The best restaurants serving American food in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

Stopped off for a coffee after a dog walk from the hollies. Lovely cafe. Will be back to sample the food next time. Pastries looks delish on the counter

Since our last visit last year which we throughly enjoyed we were excited to return however we thought the food was nothing special this time around. Ordered a fillet steak but found it quite chewy. We were a table of 2 and was seated on a small table at the edge of the restaurant, the table next to us were that close you could hear each others conversations which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Maybe 3 tables should be seated in this area there rather than 4 tables. I don't think we will be hurrying back anytime soon :(

Today we visited Miller and Carter for the Valentine’s sharing steak experience and was waited by the lovely Katie. The food as always was outstanding and the service was nothing other than exceptional. Katie was extremely attentive to our needs and even provided us with meal recommendations. She is a true asset to the Miller and Carter team!

Disappointing Overpriced and overrated. Small portions, processed chicken and intermittent service. Not impressed, not been for years and would never go back.

This was our first chance to visit Leeds in 4 years and we had been worried that the restaurant would not live up to our memories of it. It was actually better! We ordered 7 plates of tapas, and every one was wonderful. The quality of the food was fantastic, the service was kind and friendly and the whole experience was everything we had hoped it might be. Highly, highly recommended.

Food always on point and the guy working there are very pleasant always get good service.

Dropped in for dinner after driving up to Leeds for work. It was a Monday night so quite quiet, although they obviously do a roaring trade on Deliveroo. I plumped for the meal deal "All In". Unfortunately they didn't have the biscoff shake, so just went with the soda. The burger was cooked fresh and tasted ok, the issue I had was that the chips and chicken that came with the meal ended up being cold which ruined what could have been a pretty decent burger.

It's Franksters so it's as good as it usually is, which is very recommendable and the staff were very polite. However Fanta frozen and the ice cream machine weren't working.

Amo este lugar. Siempre capaz de obtener un gran panecillo para el desayuno y el almuerzo y buenas bebidas frías y calientes también. Veo a las mismas niñas injertando cada vez que estoy allí y siempre son fantásticas y brindan un servicio al cliente increíble.

Tenía algo de tiempo libre así que decidí visitar este lugar ya que ha estado en mi ‘lista’ durante algún tiempo. Fui al café principal, no al que estaba dentro de la galería. Se accede a través de la calle principal del pueblo. Afortunadamente aseguramos una mesa. Pedí huevos escalfados en tostadas más un té descafeinado. Valor muy razonable. Mi comida llegó recién hecha y había dos rebanadas decentes de tostadas de masa madre con mucha mantequilla derretida. Mi té era sólo una bolsa de té dentro de una taza de agua hirviendo. Normalmente no me gusta este tipo de presentaciones, pero no fue tan malo. Los huevos escalfados estaban perfectamente cocidos. Fue extremadamente ocupado (medio término) y bastante ruidoso también, pero así es como es. Además de los asientos hay muchas mesas exteriores y a pesar del clima frío había varios clientes que usaban este espacio adicional. Me aventuré en la galería real para una exploración donde era totalmente tranquilo por el contrario. Iré de nuevo pero quizás no en vacaciones escolares 🤣

Nos metimos aquí para comer algo rápido, a mi hija se le dio un descuento del 25% para estudiantes. La encantadora señora que nos servía era eficiente, informativa y amable, y los bagels eran realmente abundante y sabroso. Estúpidamente barato (13 para 3 de nosotros, incluidas las bebidas), definitivamente recomendaríamos este restaurante pequeño pero ordenado y limpio, especialmente si tiene un descuento para estudiantes. Inspirados por esta experiencia, llegamos a casa e inmediatamente comenzamos a hacer nuestras propias creaciones de rosquillas para amigos y familiares. Valoraremos la visita.

Excellent customer service, Sophie Fowler and Lance were fantastic and very knowledgeable, chatty and friendly! Fair prices, too considering the economy!

Massive portions....recommend donners and pizzas, fresh donner all the time, big pizza toppings.
