Vale, he dado la vuelta a la manzana un par de veces. Conozco el buen servicio, y conozco el servicio triste. Y he tratado de ir a este lugar un par de veces a lo largo de los años. Y mi experiencia ha sido la misma siempre. Así que nunca más me molestaré en visitar el lugar. Hoy solo había 3 personas en el lugar. Un barman que estaba en su móvil, que ni siquiera se molestó en levantar la vista saluda. Y dos clientes... uno un idiota y el otro un bofetón, ambos fuera de sus rostros. Los dos últimos me dejaron un poco fuera pero oi fue el barman que más me dejó fuera. Total indiferencia. Así que después de unos minutos esperando en el bar vacío, mirándolo por el teléfono, en un lugar casi vacío, me fui. Nunca volveré.

Fui con mi novia para una comida rápida antes de ir al país de las maravillas de Navidad y estaba disgustado. Las alitas de pollo se empanaron y se mezclaron en salsa, haciéndolas ver como turds. Esto no habría sido un problema si hubieran probado algo además del agua de mar. No pude terminarlos. Mi novia tenía los tiernos y aunque también eran extremadamente salados, al menos eran comestibles. no vayas aquí sin 5 litros de agua. La comida es horrible y todo el montaje se siente barato. Tuve que arrancar toallas de papel del rollo con las manos sucias para conseguir una servilleta lo que me hizo pensar en cuántas otras personas probablemente tenían las manos cubiertas de salsa, se lamían los dedos y luego jugueteaban con el rollo delante de mí. Asqueroso.

First time there and won’t return. For a pint of beer waited 15 min. I don’t wanna try with anything else. Thank you, but no. Eventually barman came with the coffee instead. They weren’t even that busy..

Una gran ubicación y muy buena comida. Una súper selección de bebidas y la comida era sabrosa y llena. El personal era genial. Teníamos un perro con nosotros y nos dieron un cuenco de perro con un poco de agua que era perfecto. La mesa informal y asientos de banco era súper y la factura no estaba mal cuando llegó. Volveremos. Gracias

Only received half of my Order .. I ordered chicken strips and potatoe skins but I received potato skins and fries!

Yesterday evening I was with my friends for dinner ... was very good and amazing experience food drink and atmosphere....... specially thank you to the Manager Gabriel he looking after ours table smazing he was really attentive he very helpful and professional.. I really raccomend and I will back soon Jan

Sadly this KFC has been administration since 26th June 2024. Although I don't like fast foods I am sorry to see this building empty and unused.

Just ordered a chicken burger, waited about 10 mins for the guy to give me a burger that had been sitting on the rack the whole time. While they were sitting and chatting all on their phones .Buy the time I got it it was warm and on top of that it was overcooked dry as cardboard and was like a breast had been sliced into 1/4. Absolutely terrible, very unprofessional to be on your phones and preparing food ,no wonder it was so bad. Worst chicken burger I ever had. Is the first time in a long time I've been in here because last time they done the same thing, put my food in the thing to keep.it warm instead of just giving it to me as it's ready then watch you serve all the moped guys then grab my soggy food like I was the last priority.

Came to Bournemouth for a few days and round the corner was this place. You never forget if you have been to Nathan’s in New York and so it couldn’t be the same experience or could it. Absolutely excellent, what a great experience and really friendly staff. The hotdog was perfect and the Chicken Wings were superb. What a find and both my wife and I were very happy.

The guy who delivered it was friendly and brilliant. 👍

Horrendous rude service to the point where I would never visit or buy anything from Starbucks again

Phoned for delivery late at night, lady on phone was ace!!! Got our delivery and we live in ferndown, it took about 45 mins so acceptable for the distance 😀
