Franksters Merrion - Leeds in Leeds

It's Franksters so it's as good as it usually is, which is very recommendable and the staff were very polite. However Fanta frozen and the ice cream machine weren't working.

I attended Franksters, unplanned, on a Sunday night a couple of weeks ago. My friend and I were heading towards McDonalds but randomly decided to give this place a go, mainly because it was nearer! I’m SO glad we did! The burgers - and the chips - were so ridiculously superior to MaccyD’s that I swear I will NEVER choose the big M ahead of Franksters ever again. I opted for the ‘Hot Mamma’ burger meal, and it was huge, succulent, tasty and spicy! The chips were beautiful too. The place was quiet - God knows why?! - and the staff were so polite and efficient. I complimented the chef and he introduced himself as Ayan! Take a bow, Ayan - you make the best burgers in town! 10/10

Fefy needs a pay rise or a promotion excellent customer service, been many times before, but no one has presented me the menu in such a good way so I can make the right choice as Fefy did. Brilliant...

Food is always spot on, the customer service is always bang on. If I could give 6 stars it would be even better. Sureya always makes me feel like family when Im at frankies. If there's any place I would go to it would be frankies all the time as the service is quick and food is always living up to the right expectation.

The lady who served me I think her name was Chloe, was really friendly, polite and helpful. The food was good, I ordered the Angus beef burger and sweet potato fries, it was served hot and overall I recommend this branch.

Take away from merrion franksters. Fries were cold with a mixture of different types of straight cut and crinkle cut fries in one meal the worse part was they had given a burger with a plastic peel part of a sauce tub inside one burger this appeared unhygienic and a very appalling safety issue which could have been very dangerous for my young children. I was fortunate to luckily have a look inside the burger before it was passed to my child. I called to speak to someone when answered by a supervisor called Natalie she was not apologetic at all when asked for the official complaint procedure she had no idea. I then asked for a manager she says I cannot speak to anyone higher and that they just randomly visit not giving any sort of time scale. Absolutely appalled.
