Una gran ubicación y muy buena comida. Una súper selección de bebidas y la comida era sabrosa y llena. El personal era genial. Teníamos un perro con nosotros y nos dieron un cuenco de perro con un poco de agua que era perfecto. La mesa informal y asientos de banco era súper y la factura no estaba mal cuando llegó. Volveremos. Gracias

Gran almuerzo sam era impresionante y se adaptó a nuestras opciones sin gluten. Las hamburguesas son todas sin gluten si necesitas que también hay buenas opciones veganas

Vinimos aquí para tomar unas copas y cenar antes de un concierto en el BIC y me alegro de que lo hicimos! tenían una fantástica oferta de bebidas con algunos de los mejores tequilas de la zona, todo seguido de una gran hamburguesa. Dan, el caballero que nos atendió la mayor parte de la noche fue una gran compañía, divertido y dio recomendaciones fantásticas. No puedo volver a visitarte pronto.

Buenas cervezas, muchas opciones. El mejor personal del bar que he experimentado en Bournemouth. Muchos juegos para jugar. El menú de comida se ve bien también.

La experiencia de cerveza BrewDog fue excelente. Dan estaba muy bien informado y respondió a todas las muchas preguntas que se le hicieron. Fue una tarde muy informativa descubriendo las diferentes técnicas utilizadas para elaborar diferentes cervezas junto con toda una serie de datos interesantes relacionados con la cerveza y BrewDog. La selección de cervezas fue interesante y diversa. Sin duda recomendaría esta experiencia.

Una experiencia muy mejorada en visitas anteriores. Llegó a enero hamburguesas por £ 1 , tenía un servicio increíble por Dan, buenas hamburguesas y bebidas!

Disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia en este lugar espacioso y animado. Maravillosa selección de cervezas, de las cuales, con la ayuda de Tomás, hice algunas excelentes elecciones. El equipo fue amable e informativo, especialmente Tomás. Ser amigable con perros es una gran ventaja. Espero volver.

Hicimos la experiencia de cata de cerveza con cuatro amigos. Realmente informativo, con información de fondo sobre la fabricación de cerveza, Brewdog y sus estilos de cerveza. Dan, nuestro anfitrión era excelente y bien recomendado.

Esta fue nuestra primera visita a Brewdog. El personal era brillante, nuestra camarera, Izzy, era atento, paciente y amable .. no podríamos haber pedido mejor. El ambiente era agradable y las bebidas buenas. La comida no era increíble. Apenas había elección para vegetarianos sin gluten (definitivamente no si celiacos) el par de bocadillos que podíamos comer eran bastante promedio. Las patatas fritas cargadas eran agradables, pero los platos de pastoreo un poco golpeado o perder un montón de dinero para no un montón de comida. Las alitas de coli sabían a vinagre y especias... a mi hijo le gustaban para que no se desperdiciaran pero no muy agradable era el juicio general sobre ellas. Tuvimos un tiempo encantador en familia, jugando juegos en un ambiente agradable y como dije el personal era brillante. Sólo una decepción en el frente de comida.

El equipo era muy amable, servicial y conocedor con buenas recomendaciones. Gran selección de cerveza enlatada también. Ven aquí para tomar una buena cerveza y un ambiente relajado.

Fui con la familia anoche para la noche de alas. Las alas eran grandes 10 / 10. Camarera grosera y seria actitud sarcástica. Volvería de nuevo para la comida sin duda, pero espero conseguir una camarera diferente.

Gran bienvenida en BrewDog Bournemouth antes del fútbol el domingo por la tarde. Las hamburguesas Jackpot y Cluck Norris estaban deliciosas. Excelente selección de cervezas y sidras Felicitaciones especiales a Izzy para una gran conversación sobre BrewDog y un excelente servicio al cliente

Fabulous atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff. My first visit to a Brewdog location. I had issues deciding what beer to drink, so the lovely server gave me a taster to help me choose! Fabulous chicken wings. We will return!

Don’t bother. Booked to take advantage of an offer they had on for buy one get one for a £1. Really busy and ordered our drinks at the bar as instructed. Tried to order food on an app but as so busy this would not work. Tried on 2 different phones. Spoke to a member of staff and asked if we could place our order with her to be told no only on the app. Explained the app wasn’t working and was still given no alternative. Left as was feeling annoyed and hungry. Literally refused to let us order food! Turning customers away that have booked to dine, nice one Brewdog! Also been a regular customer since opening, will not be back

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable attentive staff. The burger menu is fine. It’s their selection of own brewed and guest craft beers we all love this place for. Lucky to have one in town! Always enjoy going for a real treat.

Absolutely love this place. We experienced the quiz night for the first time two months ago and have gone every week since! Very nice atmosphere and very social staff. Food is great aswell and the team are always effecient with service. Special shout out to John, Charlie and Ross who always make the effort and acknowledge us on arrival and make conversations throughout our visit. All the social events (quiz nights with Charlie and the dog party) are great and a brilliant night/day. #Autobotsrollout

Absolutely love this place, if you're passionate about beer, amazing food, great atmosphere, plenty of social events and probably the most genuinely nice staff you could find in a restaurant/bar, then I highly recommend BrewDog Bournemouth! A shout-out to John and Charlie who are friendly knowledgeable and a laugh, always enjoy the quizzes every Thursday!

Do yourself a massive favour and book somewhere else .... do NOT eat here!! The waiting staff are lovely but the manager is an absolute joke !! Doesn't even know what day it is. Rude when i kindly asked him what was going on. Kids food came out with no drinks and enough to feed an ant then we waited over an hour for our meals and after complaining still didn't get them .... and all they offered was to refund the food we never got...relectantly. not the first time in the Bournemouth branch. I will never eat there again.... stay clear !!!!!

Very quiet and chilled out upon walking in. Nice vibes and swiftly found somewhere good to sit. I personally think having to go up to the bar to make orders has to go, servers were sat on a table chatting amongst themselves. Why couldn’t they have come to the table. We ordered 2 burgers that didn’t come with fries + wings. Overall the food was nice but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money. Read the menu carefully as we ordered a bacon double cheese burger and it turns out it’s just double bacon and not double patty. Crafty from brewdog. Felt stung and mugged off by well played marketing. Left hungry and underwhelmed.

A great selection of craft beers and ciders. Very friendly staff , it was quiet but the staff were very chatty and friendly towards us and helped us choose the right beer and cider. The restaurant is large inside or you can sit outside. Food was freshly cooked. Had an chicken burger with pineapple punch cider. There is a cooler with a selection to buy and take away. It is dog friendly.

I have been to several Brewdogs and this version is not Brewdog. Of course BD is a brand and has its own identity and I would have agreed until now. The Bournemouth BD is very generic and hard to differentiate from any other high street pub chain. BDs tend to be warm inviting places with a distinctive look - this wasn’t. Food: So far the most disappointing of any BD. I and my two friends were very underwhelmed. The positive. Can never fault the “beer” in a BD pub.

Booked via Groupon a beer tasting experience. It consists of five small glasses & a small cheeseboard. Luckily we’d booked via Groupon so didn’t pay full price. £25 is definitely too much for what we experienced. Sadly the young lady who guided the beer school, whilst very pleasant was inexperienced & lacking in knowledge. Would hv probably been better to have gone for a few beers & skipped the Beer School Experience.

Repeated visit to BrewDog, who still haven’t sorted their service standards or food quality. Remains very expensive for what it is.

we called in lunch time to reserve a table for 2 + dog in the evening, when we arrived we were seated by the toilets, I ordered at the bar, advised the server I am gluten free, ordered my patriot burger & fries, plus my partners food. My burger arrived deconstructed, both portions of fries were over cooked and luke warm. At no time were we asked if everything was ok, nor when I paid. I have emailed them and only got a list of questions to answer, I have held ff on feedback to give them the opportunity to address and rectify the issues I raised, I only give feedback on genuine experience.

One of the worst experiences in a restaurant / bar. Went for dinner and a few drinks with family and friends, and we all left with an empty stomach. The buffalo burger was inedible, and out of the 3 of us that ordered it, no one could eat it. Food extremely over-priced for the standard, and when we told the waiter how poor the food was he told us it’s ‘a marmite thing’ and left without apologising or offering any refund or complementary drinks for the awful food and service. Will not go again, and certainly would not recommend to anyone… such a shame.

We've eaten here a few times now and have always been impressed, weekend brunch, burgers, wings, they've always been amazing and reasonably priced. And obviously there is a huge choice of beers and a few ciders which are on tap and available to take away.

The Sunday roast was disgusting undercooked and stone cold on top of that the gravy tasted so burnt. You have to wait a long time for your food to come out also. Will not be back ever

Me and my friends went on Wing Wednesday, all you can eat wings for about £12 which I must say is a bargain! One thing to note however is the wings are all coated with the same hot sauce which is lovely but limited how many I was able to eat! Being Wing Wednesday it was understandably busy but making our order was hard work. At first we thought a waiter would take our order but after 15 minutes of waiting we relived that may not be the case. We then noticed the QR code on the table under the menu allowing us to order ourselves. This unfortunately didn’t work so I’m the end we went up to the bar to order. I’d say Brewdog would do well to explain this as you walk in. Maybe it was explained on a poster somewhere but then maybe it wasn’t clear enough for me to see on a busy night! Great wings tho! Wish I could of eaten more

Brewdog as a company make great beers (if a bit pricey). The food is okay, decent quality though a lot of it tastes the same and it is also quite pricey. But at Bournemouth, the staff are not cut out for customer service. Seen them...

No womens toilets it’s all mixed so the seats are all covered in wee. Put me off going again. There’s should at least be some dedicated woman’s toilets.

Poor atmosphere literally the place was empty, staff seemed more interested in eachother than the customers and to finish it off the portions to pricing is a joke, effect of your veggie or vegan don't bother with the Seitan Wings for £9 you will receive...

The beer is incredible as you would expect but very highly priced. Have to say though, was excited to try the food but left bitterly disappointed. Not somewhere I will be returning too soon.
