Meat Stack in Leeds

Dropped in for dinner after driving up to Leeds for work. It was a Monday night so quite quiet, although they obviously do a roaring trade on Deliveroo. I plumped for the meal deal "All In". Unfortunately they didn't have the biscoff shake, so just went with the soda. The burger was cooked fresh and tasted ok, the issue I had was that the chips and chicken that came with the meal ended up being cold which ruined what could have been a pretty decent burger.

Came to Leeds for work and looked up the best burger places. This was top of the list and with good reason. I ordered the west coast classic and Parmesan truffle fries and both were excellent and delicious. The burger especially had that perfect amount of juice and give but held together perfectly - usually you it’s either too solid or too soggy. This straddles that line brilliantly. And to top it off - reasonably priced and super friendly and helpful staff!!!

Highly recommend, it's my go-to place for a substantial breakfast or brunch (I think they open late too). The service is so friendly and generous and the food is absolutely gorgeous. They also do a loyalty card which stacks up really quick so you get free food and they give away a free cuppa on Friday's 😋

The burgers are quality and fries milkshakes are the best will definitely be going back as first time there staff was excellent and friendly very clean why have we missed a place like this

Great staff, great vibes, amazing food. Sit down restaurant quality with fast food style eating which is the best of both worlds for us. Skip the McD's and head here instead, burgers and fried chicken done how it should be with banging tunes thrown in.

I've passed Meatstack quite a few times and not thought much about it. How wrong I was! At the suggestion of a colleague we went there yesterday evening and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a "real" burger. I had the haggis burger and it was great. If you don't want a beef burger, the chicken burgers are even better, apparently. If you don't fancy any kind of burger, go for the fries! Beef dripping cooked for extra crispiness.

Amazing experience ! We came here for a dinner in November and the staff were really patient and friendly despite it being busy, the food was gorgeous and such good value - both got burgers, fries and a milkshake and each were delicious. One of (if not THE) best burger places in Leeds and the staff are always fantastic there !

Located right in the centre of Leeds lies this fantastic burger spot. As an American… I can say ‘Meat Stack’ is one of the burgers I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, unlimited soda, and very well priced. I had a double NEW MEXICO burger with loaded fries. F**king fantastic. I highly recommend stopping in & filling up.

An okay burger joint with pretty good food but the waiting times are not worth it. After waiting 35 minutes for takeout, the burger patties were grey and not crispy and there was no burger sauce as promised. Whilst the meat did taste fresh and of high quality, for the time waited I expected a better, more caramelised burger. The chips were delicious and obviously cooked in dripping but I think Five Guys offers a more delicious meal at a lower price.

It was amazing! I paid £15 for a burger, fries and a beer. The burger was melt in the mouth and full of flavour. I got a side of the beef fries and they were delicious, very crisp. The service was very fast and overall was a great experience. Would recommend!

Thought I'd give this place a try over my usual go to on deliveroo which is five guys and wow the burgers and the fries are truly the best I've ever had. Could not fault the quality of the burgers, buns, fries or toppings all tasted amazing.

Just moved to Leeds and thought I would try this place. Really warm welcome, staff clearly know their stuff and took me through the menu. Got the Lunchtime Deal, any burger Fries and chicken fillets for £10. Portions are huge and I took more than half of the meal home. Chicken melts in your mouth and the burgers are beyond anything I have before. The beef is just so tasty. Well done guys!!

Visit to Leeds to see family and friends. Amazing food! Called in with a friend whilst out in Leeds on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed a burger and some fries, food was amazing and service great!! Also had breakfast the next day and it was also amazing! The nicest freshest food I’ve had in a long time, I just wish they had locations closer to home (Cheshire) because I would choose this place over all other fast food places hands down!!

Brilliant food and service, the food portions look smaller than they actually are! Service was excellent, all condiments etc were provided as self service. I ordered the Nashville chicken burger, dirty fries and chicken tenders, all very tasty. The ranch dip I got with the tenders was also massive and came for free. Definitely a place I would come to again, a hidden gem in the centre of Leeds!

Myself and my family are regulars at Meat:stack in Newcastle. I was in Leeds for work and thought I'd check there new location out for lunch. The restaurant is more spacious than Newcastle but it has the same laid-back vibe to it. The staff were polite and helpful and the service was quick. I went for the New Mexico which is my go-to burger and it was amazing. The menu is the exact same as Newcastle but this is good thing because they have a great variety of food and drinks. Seriously, the burgers from Meat:stack take some beating.

Without a doubt some of the best burgers in England. The meat they use is all premium and local, burgers are nicely seasoned and the homemade sauces are fantastic. We'll definitely come again to try their latest special burger on offer!

Absolutely appalling experience. Although the burger was tasty, one of the staff members was vaping whilst listening to videos on their phone inside the restaurant (not to mention with his bum crack out). Such a shame as the food was nice and the other staff members were lovely and catering. This one member of staff really let the whole team down. #meatcrack

Seems like a great place, pretty quick service. Staff are friendly. Wasnt too impressed that they are not using gloves or any PPE. Burger tasted good, not as big as i thought they would be.

Good food, all cooked to order. Seemed expensive for what it was. I always compare burgers to Five Guys as its my favourite at a higher price point... and id say I prefer Five guys.

Quite possibly the best burger in Leeds (and Newcastle). There’s loads of choice so something for everyone and they always have their staple burgers on the menu. They also have a decent choice of sides and styles of fries. The value for money is excellent....
