ! ! The waiter was watching people take out the dishes, but the rice was also unpalatable. Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people. Don't avoid lightning! ! !

Wouldn’t recommend especially for date night. Had to wait 10 mins after our booking time to be seated to then be put on a large shared table. The bench was wobbly every time the other person we didn’t know moved the whole bench did - like a seesaw. Ordered a sharing platter which was stingy came with 2 of each thing like just 2 spring rolls! Went and had another meal afterwards! Paid extra for the rice which had no flavour, just plain rice with scrambled egg and spring onion.

Food was super nice and good quality, and so was the service. Daria was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant totally recommend

Visited yesterday after a show. It was 6pm so starting to get busy. Friendly welcome, asked for seating more private & they seated us upstairs overlooking the restaurant, amazing table but the stool seats were so uncomfortable with no back support! Service by Beba was fantastic, attentive but not intrusive. Food was wonderful. Reasonable prices. Would definitely return.

Came for dinner and were able to get a table without a prior booking. I was a fan of the green curry and pad thai - the pad thai especially was very well done. The calamari was yummy. The rice with beef was unfortunately not my favorite - just a tad bit too spicy for me. But for the price, this was very good food. Ending the dinner with mango sticky rice was just perfect.

Such a lovely restaurant. I took my niece here after the theatre for dinner to celebrate her 18th birthday. The staff at Busaba Covent Garden couldn’t have been nicer. Alpha, Fir and Bell were so pleasant and helpful and gave us complimentary Prosecco and a special birthday dessert for my niece. Would definitely come back.

The chicken is very tender and the green curry is also delicious. You can be full for 20-30 per person, which is pretty good.

We’ve visited this place couple of days ago, and very pleased with it. We would recommend having Calamari, Som Tam salad, classic pad Thai and Grilled Roti. Thanks to staff, his name was Shoxrux, giving us all the recommendations and not disappointed us :) Would definitely visit Covent Garden branch again!

We had the pre theatre 2 course meal and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, flavours amazing and the dessert menu also worth checking out! The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing and welcoming, all of the staff were friendly and attentive, we'll definitely be visiting again soon.

Así que pedí el King Prawn Red Curry y lo que me sirvieron fueron unos 6 camarones pequeños realmente insípidos y solo un King Prawn. Los camarones baratos creo que eran pequeños congelados importados de China. Nunca me han servido un plato de tan baja calidad, aunque los camarones individuales dados era excelente, pero no volveré debido a esto.

Had the 2-course pre-theatre menu which was really good value. Food was delicious and you got more than enough. All staff were welcoming and friendly, especially our waiter Beka.

A friend and I went to dinner here this evening prior to coming to the theatre. They have a fantastic “pre theatre” deal of 2 courses for £17, which is actually a lot of food and all of which was incredibly good! The service from the staff especially Alpha was amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you and really made you feel like special guests! Will defo be returning. Great service, great price & great food!

A little on the pricier side but always a hit. Delicious Thai food ranging from wok fried dishes to mouthwatering curries. Service is very friendly and helpful too. Our server Emre was delightful, and very polite. He helped us out a lot throughout our experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone who visits London. If you come here, their signature calamari is a MUST.

Surprisingly empty on Friday lunch! Very nice looking place with kind staff and most importantly delicious Thai food - can't say anything about authenticity(I've never been to Thailand), but the dishes tasted like a truly asian ones. Every one of them was great(I mentioned all of them below), so I highly recommend coming with family or in a group of friends, and try as many different plates as your budget allows xd. Have a great weekend everybody!

I’ve been to a few Busaba restaurants in London but this may be my favourite one due to the amazing service from the waiter Shoxrux! Top man and the food was lovely.

It was so loud that my ear hurt, but the staff found me a more quiet table upstairs. The green curry was the best I've ever had! Amazing flavor, crisp vegetables, tender chicken. Cudos to the chef! Very good service, too. At first, it seemed they didn't want to serve a single person, but once I was at the table, the waiter was excellent.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Busaba Covent Garden. The food was served cold, and Pad Thai dish was practically inedible as the noodles were stuck together. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no apology or sense of urgency. The manager, who served us, seemed indifferent and unhelpful. After waiting far too long for a replacement, we decided to cancel the order altogether. The lack of basic customer service combined with cold, poorly prepared food made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.”

I had an amazing dining experience Busaba. The flavors were absolutely authentic, and every dish was a perfect blend of spices. The green chicken curry was rich and aromatic, with a perfect level of heat. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Highly recommend it to anyone craving genuine Thai cuisine.

Chilli beef is good - lunch deal is worth it

Only good thing about this place is the really nice staff and the place is really nice. The curry is not real curry, 400 kcals for 17 pounds which means you are getting 100 gr of chicken and 10 green beans…

O restaurante é agradável. Na internet estava como restaurante tailandês mas no cardápio muito mais comida japonesa. Eu, que não gosto de pimenta, escolhi um prato com milanesa de porco mas não comi o curry, Bang Kapi Katsu, e para sobremesa pancake de banana com sorvete de creme.

I came here with my wife while visiting London. Well, I go to Thai restaurants in the United States a lot, it was my first time doing so in London. It is hard to see storefront from the street, but once inside the restaurant is clean and decorated. My wife and I decided to share, so we got the appetizers for two, the beef noodles, and a side of broccoli and rice. All the food was excellent. The only thing I disliked was that they told us they would bring all the food at the same time. I asked if they would bring the appetizers first, but they said they didn’t do that. Not sure if that is a European thing, or this particular restaurant. The appetizer sampling dish was excellent, I recommend it for everyone. But by the time we got to the main dish, the food had grown cold. I would have given them five stars, except for this fact. I only dinged them one star because they were upfront and honest about it at the beginning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in with my family and my baby brother, and from the moment we sat down, the service was so rude that we immediately left . My baby brother, who was on my lap, picked up a spoon and started tapping a glass. Before I even had a chance to react, one of the staff members—who I believe was the general manager—stormed over to our table, grabbed the items out of his hand, and proceeded to lecture me about letting kids near cutlery. I was in the process of moving things away, but he didn’t even give me the chance. He just snatched it away and scolded me in front of my family, as if I wasn’t already being attentive. The rudeness was astounding. This place is anything but child-friendly. After this unprofessional and condescending treatment, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We left immediately—never coming back.

We stopped by for dinner before the theatre. We had songkhla beef and green curry. The food was delicious but it was served cold. The staff never made eye contact with their customers. We had to wait a long time to ask the bill.

My husband and I wanted a quick meal early Saturday evening before going to a concert nearby. Mary managed to accommodate us, although we hadn't booked, as long as they could get the table back in 1 hour. Although I usually avoid chain restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by this Thai restaurant. The food was good and a manager, Vanessa, was careful to check on wheat-free options for me. We had the calamari and chicken satay to share. My husband chose a spicy soup dish - Tom Yam Goong - and I chose a classic Pad Thai. Great choice in a very touristy area (Covent Garden) and great service. Advise booking in advance.

My friend took me out as a treat and we needed to get to a show. I did not want to make her feel bad so didn't send my food back which I normally would have done. I had the katsu and rice dish and am shocked the kitchen sent it out in the state it was in. Not sure how the waitress cohkd actually bring it to the table. Do they not check the food before they send it out? It was visibly black around the edges, burnt crumbs and rock hard. The chicken was so hard and dry inside the burnt crumbs.

Shoxruk has such great customer service. Always catered to our needs. Lovely person. Great asset to the team.

Went here for a dinner last saturday. Food is amazing, vibe is very cozy. It’s a bit hard to find at first but we managed. Good service by Gian👌 making sure we had the best time. Looking forward to our next visit.

I went to this beautiful place to have a good meal and yes they were too good and the food oh my god it is just out of the world and they have this waiter called Gian, he was too good the way he took care of me was really good. He made sure i was fed and made sure i was comfortable. He is just as amazing as the food they serve.

I love the overall vibe of the restaurant. The food was really good But service was what made it shine. Gian was helpful and bright all night long and helped me and my friends with our orders and made it an amazing experience overall.

I had an amazing experience at Busaba last week! The food was absolutely delicious—I ordered the Thai Pad, which had a perfect lime flavor that made the dish so light and refreshing. The river noodles were chewy and perfectly cooked, with a great texture that wasn’t slimy at all. The addition of crushed peanuts was spot on and really enhanced the dish. I also want to give a shout-out to our waitress, Mary, who was incredibly professional and attentive. I accidentally spilled some water, and she immediately wiped it up for me with a smile. Her service made the meal even more enjoyable! As a student, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a 15% discount. That, along with the great food and service, means I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Went yesterday early evening for a quick dinner. Server friendly and pleasant. Food portion was good and tasty (well cooked). Food also came out within 7 minutes. I've been to this restaurant 30+ times and food consistently good.

I would never recommend this restaurant. I have been here three times, and the quality of the food every time is different. This time the quality was even worse.

Had a birthday party celebrations with about 20 people there. Everyone left with a big smile and a happy belly full of yummy food! From the email correspondence to the actual celebrations, everything went smoothly. It's a great location, close to Covent Garden and Leicester Sq, but just off a quiet road. The food was very tasty, arrived quickly, and was served in big bowls across our tables. A vast menu was offered and truly appreciated. A good drink selection with lots of nonalcoholic options available. We had our private area for the party where everyone could mingle, play games with the little ones, and also have an open closet to hang out bags and coats. Highly recommend 5 stars and more for the good fun, great food, and service. (Did not take too many pictures of the food as we were taking lots of pics and vids with the loved ones!)

I would like to start with the fact that I love Busaba for more than 4 years. Since we have discovered it we have probably been more than 60 times in different locations and talked about it very highly to our friends and family. Last night was a complete disaster and utterly disappointed with the experience. I have requested for the Black pepper beef noodles to be done with rice noodles instead of the egg noodles as a preference and stated it is not an allergy. The staff then informed me that is not possible to which I have added that it has always been done for us in different locations and it is tasting so much better. They have refused to do so and didn’t give a plausible answer why it would not be possible to accommodate my request while the staff were very cold and unpleasant( is rice noodles more expensive than the egg ones??). As expected the egg noodles were in fact just spaghetti and too much oil added in the dish. The restaurant look is tired with stained walls , chipped furnitured and women’s bathroom is not what you would expect in such a central location. Second stall door on the right doesn’t even close fully. It is fair to say the Stratford, Oxford circus and shephard’s bush locations are far better and will stick with those from now on considering that the prices over the past 2 years went up a lot, a better service would be expected. Portions sizes for starters compared to the price is just not good as 5 small pieces of dry calamari is rounding up to almost £10. For a meal that was not as expected and overall bad experience we have paid £63 including the service charge that out of respect to hospitality industry I couldn’t ask to be removed. Hope the management will take into consideration my review and make a few improvements as people are not stupid and they can tell when quality is no longer provided and will find other restaurants to dine at.
