Fabulous place to go for breakfast, very friendly staff, luckily we were early as very popular place to eat being made obvious by a queue forming outside and I could see why as we really enjoyed our breakie. We chose it as it was very close to viking centre and we were lucky we did as it was a good start to the day, we were greeted and served by a very friendly staff member Soph, thank you

Great little spot ticked out of the way. The staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. They have a good selection of beers on tap and in cans. The food menu has extensive choice of burgers, sides, mac n cheese, loaded fries and some good veggie options. Regular specials keep it interesting too. We've tried a lot of different things off the menu and all has been great but particularly some of the 'out there' stuff like the Vada Pav and Katsu burgers and the curry and mango chutney loaded fries. Highly recommend

I took my partner to the York store on our first date. We were made to feel very welcome, and were able to snuggle up in comfort to play some board games and have refreshments. Happy to say we're still going strong, so thanks to all the team for creating a great experience.

With a love for craft beer our visit to York wouldn't have been complete without a visit to the Brew York brewery and tap room, it certainly didn't disappoint! These guys have a crazy amount of craft beers from them selves and guest ales too. When you walk down into the yard you are greeted by a nice little gift shop and then up some steps and into the tap room. We didn't eat here but the food did look amazing!

Found this little gem of a restaurant through trip advisor and we weren’t disappointed. We had the staters deep fried pickles and the fried shrimp then mains we both had the beefy boy burger and for desert the crème brûlée and key lime pie. Could not fault any part of the food and the service is exceptional, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

Place very basic and very limited range of products. Three to four staff on - all pleasant but not busy at all. Had Hot Chocolate donuts at £4 each. Donut quite tough - chocolate topping reasonable , synthetic cream topping cheap and unacceptable at this price . More like a School bake sale than a commercial product . Nice folk but would never go in again .

Not busy when we got there, maybe one or 2 customers but the tables were absolutely filthy. We ordered the food which was tasty but couldn't believe the price. Almost £5 for a self serve soft drink. Toilet needs a code to go in but while I was using it, a lady just barged in as once inside, doors don't lock. Mayonnaise satchel was out of date -dec 2024. Not good for a first impression. Sad as I had really high hopes! Rip off. First and last visit.
