The best restaurants serving American food in South West

The service was TERRIBLE, we waited over an hour for our food, as did all the tables around us. Many customers were complaining. We were told that the wait was so long due to the kitchen being short staffed. This is understandable, however it would have been best to tell us this before sitting us at the table so we could choose to wait or go elsewhere. Our waitress was visibly stressed and upset about how the lunch service was going; demonstrating a serious lack of good management on this shift. Tables were not being cleared or cleaned and the stress from the staff was clear.

Lovely pizzas, highly recommended. Very polite delivery young man, he even closed the gate behind him 👍🏻😊

Newly renovated awesome view food is good and Riley was fantastic. Very attentive and just all round good service. Looking forward to to the expanded menu.

Ordered online, all the chips were raw / undercooked, and inedible. On top of that one main item was missing. Not a great experience. How the staff can send an order out like this is beyond me!

Came to Bournemouth for a few days and round the corner was this place. You never forget if you have been to Nathan’s in New York and so it couldn’t be the same experience or could it. Absolutely excellent, what a great experience and really friendly staff. The hotdog was perfect and the Chicken Wings were superb. What a find and both my wife and I were very happy.

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

I thought customer facing staff are taught how to give a professional service, she definitely didn't. I will not allow a teen to look me up and down, horrible as we are paying their wages.

Nice place friendly staff if being honest there was a bit of a wait on the food however the wait was definately worth the no frills breakfast wait , food was really good definately going back again . Compliments to the chef !! 😋

So… we had the time of our lives at Southbound Sedgemoor… and had very high hopes… we bigged it up to our friends and brought them along to Northbound… it did not live up the hype. Lack of selfie wall is definitely brought down the vibes. But the breakfast bar at Starbucks is a big win and the crew enjoyed their paninis. Appreciate the toy car by the front door giving fun chill vibes but still no southbound.

Great job guys, came in very late and food came quick. Had a lovely smash burger and jalapeño bites, and my mrs had a chicken gyros,Was great! Finished my burger and the owner came and surprised me with a second one which was very kind of him. 10/10 food worth the little bike ride! And because they had good food I was in a very good mood

The service staff were very nice, when they were available (often didn't see them for 15-20 minutes to, for example, ask for more drinks. And that's the most positive think I have to say. We had a booking for 6.45. Our orders weren't taken by 8.30 - apparently they had a big booking before us, but isn't that how booking works? We were given a free round of drinks, though that's not helpful for people with children or pets at home (me!) that have timed their night out around this. When we were finally able to order, only one of the three advertised vegan cheeses was available - we were told the remaining two would be replaced with stuffed vine leaves and falafel. The vine leaves were clearly out of a tin, and the falafel didn't even arrive. When reminded of this, the staff did bring out some falafel - also clearly out of a supermarket aisle. The rest of the platter was some tomatoes, a few salad leaves, three tiny slices of bread, a few crackers, and some olives. I genuinely think they got this from the local Sainsburys for around £5, and charged us nearly £30 for waiting over an hour for the privilege of putting a salad on a chopping board. If you're coming to From for a meal, including vegan meals, avoid this place. You'll do far better at The Griffin, Cordero Lounge, or Dragon Pearl

Had the carvery the gammon was nice and juicy for the small 2 slices that I paid £15 for and very tiny selection of sides. The pudding I had chocolate cake as they ran out of brownies which was nice and if wasn’t so expensive I’d recommend. once I left I went back to room and had another dinner as I left feeling ripped off and hungry. In conclusion I’d never come back as I go to tobys for same price and feel full and get a unlimited drink as well.

This is a burger bar. There's not a lot more to say. It could be so much better but it isn't. It's just average. One could argues it doesn't pretend to be anything else, but it just strikes us as a missed opportunity. Have a meal at the Victoria opposite and spot the difference

Excellent pizza delivery. Delicious pizza, it came quickly and was well priced. Also, got one free due to a special offer.
