Amazing place, very nice food, good ashompe for Leeds game.

Food was cold, 3 star as taken price of partners burger of the bill total.

We had a lovely evening , it was 4 of us and it was our first visit. The food, service and atmosphere was very nice.

Booked a table for 10 to do wings Wednesday. Arrived and the place was shut. No communication from them to let me know they where not opening

the food here is always great. the staff are also amazing, especially eva who went above and beyond for us today. she even brought over a complimentary cocktail as it was my mum’s birthday. totally recommend!

Food was really good and service spot on, Lois was really friendly and food came quickly.

Visitamos hoy después de haber probado un pub cercano para la comida hace unas semanas y estar muy decepcionado. Me alegro mucho de haber bebido en el minero en muchas ocasiones pero nunca comimos y después de esta tarde definitivamente volveremos. El personal era fantástico la joven que nos atendió en el bar y tomó nuestra orden era encantador y se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo necesario. La comida no era simplemente flasheado fuera, desde mi asiento podía ver al chef creando nuestras comidas que sí tomó un poco más de tiempo que decir sus cucharas locales y pub cercano (que siempre me molesta que la comida puede estar listo tan rápido) todas las comidas a la llegada eran piping caliente y delicioso. Afortunadamente optamos por las patatas fritas gruesas que eran enormes, muy recomendable!

Visitó TGIF para una bebida, tenían 2 por 1 opción / oferta que funciona todo el día. . Compra un cóctel y consigue 2 (igual) , fuimos por un té helado de isla larga, estaba bueno pero no tan fuerte, por alguna razón en Reino Unido el porcentaje de alcohol es menor en cócteles en comparación con Bombay. Bonito lugar grande, pero no mucha gente incluso en un sábado por la noche. Se estaban preparando para Halloween, espero que el evento ilumine el lugar. .

Gracias por una comida fantástica esta noche. Fue nuestra primera visita desde el menú actualizado y debo admitir que es una mejora masiva. Nuestra camarera Liv era increíblemente amable y nada era demasiada molestia. En nuestra próxima visita a Leeds, nos aseguraremos de comer en este restaurante de nuevo.

I visited your establishment today and was greeted by rude staff. I made a mistake with my order (my fault) and when I asked about it, I rudely got told it’s what I ordered. After the waitress had gone, I could see and hear her from near the till slagging me off and making insulting remarks about me. I have near been so insulted, humiliated or made to feel so little in a restaurant before. I mean, I couldn’t wait to get out. Under no circumstances would I ever return. For the insults and rude service, I was made to pay a service charge that they wouldn’t remove after I asked. It was the lady in the pink jumper that made the insulting remarks. Looked like a manager. As for the food, felt under cooked and I didn’t dare ask the waitress for it to be changed as I didn’t want to be humiliated again.

Empezaré con lo positivo. El ambiente era genial en este lugar y la comida era decente también, muy buenas patatas fritas, hamburguesa y bebidas. Estaba listo para hacer de este un lugar regular para comer hasta que la factura llegó. Tienen ofertas en las comidas, y mi esposa y yo pedimos los dos en el menú de ofertas, pero yo quería la hamburguesa de queso con tocino sin guarnición, así que pedí esto, y cometí el error de decir "como la hamburguesa Jane simple pero con tocino, básicamente" - así que lo que decidieron hacer fue cobrarme por la Jane simple, luego agregar en cada parte adicional para que costara casi un extra de £ 10. Luego, también agregan un cargo por servicio 'opcional' o 'propina' que solo es opcional SI solicita específicamente que se lo quiten, porque agregan este cargo a su comida sin preguntarle. I have always liked this place and the atmosphere is still nice but the change of menu is a let down. While the burgers are not bad as such, there is a total lack of variety on the menu, it’s all fat food (burgers, chicken wings, etc. vegan available but still fatty greasy stuff). It just doesn’t match at all with the place. I won’t be coming for food until more variety is back.

On a very busy Friday early evening we called in for a drink prior to our restaurant booking across the road. It seemed odd that with almost every city centre bar packed to the rafters with the after work Friday crowd there were just four people in the Guildford. I soon realised why after ordering our drinks. As we walked to our seats by the window there was an overpowering smell of urine, stale beer and body odour. We stuck this out for a while and then left. Not an experience to be repeated!

After looking at the menu i plumped for the fully loaded burger which came with fries and a drink of your choice, at a cost of £12.50. I haven't been here before and was expecting something quite special for the price. OH how I was wrong , after waiting over 30minutes i was finally given my order which came in a nice ,what i can only call , a small shoe box. with great expectations I opened the box to find some over cooked fries ,a small pot of Mayo and a sad looking burger . The fully loaded burger came with house sauce ,lettuce ,tomato , 2 pieces of pickle a slice of cheese and thin squashed over cooked piece of meat which was dry and tough. I would have been better going to MCDONALDS AND GETTING 2 BIG MAC MEALS which would have been tastier and cheaper . I cant see myself stepping over the threshold at this place again....
