TGI Fridays in Leeds

Great food and even better service from Caitlin! Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile to make a birthday trip very special.

Had a lovely meal today, we usually don’t go to TGI’s but I am so glad we did, our server Lauren was so friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we need throughout. The food was delicious we will definitely be returning and hopefully be served by Lauren again. Thank you again Lauren it’s great to see such a friendly bubbly personality from a server it definitely makes the experience of dining out a lot nicer.

TGI’s White Rose Centre. Great fast service and very friendly staff. Greeted as soon as we entered and seated straight away.

The kids eat free deal would have made it a bit more worthwhile, however their app doesn't work, and even when you're at the restaurant trying to get it to work with various error messages coming up, you can't get this deal unless you use the app. The food is SO EXPENSIVE for what it is, poorly presented and we were given dried up old veg - also watch out for the 2 for 1 cocktail offer where a cocktail costs £16 yet is very weak and not very tasty. Kids mock tail was disgusting. Avoid.

Food was average and I’d say overpriced for what it was however the staff were great. Awesome service very prompt and polite

Went to Tgis for a nice evening meal with may parents. Was served and seated by Jess who was lovely. Nice atmosphere and good food and good service. An extra shout out to Jess who kept up with the refills on Coke Zero. A good evening well spent

This TGI is much better than the one in Leeds. Great atmosphere and the decor is fantastic. Food is tasty and delicious with fantastic service thrown in! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Terrible overpriced food. All our food was cold, chicken platter cold, nachos all soggy, cheese and bacon fries looked and tasted terrible. Staff were great but food is massively overpriced and dreadful. Can only say that I wouldn't eat there again. There are plenty of great restaurants serving miles better food at a third of the price

Popped in sunday evening after shopping and was served by maisie. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was yummy. Thank you maisie for a lovely dinner with my daughter.

TGIs is a chain restaurant however the prices are more reflective of fine dining., compared to other places in the same brakcet. For example the fine dining restaurant near me charges around £7 for a medium sized glass of wine. In TGIs it is almost £10. My meal was fine however it wouldn't suit someone with a larger appetite. Another annoying thing is that the tortillas provided with the fajitas are not large or plentiful enough to fit all of the filling in. I had to leave a lot of it. You only get four for a skillet full and they're the tiniest ones I've ever seen. I know supermarkets sell 'mini' ones, these are even smaller. Difficult to not make a mess due to this too. The veg wasn't to my taste, mostly bitter green peppers and onions, but that may be just me. Partner ordered steak, no complaints on the actual food but again, not a lot for the price. Service was fine, nothing remarkable but absolutely fine. However due to the price we will not be attending again-I'd rather pay the same or slightly more and go somewhere actually special, or pay less and get what we pay for. Very pricey compared to places within the same bracket. It was also freezing cold. Partner kept her coat on-I just don't think that's right, nobody can have a pleasant meal while they're freezing. Go to a different chain, or put your money somewhere more special, is my recommendation. Slight complaint about the tiny table too. Just not enough room for us to eat comfortably. I understand they want to maximise the number of customers they can have at any given time but it was just really cramped. If paying Wetherspoons prices we can have more room than that. I do like the number of vegan options and the food was nice-but it is just not nice enough to make up for the other factors.

While we where enjoying our meal we heard a commotion at another table. Our lovely sever Connel, was asked for wipes by another lady. He told her that they where out of stock and directed her to the hand washing station. She wasn't happy with him at all. Although it was out of his control. And she did have cutlery available. I honestly don't know how he continued working with a smile after the encounter. I just wanted to give a shout out and tell him to keep doing what he is doing and to ignore rude customers. it was our favorite place to go 5 us 2 adults and 2 kids. We also did bring a group of 8- 12 people at least 4 times recently. we loved it but something has changed, Burned Burgers silly issues with their loyalty program that they stopped accepting like before. The last visit was a final for me due to the extremely unhelpful „person in charge „ that I quote has got nothing to do with this as this is from head office I am so shocked by this kind of attitude. place is definetley goong down . it is a real shame .

We had a great experience for my son's 16th birthday meal out. Samuel made our time really enjoyable, he was very attentive and replaced our drinks took our orders quickly and when we mentioned over my son's birthday he arranged the birthday song too.
