Service, food, style, cleanliness all 5 star. Really can't wait to eat at the new venue opening this year. The steaks are out of this world. The Wagyu beef incredible. Won't eat steaks anywhere else now.

Atmosphere was lovely and the food was decent. Rita our server on the other hand can definitely improve in her professional approach as a server. When asked to bring our missing drink she cut our conversation midway and bluntly instructed to wait until she was able to manage the orders. By the time the time the drink arrived we had nearly finished our meals and instead we were blamed for the delay since we apparently hadn’t mentioned what drink we wanted, which we did😂 When paying the bill, we were almost verbally forced to complete the review and she went on to explain how she would bully customers or even force them to put reviews down which we all personally felt a little uncomfortable with, aside from this I would recommend ordering in from here or swinging by for a quick bite if you’re in a rush but definitely not a place to bring friends and family until service standard is improved, Bon Appetite everyone !

Went tonight for my partners birthday. We have never tried a seafood boil before and after hearing amazing things from here we wanted to try it for ourselves. We had a medium seafood boil, the soft-shell crab and the seasoned fries. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the fish was fresh and you could definitely tell with how light it was. It was all packed with flavour and so all so moist. The way the lobster soaked up all the juices from the sauce was amazing. We would definitely recommend and will be returning. We didn't wait very long once arriving to receive our food by a very polite and welcoming chef. Thank you

Food is fresh, tasty, well priced and on point, whatever I've ordered it’s been amazing, a must try! Customer services is equally as good, really friendly and knowledgeable staff for indecisive customers like myself 😂 10/10

Delicious food, friendly staff and very busy

Held my 60th at Springwell. We had exclusive use of the mezanine, There was no cost but we had to spend £500 at the bar. Had about 40 attending so this wasnt a problem, and they were comfortably accommodated on the mezzanine What a fabulous place. Booking was easy, everyone we met from Springwell was friendly and helpful. Great beer, but also wine spirits and non alcoholic options. Little Bao Boy provided the food. Worked really well as I arranged it so my guests ordered over the night and I settled up the bill at the end. So everyone could get what they wanted when they wanted. I think everyone who attended thought it was a great place for a do, with a lot of character.

1 star don't use if your wanting a takeaway. We made this mistake The food was cold! Made a complaint to the head office. A manager from Horsforth branch was suppose to be in touch within 3 days ..now day 6 and heard nothing
