Food arrived nice and hot, on time and was delicious!!!

arrived 30 minutes after being marked as out for delivery. everything cold. absolute waste of money. I knew as soon as notified out for delivery, and the expected time was over half an hour. the food would arrive cold. I wish I had checked and refused it. will never use again. and will be requesting full refund

well cooked and hot and plentiful.

I order from these guys so much, genuinely upset this time as the bottom of the pizza was brown and almost burnt.

Worst takeaway I’ve had in 30 years pizza was dry hardly any cheese on the daredevil pizza chips must of been left in the oil for days because it was like eating oil shocking I strongly advise no one to waste there money on this place

The pizza was cold which was a shame, if it was hot it would have been really nice & I was only sent 4 wings instead of 6

Driver was excellent delivered with care

our delivery driver was very nice and friendly.. chips were a bit cold.

Chips were soggy and sweating in container pizza warm at best ingredients not great quality 🤔

Food was “late” as said on app so phoned up was told we would have it in 20 mins so waited turns out it was in reception so food was ice cold. Cold garlic bread, cold pizza, cold chips. Unedible.

I’m not from the area just visiting for a few nights so ordered from here last night and despite some bad prior reviews i was very impressed food was lovely hot and on time. No complaints from me. They did forgot our drinks tho but that’s not the end of the world

Food was a bit late but when it arrived it was hot and very nice! Best pizza and chicken wings I’ve had from bicester. Very impressed and worth waiting an extra 20 minutes for!

What can i say, if your looking for a delicous pizza or are in the mood for a burger or even just some lite bites, this place has all your choices covered with great quality food and exceptional service. Great service , food was a bit hit and miss this time burgers were nice though they need to improve on the salad they put in them . Chips were sorry like they had been in the microwave. Chicken nuggets over cooked.

Driver was lovely and friendly. Hope he managed to find a way around the closed roads to his next delivery. Bless him. Such a lovely person.

Ordered 3 boxes of chips which super soggy, tried to save them in the oven but they just turned to mush. That’s £9 wasted. Yet the box of twisters (curly chips) we ordered where super crispy. So it’s wasn’t down to the chips sweating while out on delivery… very disappointed

Love this place but have to say today's order was a bit disappointing. Not very hot when it arrived ,not much sauce on the burger and salad was almost non existent..

Food took 90 minutes from ordering to arrive. Only nice thing was the burger. Chips and cheese were cold and one solid block where the cheese had started to firm, pizza was cold and apple pie was very greesy

This pizza house is one of the best we have ever used. We were using other big brands before but after terrible service lately we are now supporting local. Great service and great pizza!

The delivery driver lied to the restaurant about trying to call me to figure out how to get to the address and then proceeded to just dump the food in a random location. After the food had been left the testy said that he did not try to contact me again, so if I had not of called them then I would not have known where my food was. Also due to it being left outside for an unknown amount of time it was all cold when I found it.

Don’t order pizza from here - base was weirdly chewy.

The fact we had to ring to cancel as this was going on 2 hours late and never received a refund is disgusting. I've only even left 5 star reviews for you but I'll see if I change that.

Cold pizza! Very dry! Didn’t get the 4 pieces of garlic bread that was offered in the deal selected!

We decided to try a local pizza place instead of one of the chains tonight; we were not disappointed. Lots of choice on the menu, with a range of well priced deals and the option to customise each pizza with crust, base and extra toppings. We had a deep pan Chicago Feast with the BBQ sauce and a thin crust Chicken Combo with the tomato and garlic sauce. Both were packed with flavour and brimming with toppings. Customer service on pick up was great too, with our order being kept warm for us in one of the delivery bags. Will definitely be back soon!

The pizzas were dry and had almost no cheese on it.

Prawn cocktail.. no taste. Cheeseburger..rubber, cold not nice. Cheese & Beans, very good, no vinegar that was asked for. Popcorn chicken, cold and rock hard. Spicy chicken wings.. looked under cooked. The cans were cold, great. Driver never rang on arrival as he had no phone I was told by the shop... Lied to as driver said he had a phone so could of called instead of standing in the cold, good job it wasn't raining and blowing a gale... Overall... Rude and awful food. Should I ask for my money back... Yes. Would I get it, probably not. Would I recommend? Not a chance .

Delivered to my lorry, followed instruction to find me. Food was nice, delivered on time however they gave a 45 minute window. And driver was polite

Food was overdone, paid for 3 dips and only got 2, and it took an hour and a half to be delivered.

At first they said they could find us. Then they left the food left outside, apparently knock and rang bell, but if that had happened my dog would of barked.

It was good pizza but the base was very doughy, which tells me the dough was too big or over proved before being used. The base was an inch thick.

The food was disgusting, will not be eating from here again.

Food turned up hot even if the order was delayed cant fault the people who work there even sorted us out with a free fudge cake even when they didn’t have too, And it tasted amazing on top of all that!

Was a decent pizza. Had the pizza thin for a change which was pleasant. I also had to delay the order twice as i wouldn't be home in time due to traffic which they were flexible about.

Nothing bad with receiving my order earlier than expected since i asked for it to be delivered as soon as possible. I had an delicious pizza margarita and as desert the waffles with maple syrup on the side. It was really good!

The food was delicious, as always, and steaming hot!
