Its a great place to go every now and again, food was good and chips were amazing. Didn't have dessert but im sure it would be great judging by the menu

So after a long awaited family meal the millet and carter in garforth was the place we decided to go. Well the staff and the service was amazing. The food didn’t disappoint either. Highly recommend

We had a great variety of food from the menu. The prawn starters were really great. We had a mixture of T Bone and fillet for mains. Great portion sizes. The puddings were great and we particularly enjoyed the creme brulee

Food was great and Terri was lovely. She was great with our kids and made sure they were not only we were having a nice time but the kids too. She’s a credit to the company. If only all restaurants had this service.

Amazing food and service as always! Served by the friendly Piers who couldn’t do enough for us. Took my mum for her first ever visit and she was really impressed. I’ll be back again for sure. My favourite meal out and great staff

great reputation for steaks but enough other choices for non steak eaters. Restaurant was very busy and they had made an error with our booking and given our table to someone else, they did rectify this within 10 minutes and when one of our party spoke to the manager to explain the table we had been given was a bit of a tight fit for 4 people instead of the 3 it usually seems to serve, we were found an alternative within another few minutes and moved across. I understand the steaks were amazing but so was my sea bass. The kitchen also had no problem tweaking my dish to avoid cream. The initial problem did not affect our enjoyment of the evening as it was quickly and efficiently handled

Excellent food the steak was delicious the atmosphere very good and the service from Christine was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Firstly I’d like to say thank you i had wanted to come and visit for a while as it’s on the way home but don’t always feel in the mood for a big meal But last night , I was hungry and just as we were walking in got a whiff of mold and damp , Service was good attentive but food was tasteless , didn’t rate the quality at all , where you buying it from -crazy how you get away with that £37.00 For one person but lesson learned

Teri served us for the evening, she was so attentive, warm and friendly! Everything you could ask for in a waitress. We were with my boyfriend’s grandma who comes here regularly and she actually knew Teri very well and said she is always a very good waitress and has lovely chats with her. We couldn’t have asked for better service! The food had lovely flavours and was very fresh, (the nachos were the best we’ve ever had). All round a great experience!

First time and certainly not my last. Had the signature sharer with a bottle of red … out of this world… Our server Teri completely made the experience and will certainly be returning ❤️

Night didn’t get off the best of starts when long strand of hair found in the lettuce which the server changed once brought to her attention. Steaks were ordered well done and we found they were pink in the middle and rather tough and chewy....

Waited a while to be seated. The meal didn’t start very well at all they didn’t have not just the starters we wanted but also the mains as well. Our starters arrived scallops and chorizo which not prepared well I was chewing on part of the skirt of the scallop while my partner had shell to contend with both were Under seasoned with the most blandest Samphire ever. Next was the butchers block Sharer the fillet was tender the other two were a tad chewy but all were Luke warm/cold and once again under seasoned. Next crème brûlée I don’t think they have a blowtorch because that familiar tap you give to the top of a crème brûlée didn’t happen instead we got half toasted sugar granules. The £35 bottle of Malbec was no different than one from lidl for £5. The whole experience was not good the waitresses were very nice being the only positive from what I would regard as overpriced pub grub.
